So details about the story of Injustice have been sparse and they still are. Even the full character roster has still not fully been disclosed. Since Borderlands 2 is coming out in just over a few weeks, I felt it would be good to give you guys the low down and all the info that we know about Borderlands 2. Well this was pretty much expected. Cat Woman has just been confirmed as a new playable character for Injustice: Gods Among Us and below is a video showcasing what she can do and take in the game. As is to be expected she is fast, agile and able to whip the other characters from DC universe into shape. That is if she is not trying to kill them with cheesy one-liners of the feline nature instead. So not only is there a new game play trailer for Injustice: Gods Among Us, but there are also two new characters announced for the game. Nightwing and Cyborg are those characters just to get the ball started here. It's summer block buster time again in the film industry which means it's also the time we see the video games that coincide with said block busters hitting the shelves. While Marvel missed out on a proper Avengers title, Beenox and Activision made sure that they didn't miss out on a new Spider-Man title. The pair have already churned out the last couple of rather decent titles for the franchise so why not one for the film. I know what you are thinking, why is Activision trying to milk the franchise even more, especially since the last two attempts fizzled out and left a sour taste in a lot of gamers' mouths? It did for me too. So I was a bit sketchy on actually giving 007 Legends my time at E3. Borderlands 2 has probably got to be one of the biggest sequels coming to market this year and yours truly here got a nice 30 minute hands on with the game. Not only that, but I got hands on with the Assassin class that has yet to be playable until E3. Well at least to the general public that is. Alright with E3 right around the corner, Konami took it upon themselves to have their 2nd annual "Pre-E3 Press Conference" which started off slow with some social game updates and news. Borderlands 2 is a massive improvement from the first installment. The controls are super smooth and tight. The feeling of level grinding seems to have disappeared, thankfully. Having other colors in the game, rather than just brown, has really showed off the rich and beautiful landscape that the world of Pandora has to offer. I got to play as the new Siren in the game: Maya. Her special ability stuns her enemies in a blackish purple vortex allowing you to get off some free shots. Read More...

The guys over at Gearbox Software have released a new trailer for their upcoming sequel to their smash hit Borderlands simply titled Borderlands 2. I loved playing Borderlands, the questlines; the stories and the loot were all hilariously amazing. Not to mention it has one of my favorite zombie stories ever, Zombie Island of Dr. Ned DLC which is just how a zombie story should be. So without further adieu here are the games we're most excited about in 2012. Darksiders II Developed by Vigil Games and published by THQ, Darksiders II takes place during the same time period as the original Darksiders; players will be taking control of Death who is War's fellow horseman and brother. Featuring a new location that is said to be twice as big as the original game, a single quest hub will be connecting to a numerous amount of dungeons, one certain city area will feature more dungeons than the original Darksiders. Today it was announced that Zachary Levi will be hosting the 2011 Video Game Awards on Spike TV. Before you click away from this article and roll your eyes, let's take a look at the VGAs and this press release in particular before you pre-judge the fledgling award show. Just in the nick of time, Spider-Man is back in another game for us to take on the many comic book villains who plague New York in Spider-Man: Edge Of Time. While not a direct sequel to last year's Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, it does have at least two of the dimensions represented and makes reference to the "Other Guys" from the game.
