Assassin’s Creed Origins Sets Out To Have The Largest World Yet
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 28th of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed More gameplay for Assassin’s Creed Origins is out there and it gives us a better look at how large the world of Assassin’s Creed Origins will be A whole lot of information and impressions for Assassin’s Creed Origins seemed to have flooded out of Gamescom with many sounding based on the similar demo shown off in the recent past for the game. I am not saying this is a bad thing here at all, but this is what Ubisoft has been bringing around so everyone can have a chance to give it all a play before October 27th when it hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. However, during the most recent event, we did get to see more of the inner machinations and scheming that will be going on with the power players in Assassin’s Creed Origins all to drive the story a bit more. Assassin’s Creed Origins Gets All Cinematic Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed A new cinematic trailer for Assassin’s Creed Origins has been shown off at Gamescom and it shows off some of the icons that Assassin’s Creed Origins could have mixed in Well, Gamescom is currently in full swing and it would make sense that we would get to see more for Assassin’s Creed Origins during the event given that it launches on October 27th here. It would be insanely strange if Ubisoft missed the chance to show off more for the game and they did not as it was one of the items that opened the event showing off more of the Xbox One X out there. They needed to show off just what they are capable to do there for Assassin’s Creed Origins as well as on the PS4 and PC so it makes perfect sense for now. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Crackdown 3 After much debate, Crackdown 3 has been delayed to address all of the issues gamers had with Crackdown 3 recently as well as add improvements We were going so well with all of the good news in gaming and then we get hit with Crackdown 3 is on the delayed list yet again. Sadly, yes it looks like Reagent Games and Sumo Digital are going to need a lot more time to get the game out to us as it has been stated that the game is no longer hitting the November 7th release date anymore. Now we won't be seeing Crackdown 3 hitting the Xbox One and Windows PC until sometime in Spring of 2018. This could be a few months delay or a much larger one when you look at what Spring could mean. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed New details for Assassin’s Creed Origins' combat system have been placed out there and it looks to shake up the Assassin’s Creed we once knew I hope that you were not sold on the previous combat systems as it looks like Assassin’s Creed Origins is going to be changing it all up and give the franchise a good shake as it needed. I mean, we have all seen some of it so far in the other videos and gameplay that Ubisoft has let out there, but now we get some solid words on just what is going on that may or may not turn you off to the new game. One of the bigger aspects being that in Assassin’s Creed Origins we are switching to a hit-box based system instead of the pairing system we once knew. Read More...

See Just How Assassin’s Creed Origins Will Actually Play For Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of July 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed A new chunk of Assassin’s Creed Origins gameplay has made its way online and shows us just how Assassin’s Creed Origins will play in our hands If there is one thing that Ubisoft does well it is showing off a lot of the best ways to play their games like they did with Assassin’s Creed Origins. It makes sense that they want to make sure we all see how the game should play out when we pick it up on October 27th, but a lot of the times it is not the same experience that we all have. Not due to any doctoring up of the footage or changing the resolutions that we will never see at home for Assassin’s Creed Origins. Read More...

Assassin’s Creed Origins Gets A Bit More Insight For Size & Modern Day Component
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of July 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed A new interview for Assassin’s Creed Origins has popped up where questions & concerns for Assassin’s Creed Origins from E3 are being addressed It looks like Assassin’s Creed Origins is back in the headlines again and thankfully not for any major game delay or negative news out there, you can lose any worry you had, but with news on some of the aspects of the game that have only been slightly brushed on so far. As it turns out, with no surprise, there was a lot of information for the game that Ubisoft had not disclosed with the fans during E3 and of course they all wanted to know. I'm going to err on the side of demand, but none the less the game director for Assassin’s Creed Origins opted to sit down and go over some of them with Game Informer just recently. Read More...

Assassin's Creed Origins Is In Egypt & Here's Why
by Julia Schoebel [ Wednesday, 28th of June 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Assassin's Creed Recently Assassin's Creed Origins was officially announced and it had an Egyptian setting, and now here's why this Assassin's Creed is heading there Hopefully by now the excitement for Assassin’s Creed has subsided a bit and we can get back into the swing of things. This was one of the big titles we all knew that Ubisoft was going to show off out at E3 and finally move us all out of the rumor mill and into the information mill instead. It was pretty much one of the worst kept secrets over there as not only did we all know that a new Assassin's Creed title was coming, but with all those leaks we knew where and about when in the timeline it would all be coming to us. This also included the Egyptian setting that was confirmed during their big press event when it was also announced that we'd be jumping back into the Brotherhood on October 27th on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Things Seem To Be Changing For Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of April 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Ancestors It looks like Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey is no longer set to be episodic and it is going to let us dictate how our Ancestors came to be Just about two years ago we had a tease for a new game called Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey. This was the new project that Patrice Desilets (Assassin's Creed) and team over at Panache Digital Games was working on that would take us on a third-person action-adventure through the process of human evolution. All done in a form of a documentary of sorts as we watch and help guide our Ancestors through everything from the very beginning of it all to our current age. All in an episodic form that was assumed to have each major era be a different episode. Read More...

Mothergunship Will Bring More Bullet-Hell Gameplay To The Universe
by Duke Searles [ Wednesday, 15th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Mothergunship A new FPS title, Mothergunship, has been announced and Mothergunship looks to bring both some bullet-hell as well as modular weapon crafting to us If you've been feeling like there have been a lack of solid, shoot-the-hells-out-of-everything, FPS games out there then you'll be glad to see that Mothergunship is on its way to sate that hunger. This would be the most recent title announced from Grip Digital and Terrible Posture Games that pits you into the mix of shoot first and ask questions never kind of game play. At least from the first trailer we have here for Mothergunship announcing that it is coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in the future. Read More...

It's Time To Take The Melee Combat Online With Absolver
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Absolver New online combat title, Absolver, has been announced and we have a bit of gameplay for Absolver just before the big E3 reveal It looks like we have the first of two titles that Devolver Digital has for us at E3 as Absolver has just been announced and came with a nice new trailer. This would be the new title being crafted by developers Sloclap and it aims to bring us all into an online combat world where we all want to become the best there is. I say that as it looks like Absolver is all about melee combat and not the traditional shooter combat that all of us are used to when it comes to online combat titles. It's not the first of its kind but it does look to try and perfect the craft in their own way. Read More...

Dead Island 2 Has A New Developer Taking The Charge
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of March 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Dead Island 2 Dead Island 2 has a new developer and looks to be back in full swing without any of the compromises listed for the original Dead Island 2 developers being used Maybe you remember last July when it was announced that Dead Island 2 was losing its developer. All over creative differences and compromises that Deep Silver didn't want to make to the franchise that YAGER couldn't get around. Since then there hasn't been much word on the status of Dead Island 2 and all we've seen recently is that Dead Island and Riptide are getting the HD move to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Thankfully today I get to inform you that Sumo Digital has stepped up to make DI2 a reality. Read More...
