by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of May 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Bloodlines 2 The next clan for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is here with the Ventrue showing up to give us a feeling on how they will control things in Bloodlines 2 The Ventrue have finally shown up for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 as the next clan we will have to select from at the launch of the game. At the launch and a few hours into the game as Hardsuit Labs is set on making us Thinblood from the start to go along with the narrative of the game. Still an odd choice in my eyes, but I have a feeling that Paradox is going to be keeping a close eye on this IP given how things went down for its recent pen and paper version. Read More...

Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 Shows Us A Beautiful Way To Die With The Toreador
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 15th of May 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Bloodlines 2 The Toreador are here for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 as the latest clan that will be stalking the streets when Bloodlines 2 launches Here we go with the next clan that will be available in Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 as the Toreador are coming front and center. Not the biggest surprise as this would be another of the more common and easier clans for Hardsuit Labs to bring into the game. I have a feeling this is going to be the call almost every time we have a new update for Bloodlines 2. Read More...

The Blood Sorcerers, Tremere, Are Coming To Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 8th of May 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Bloodlines 2 The next clan for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is here and brings blood magic with them into the darkness of Bloodlines 2 In a bit of a surprise turn for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2, it looks like the team is bringing one of the harder clans into the game in the way of the Tremere. At least if you look at how they are treated in the tabletop version of the game and not specifically what Hardsuit Labs is doing here. For those that are not fully up to speed, they are blood sorcerers that can do damned near anything and also have one of the weakest (to implement in a video game) curse. Read More...

The Brujah Are In Full Force For Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of May 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Bloodlines 2 The first full clan for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is announced as the Brujah with other interesting facts about Bloodlines 2 in tow Just as promised, we have a new clan announcement for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 here to go over. Not the biggest of surprises, it is the Brujah that Hardsuit Labs opted to go with as one of the launch clans to start out. More so when you look at them as one of the more "generic" of vampire clans for new and old players of the franchise to be able to get into. That is not to say that there are no finer details and nuances that the clan does not have, but it makes sense for Bloodlines 2 given the game history. Read More...

Pandemic Express — Zombie Escape Is Swarming Us This Week
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of April 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Pandemic Express The next zombie escape-style game, Pandemic Express — Zombie Escape, is dropping on PC this week and here is what to expect in Pandemic Express just before If you have not had enough zombies in your video games as of yet, here we go with one more to add to the list with Pandemic Express — Zombie Escape coming at us on May 2nd for your PC. While it does have the zombies that still seem to be all the rage here, it does look like TALLBOYS is at least trying to break from the norm with this one. There is no doubt that Pandemic Express will have you trying to dodge many other zombies out there while trying to escape on a train, but the true difference here is that you will do it with up to thirty other players. The Thinbloods Are Coming To Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of April 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Bloodlines 2 The first “clan” we get to play in Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is here as we will be starting as a Thinblood in Bloodlines 2 Here we go with the first clan introduction for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 and this one… is not truly a clan. Fans of the tabletop version of the game can see where I am going with this but for the rest out there, we are looking at the Thinbloods in the game. A more modern style vampire that is missing all of the fun and ancient parts of all of the other clans but still a vampire. It is something new to look at from Hardsuit Labs for Bloodlines 2 though, so we will at least take that. Read More...

Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 Is No Longer A Hidden Secret
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of March 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Bloodlines 2 The announcement is here for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 with Bloodlines 2 aiming for a Q1 2020 release window Words cannot describe how excited I am as Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is now announced, but I will do my best here. Even though there is not much in the way of details for the game and an announcement trailer from Paradox Interactive to take in, we now know that all of the rumors from the past are now truths. All with Hardsuit Labs behind the screen developing the game and setting us up for a fun Q1 in 2020. Not only that, but it also looks like Bloodlines 2 will be hitting up the PS4 and Xbox One alongside a solid PC release. Read More...

You Will Not Be Surviving Wrath: Aeon Of Ruin
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of March 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Wrath We will be getting a blast from the past with Wrath: Aeon Of Ruin as we tackle the classic Quake Engine using modern day systems This one goes out to all of your retro gamers out there as we have a new one, Wrath: Aeon Of Ruin, coming at you in a way that you may fully enjoy. This would be a new FPS title from KillPixel heading to the PC, PS4, and Xbox One at some point all crafted with the original Quake engine from so long ago. Yes, it is a step back in the world of game development but it does look like Wrath: Aeon Of Ruin will hit all of those feelings that you are looking for. At least if you are down for some old classic style gameplay but in a more modern setting. Read More...

Groundhog Day: Like Father Like Son Has Us Reliving The Story Again In VR
by Duke Searles [ Monday, 4th of February 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Groundhog Day Relive the same day over and over with Groundhog Day: Like Father Like Son, which also furthers the Groundhog Day story all in a VR setting It's Groundhog Day! Again… Well at least it will be when we get to play Groundhog Day: Like Father Like Son with the Oculus, Vive, or PSVR systems later this year. It would have been amazing to see it drop on the actual day, but I am sure that there are good reasons as to why Tequila Works did not do just that. Outside of the day being a Saturday and we do not normally get games on Saturdays. Read More...

The Quiet Man Is Coming For You This November With Limited Editions
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of October 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
The Quiet Man The release date for The Quiet Man has been set down now and we have a look at the limited edition for The Quiet Man with some gameplay It looks like "coming soon" has now been changed for The Quiet Man as we can look to see the game on our PC and PS4 this November 1st. From announcement to launch in only a few months it does look like Human Head Studios in on the ball for everything. That or Square Enix was able to hold the secret for some time and we are all falsely praising this part of The Quiet Man. None of that changes the fact that we will be seeing this experience real soon and also seeing how the team is blending the live action scenes with the gameplay. Read More...

Silence Will Ring The Loudest In The Quiet Man
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of August 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Quiet Man New details for The Quiet Man are here as well as a look at how The Quiet Man will blend live-action and CG in this action game We finally have some solid details on The Quiet Man after the title was announced during E3 in a very strange way. All it seemed like we had was a live-action trailer with a little bit of gameplay mixed in. As it turns out, that was actually all "gameplay" from Human Head Studios as they are aiming to bring us a mix of live-action film mixed with third-person action gameplay to seamlessly tell us a nice little narrative. Little in terms of The Quiet Man spanning only one in-game night and only taking us about three hours to complete from start to end. Read More...

Words May Not Dictate Life Within The Quiet Man
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of July 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
The Quiet Man A minor update to The Quiet Man may provide a bit more to the core of the game and just what we may be experiencing in The Quiet Man If you caught the live stream that Square Enix had during E3 then you most likely caught the small teaser for the upcoming game called The Quiet Man. By small, I am mean that it showed very little in terms of actual gameplay and focused a bit more on the live action video that was there to tease it all. It was strange, but The Quiet Man caught the eyes of many even though it all looks to be a brawler, based on the video at least, and that the protagonist may be deaf and/or mute. Read More...

by Julia Schoebel [ Tuesday, 5th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Warhammer A new feature trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor — Martyr is here to show us the PC version of the game and what to expect for Warhammer on the consoles Today, on the PC at least, Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor — Martyr has released while PS4 and Xbox One owners will have to wait until July 5th for the same release. This is something that many of you should have known for now; at least if you have been following along with NeocoreGames' development of the game and few releases for the action-RPG. Not everyone can keep up with everything though, so you may have missed out. Read More...
