Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just as we assumed, this was a crazy-filled week for video games after all of the massive events that took place over the weekend. Fable New bits for the upcoming Fable have been showcased with a bit of gameplay in the mix for this Fable coming next year Another year has flown on by and that means it is time to get a little more out there for the upcoming Fable title. A title that is still a little clouded in mystery, but Playground Games is aiming to offer up just a little more to the world out of the Xbox Games Showcase that went down again. The same showcase that gave us all a little more last year for Fable. Life Is Strange A new chapter for Life Is Strange is on the way with the announcement of Life Is Strange: Double Exposure to bring Max back Our resident photographer with superpowers is getting back into the action with the announcement for Life Is Strange: Double Exposure. The next chapter in the ongoing story that Deck Nine Games has been telling out there with a bit of a coming of age bit mixed in. Even if at this point in Life Is Strange our protagonist has come to that age and is needed to solve yet another mystery in the world. Lollipop Chainsaw A new remake is finally shown for Lollipop Chainsaw with the first look at Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP coming in a few months There was the slight announcement that we were going to be seeing another release of Lollipop Chainsaw not too long ago. It was a little update over X(Twitter) and that Dragami Games was looking to bring it to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch. New gameplay for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart Of Chernobyl is out there to offer up all manner of new horrors coming to the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. world The gameplay for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart Of Chornobyl keeps on flowing with a lot more to look at even if many of you out there might not know what is being said in the game. Black Myth The pre-orders are now open for Black Myth: Wukong for those who want to secure more of the physical items that Black Myth will offer With the recent Summer Game Fest, we had a chance to get a little more for Black Myth: Wukong, but the gameplay was not the big showing we had for the game. An odd choice to go with but with the game landing on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on August 20th, I guess it makes more sense that Game Science would want to hype-up the pre-orders for the game. Star Wars A whole lot of new gameplay for Star Wars Outlaws is here along with a lot of Star Wars lore for you all to dig right through too If you wanted something new for Star Wars Outlaws, well, you now have a whole lot of that to take in. During the recent Ubisoft Forward, as promised, Massive Entertainment went all out and gave us teases, an overview, a lot of gameplay, then a whole lot of the same gameplay explaining all of the hidden Easter Eggs and lore that we can expect when the game launches on August 30th for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Just on a few watchings of it all, all of the Star Wars nerds out there are going to have a lot to look at and explore. Indiana Jones A new set of footage from Indiana Jones And The Great Circle is here to place us slightly more into the shoes of Indiana Jones Here we go with another showcase for Indiana Jones And The Great Circle to see if there is a solid reason why we cannot just let this IP be placed in a museum. Well, outside of those who are in charge are still around, and they are giving Bethesda and Machine Games a chance to fill in some of the gaps fans may have wanted between a few of the films. Hollowbody Some new gameplay is here for Hollowbody to give us a look at the combat we are going to get into when playing Hollowbody I hope you are ready for a good fight out there, as the new gameplay we have for Hollowbody is leaning a bit into that. No, the game has not shifted from a survival horror game to a fighting one, but Headware Games is offering up a look at the combat we can expect when the game hits the PC down the line. Hollowbody is not going to be another of the walking simulation horrors out there and is leaning more into its Silent Hill inspirations more than anything.
