God Of War: Ragnarök Shapes More Of The Story We Are Going To Love
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 18th of October 2022 - 07:00 PM ]
God Of War The story of God Of War: Ragnarök has taken a bit of shaping since the previous God Of War title we have had It is time, once more, to go behind the scenes and see how some of our games are made and shaped out there, with God Of War: Ragnarök being the next on the list. There have been a few bits like this out there from Santa Monica Studio already, but this is a deeper dive into the story with various other aspects yet to come. All so we can have a better appreciation for God Of War and then see the hardships that they had to go through to get this latest one ready for the November 9th launch on the PS4 and PS5. A journey that all started out with some true hardships as far back as 2020, if we all want to try to remember those times… As it has been alluded to thus far for God Of War: Ragnarök, this first part in the ongoing series does focus on the story and how it has been evolving out there. Marvel’s Midnight Suns Is Making Things A Bit More Random For Nico
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of October 2022 - 05:00 PM ]
Midnight Suns More gameplay for Marvel’s Midnight Suns is here along with a deeper dive into what Nico will add to the Midnight Suns roster It is a new week and we have another massive character showcase for another of the team in Marvel’s Midnight Suns. We had Nico introduced before and now Firaxis Games is ready to give us all a little bit more of a taste. Even if it does look like Nico will function a bit differently than was assumed here. It is a good call and keeps the feel of the character in Marvel’s Midnight Suns, but I feel like it could be a bit of a missed opportunity. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of October 2022 - 07:00 PM ]
Dead Space More footage for the Dead Space Remake is here to show off some other massive updates over the original Dead Space The gameplay keeps flowing out for us all for Dead Space Remake and this time it is even more extended than we had before. Almost four times the amount of gameplay and whole new sections we did not get from Motive Studios in the last update. All of which is fine, but this new bit is where it shows off how much further they have advanced since the original Dead Space out there. Not just in the visuals we have seen but in the extra abilities that the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC will be able to do as of today. Read More...

A Plague Tale: Requiem Offers Up A New Performance For The Main Theme
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of October 2022 - 05:00 PM ]
A Plague Tale To get us ready for A Plague Tale: Requiem to launch, we have a new take on the A Plague Tale main theme With the launch of A Plague Tale: Requiem, we need to get ready to have a flood of things to come at us to help promote the game. We might get some new gameplay to see for the game, but it looks like Asobo Studio is keeping things a little under wraps for now so we are better surprised on October 18th. That is why we have a new listen to the main theme for A Plague Tale: Requiem to get us all ready for that launch and to hear it playing multiple times over on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Unless it is only played during the opening and title screen of the game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of October 2022 - 09:00 PM ]
Texas The main theme for The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is here along with some of the victims we will play in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre We have more of the sights, and specifically sounds, coming at us all for The Texas Chain Saw Massacre today. A new track for the game has dropped out there and it is one of the more important ones, given that this is the main theme that Sumo Nottingham and Gun Interactive will have for us in the game. Not that we will be going into The Texas Chain Saw Massacre trying to listen for the music with the looming threat of chain saws everywhere, but it is something we will hear while the matches are getting ready to kick off. Among other music that is always in these games. Read More...

God Of War: Ragnarök Will Offer Us All Up Some New Immersion For The Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of October 2022 - 07:00 PM ]
God Of War The PS5 version of God Of War: Ragnarök will have a few more options to get us further into the God Of War setting For those that have a PS5, it should come as no surprise that this is going to be the system that will show off God Of War: Ragnarök in the best way. I am sure that the PS4 version will still be excellent, but Santa Monica Studio is given much more to work with on the new system and you can see that up to now already. Both in the trailers and gameplay we have had for Ragnarök and the full update they put out there for God Of War in the past. Now, though, we can see a bit more out there to see how this version will take us even deeper into the game when it drops on November 9th. Read More...

Welcome To Our Spiritual Nightmare With The Chant
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of October 2022 - 05:00 PM ]
The Chant It is time to breakdown the gameplay for The Chant so we can be fully ready to experience the horrors that The Chant will hold It feels like the more we get for The Chant, the more it feels like the game is becoming something I did not expect it to be. Maybe because that is due to the fact that Brass Token offered up a look at the story of the game before the actual gameplay. At least, before now, as we have a whole lot more to see and get us ready for the November 3rd release of The Chant on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. All of which shapes the game in a whole new light in a way that feels closer to what I am sure we have all been excited to get. Read More...

See The Future Of Gotham With The Latest For Gotham Knights
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 11th of October 2022 - 05:00 PM ]
Gotham Knights Another launch trailer for Gotham Knights is here to give us a new cinematic look at the story for the Gotham Knights I had a feeling we were going to see more of Gotham Knights before the October 21st release after we had the launch trailer. Now we are here with another launch trailer from WB Games Montréal that gives us a feel for how the characters feel about themselves and the pep-talk they needed to get back out there. Not something that we would expect would be needed from the bat family of the Gotham Knights, but that is why we have Alfred around. Around and most likely going to be killed during our run on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Read More...

Ghostwire: Tokyo Finally Lets You Take Some Glorious New Photos Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of October 2022 - 09:00 PM ]
Ghostwire A new update for Ghostwire: Tokyo is out that adds in a robust Photo Mode into the fun of Ghostwire: Tokyo The update that many of you have been waiting for to come to Ghostwire: Tokyo is finally here. The new Photo Mode for the game is done and out there from Tango Gameworks so you can make sure to be able to capture all of those sick moments in the game on the PS4, PS5, and PC. At least capture them all in a form that you would rather want than just a well-timed screenshot of the action going on. That has been an option since Ghostwire: Tokyo, but that almost always came down to the luck of the draw instead of being able to stage a great shot using the assets that the team has carefully placed in the game in the first place.
