Detroit While at E3 I was able to see Detroit: Become Human in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Detroit: Become Human. With each new trailer for Detroit: Become Human, the game looks more and more impressive in terms of animation and visuals. There is no denying that Quantic Dream has something special here in terms fo all of that. While it is all nice to look at and experience, that, of course, does not make a game by itself and there should be a lot more to Detroit: Become Human to make it more than just a pretty walking simulator. Nintendo A recent event was held by Nintendo and Universal Parks that kicked off the construction of the new Super Nintendo World While a lot of big gaming news will be coming out for Nintendo here in only a few days, it looks like there is another massive bit coming outside of E3 and the major conventions. Agents Of Mayhem Pre-order bonuses for Agents Of Mayhem have been announced and they bring a Saints Row fan-favorite to Agents Of Mayhem as well as another Given that Agents Of Mayhem is kind of an off-shoot of Saints Row, in spirits and more, it would make sense that we would get some great crossovers between it and the other Volition titles here and now we have it. Johnny Gat will be making his way into the game here and giving us all a 13th agent to play and see what the canon ending of Gat Out Of Hell truly was. Shadow Of War A new story trailer for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War has released and shows just what the new ring in Shadow Of War can and will do For a game that needed to be delayed until October 10th, there sure is a lot of Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War to go around here and I have a feeling there will be a lot more given its presence at E3 this year. If I had to guess it was less with Monolith Productions needing more time to polish or whatever and more to get the buzz going and the marketing campaigns to a high. Agents Of Mayhem See the vehicles in Agents Of Mayhem in actions as they give you another way to get around the world of Agents Of Mayhem without just teleporting So far for Agents Of Mayhem we've seen a lot of fun ways to get around the city of Seoul that Volition has crafted for us. A lot of running, a lot of jumping, and a lot of teleportation but that will not be the only way we get around as every good game like this has vehicles of sorts too. This is also the case for Agents Of Mayhem as there is a specific department of the in-game universe that is tasked with giving us all just that. Mario A new title, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, has been leaked out early and it looks to team Mario up with some Rabbids in a weird cross-over game With E3 almost here that means that the leaks should start flowing out there and it looks like we have one here for a new title called Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle. Originally it was just a leak of the key art showing that Ubisoft and Nintendo were working on some kind of cross-over between the two franchises, but now it looks like part of a presentation, presumably one for E3, has popped up with some of the slides showing off this Switch title just a bit more and just what we could expect from it. I'm sure that there will be more to Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle during whichever event it will be shown off in, but here is what we can gather so far from just the few slides that have "leaked" out there. Gwent The public beta for Gwent: The Witcher Card Game has kicked off and now players on all announced platforms can get in some games of Gwent to shape the game Not too long ago the closed beta for Gwent: The Witcher Card Game closed down on the PC version of the game and it gave us all a great glimpse at the game so far, as well as helped iron out some of the kinks in the mechanics to make it the game we all were addicted to inside another game. As of today (5/24/17) though, CD Projekt RED has opened the flood gates to allow everyone in on the beta as the public beta has kicked off. Shadow Of War A new trailer for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War has just dropped and it gives us a glimpse of the other lands Shadow Of War will have to offer us all It's been a nice little bit since we had something new for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War and now we get to come at you with an open-world kind of trailer to look at. It's not the kind that you would assume with all of the other open-world trailers we get, but this one shows off more of the fighting as well as a few of the new places that Monolith Productions has put together for us to explore so it isn't all Mordor and the surrounding areas. Minecraft With Minecraft launching on the Switch there has been complaints that Minecraft only runs at 720p there, but is there a noticeable difference? I think it’s time we had a talk. I recently read an article about Minecraft coming to the Nintendo Switch. I always like when a game can come to a new platform so that more people can enjoy it and as of May 11th Minecraft can be enjoyed on the platform. The issue came later when I saw many people complaining that only runs in 720p. After digging deeper, it seems that the power of the Switch isn’t to blame but unforeseen technical difficulties with the game. Read More...
