The Sinking City Gets Even More Bizarre With New Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Sinking City More gameplay for The Sinking City has been revealed out of E3 and it gives us a better look at the open world of The Sinking City and its weirdness If you felt that the last look we had at The Sinking City was a little on the light side of things, you were right and we feel you. It was short and sweet and did not truly give us all much more to look at for the game and what Frogwares has been putting into the game to give us that full Cthulhu feeling of things. I am not saying it has not been there before, but there has not been a solid look at it all for the public as of yet and I know many want more for The Sinking City. Read More...

ToeJam & Earl Will Be Back In The Groove This Fall
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 28th of June 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
ToeJam & Earl After twenty-six year, ToeJam & Earl will finally be back and coming this Fall with their fourth title, ToeJam & Earl: Back In The Groove It has been quite some time since ToeJam & Earl: Back In The Groove was funded and had work started on it. It has been delayed and moved around a bit, but HumaNature Studios has been still working on it and aiming to get it to us as soon as possible. It was pushed back when Adult Swim was poised to publish it, but now it looks like they are out and the team is going to be self-publishing this ToeJam & Earl title all on their own. This also means that we have a more secure release window of Fall of this year now. Read More...

Get Ready To Taste The Insanity Coming With The Sinking City
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of June 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
The Sinking City A new trailer for The Sinking City is here to give us a bit of a look at the madness within as well as a release date for The Sinking City One of the titles I was sorry to miss out on at E3 this year had to be The Sinking City. It may look and be another Lovecraftian story or tale to add into the mix of the many coming out, but it looks like Frogwares is crafting something many of us can get behind and see is truly weird out there. That and it looks like The Sinking City will be missing the mark of all of the other titles in the same vein by launching on March 21st of next year on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Thankfully it is also not another of those many February releases that are all the rage as of late. Read More...

E3 2018 Impressions — The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Captain Spirit While at E3, I was able to see The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit. Another of the outside the realm of the usual at E3 came The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit during the Microsoft media event and it is the bridge between the original Life Is Strange and the upcoming second full title in the franchise. DontNod is back at the helm for the franchise here and it looks like they also have Square Enix bringing it to us on June 26th on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. All for the low price of free, so we can eliminate the cost being a reason to skip out on this new narrative adventure. Read More...

E3 Hands On — Hitman 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 20th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Hitman While at E3, I was able to see Hitman 2 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Hitman 2. We all knew it was coming and then it was secured when Hitman 2 received the official announcement just before E3 this year. Given how well the last one was received and still is played today, it would have been a bad move on IO Interactive to not follow it up with another great addition to the franchise and continue the story that sucked us in recently. They may have moved over to Warner Bros. to get the game out there, but that is not a bad thing at all as they also had Hitman 2 on the floor to play and see just where the game has progressed to. E3 Hands On — Arca’s Path
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Arca’s Path While at E3, I was able to see Arca’s Path in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Arca’s Path. In the mix of all the hustle and bustle of E3 sometimes you yearn for a break and some other title out there to ground you back out and that was where Arca’s Path comes in here. I am going to go on a limb and say that a lot of you most likely have not heard of the game as of yet but it was on the list of VR titles that I wanted to check out during the show. It is a new title that Dream Reality Interactive has crafted for us and another "smaller" title that Rebellion has put themselves behind to bring to the PSVR, Oculus, and Vive sometime soon. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of June 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Hitman After many leaks, Hitman 2 has been officially announced and will be adding to the Hitman universe by this November There was a lot of buildup and then a lot of leaks, but now we have it that Hitman 2 is coming and will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 13th this year. No point in living in the dark anymore as things were shown off before IO Interactive and Warner Bros. were ready for it. We were all just too alert for a new Hitman to make it to E3 or this PrE3 time. Read More...

The Walking Dead: The Final Season Gets Really Dark With A Release Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead The release date for The Walking Dead: The Final Season has been set and we will see how Clementine's story will wrap in The Walking Dead universe Get those tears ready as The Walking Dead: The Final Season has a release date set for the first episode now and now we can see how it will all end on August 14th. At least see how Clementine's story will end in the franchise, so that could mean that Telltale Games could technically keep the IP going but I have a feeling that this will be the end of it all. This, of course, does not sound like things will go to well for the character as this is The Walking Dead and stories almost always come to a close with the character's horrible death. Read More...

Here Is A Look At Team Sonic Racing In Action Just Before E3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of June 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Sonic New gameplay for Team Sonic Racing is here so we can see how Sonic and crew will be placed into a racing title now First it was rumor, then denied, then "leaked," then denied, the leaked again, and then Team Sonic Racing was finally confirmed to be a thing that will be coming to the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. That is at least how this title has gone for this year so far as Sega has been holding off on getting the full announcement out there. Thankfully, they stopped and just let the announcement for Team Sonic Racing to finally come and to show off just what Sumo Digital has been "secretly" working on for a bit. Read More...

Not that we have not been having all of that fun already or in the past when Capcom brought him into the fighting rings, but it is a way to bring him back as part of the character DLC here. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of May 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
LEGO It has been officially announced that LEGO DC Super-Villains is coming and unlike other LEGO video games out there, we get to be the villain It has been teased, "leaked," and now it is official that LEGO DC Super-Villains is going to be a thing and is coming for our PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC on October 16th. Not to steal them, but for us to play and enjoy as the next title from TT Games set in the DC Universe.
