Overwatch An Overwatch panel has been set up for SDCC this week and it will take you behind the scenes for Overwatch's latest hero Doomfist Fans of Overwatch and those looking to know more on the latest Hero to grace the game, also those who will be at this year's SDCC, let it be known that you will have the chance to get a behind the scenes look at the new hero as well as ask the team questions about it all. Ataribox A new console called the Ataribox has been announced and the Ataribox looks to bring us all the classic and modern games fans have wanted If you've been sitting around thinking that you needed another gaming console to play on then wait no more as it looks like the Ataribox has been given an announcement out there. Kingdom Hearts The next world for Kingdom Hearts III has been announced out at D23 and it looks like the Kingdom Hearts franchise is finally getting a Toy Story theme We were promised new footage for Kingdom Hearts III out of D23 over the weekend and that is just what we were given during the show. Not only given but also shown a whole lot of new game that Square Enix has been working as well as the story for the new world that we are not only getting in the game, but also for the first time in the franchise. Hearthstone To celebrate the upcoming Hearthstone: Knights Of The Frozen Throne expansion there will be a Hearthstone themed Ice Cream Parlor for fans of the game Yet another video game franchise is getting a nice showing out at SDCC and this one is not only for the new expansion Hearthstone: Knights Of The Frozen Throne, but it is also something much more than just a panel with a few little tidbits of gameplay and features. Paragon The next character to come to Paragon has been announced and it looks like Paragon will get more of the furry added into the mix Another three weeks down and another character is added into the mix for Paragon. It seems hard to believe given how many Epic Games has already thrown together for us that they are still bringing us all more, but they are. July 18th adds yet another to Paragon by the name of Zinx and if you were hoping for a more feline character to be added into the mix, then you'll be happy to see that too. Shadow Of War It's time to hear who will be joining you on Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War's quest, aurally, & then maybe meet the Shadow Of War VO cast at SDCC We can mark this under the "Not A Huge Surprise" list, but Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War will be at SDCC this year and in tow will also be the voice cast for the game that has recently been announced. Of course some of the people from Monolith Productions will also be there to talk about the game, but given the way SDCC is, it will be more about the big names linked to the game and seeing them. Mafia 3 The third and final DLC story for Mafia 3 is about to launch and now we have our first look at what it will bring to Mafia 3 It has been a bit of a wait but now we have the third and final bit of story DLC for Mafia 3 and it looks like it is going to be adding a lot more darkness to the already dark world that has been crafted here. It certainly looks like Hangar 13 has gone to great extents to make sure we all see how horrible the world could have been, and has been, though this game. Injustice 2 Gameplay for Injustice 2's Sub Zero has been revealed and now we can see what he will be bringing to Injustice 2 this week New DLC for Injustice 2 drops this week as we get to add Sub Zero into the fighting mix of this DC hero and villain fighting game. Of course, this is not a huge surprise as NetherRealm Studios has already announced him and we all figured it was coming given Scorpion and the first Injustice title. That and we had a small tease for the character last week as we had our first look at him in Injustice 2, but now we have a whole lot of gameplay to look at and figure him out. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That ends another week in video games out here and even with the slowdown due to the American holiday, it was still a pretty decent one out there. Not overflowing with news and updates, but still just enough out there to keep things flowing. I mean it was more about the updates for Horizon Zero Dawn and Shadow Of Mordor, but other video games like Assassin’s Creed Origins had quite a bit of highlight and we learned about the physical version of LawBreakers that hopefully you picked up on the PC or are waiting for the PS4 version to open up. Shadow Of War A new update for Shadow Of Mordor has released that will carry over Nemesis & Followers to Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War If you had planned on getting to start completely new for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War, then you were right to think that as before now it didn't seem like there was going to be much of a bridge besides story for this title and Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor. For most gamers this is still an option, but for those who had some great nemesis and followers from the first game it looks like Monolith Productions is going to give us the option to carry over the best of each when we spin up the new game on October 10th. Yea, you will be able to start Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War off with your best follower from before at your side fighting the good fight, while needing to be on the lookout for your greatest nemesis whom may be trying to end out their story arc. StarCraft Get ready to dive back into StarCraft as the recently announced StarCraft Remastered has been given an August release date now Back in March it was announced that we were going to be getting StarCraft Remastered for the PC and Mac. Fans and those looking for more nostalgia rejoiced and praised Blizzard for doing this for everyone as it was one of their best RTS titles. At least in my opinion and many others. Call Of Duty The third DLC pack for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be hitting the PS4 next week with all the usual Call Of Duty goodies mixed right in Not get all of the Call Of Duty titles all mixed up here, but the third major DLC for Infinite Warfare is about to drop on the PS4 so it is time to take note and not confuse this with any future DLC. None of that makes sense to me either. The takeaway here is that the most recent Call Of Duty title that Infinity Ward made for us last year will be getting its third major DLC drop as part of the Season Pass so get ready to dive into that and forget about the WWII one that Activision is also pushing at the same time. God Of War New screenshots for God Of War are out there as well as a fun look at how the new looks for God Of War came about from the previous titles With only two trailers for God Of War being out there currently, the game has already looked to take an interesting turn for the franchise and the character involved. Given the drastic nature of the shift, and the way all those internet fans are, it is no surprise that Santa Monica Studio has been harped on for having a different type of Kratos in the game.
