The Ancient Gods Are Coming Soon For DOOM Eternal
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of August 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
DOOM The first single-player DLC for DOOM Eternal is coming and we will get to see the DOOM Slayer taking on some new areas in the universe It is no secret that we knew that DOOM Eternal was going to be getting some single-player DLC coming soon for the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. We had some screenshots come out before to let us all know and now we are back with a new teaser trailer to see from id Software. It is a weird cycle we are going to be getting here for DOOM Eternal with so many teases that do not feel needed, but it is something new to see and keep us going, I guess. At least this new trailer we have does show we will be going to new areas in the universe and not just some recycled bits from before. Read More...

Learn A Bit More On Why We Are Getting Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 5th of August 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Werewolf The next developer diary for Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest is out there for us to learn why we are getting another Werewolf game There is no doubt that we will have a whole lot of Werewolf: The Apocalypse to enjoy in terms of video games in the coming month just as the ones for the other aspects of the World Of Darkness. The one we are looking at here is going to be the one that Different Tales is working on to give us a different take on the franchise. Not the hacking and slashing one we have seen but Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest where we will play out a motion comic of sorts much as we have for the Vampire one out there. Review — Maid Of Sker
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of July 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Maid Of Sker We sit down and review Maid Of Sker. A new horror experience where songs are not your friends. Here is our review of Maid Of Sker There have been many horror games out there that have used sound as a gimmick to drive the fear and now we have Maid Of Sker here to add to that mix and use it as a way to help keep us quiet a bit. Something that might sound like something many other forms of media have used as of late, but given how long it takes to make video games it should not be seen as something Wales Interactive is jumping onto. In fact, Maid Of Sker also comes along with a much deeper story than some of those others while making sure that we can be frightened by making the slightest peep in the game. Read More...

Hyper Scape Is Hacking Into The Consoles Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of July 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Hyper Scape Just as the beta for Hyper Scape is ending, we get to see when Hyper Scape will be heading to the consoles for more fun Almost as quick as the announcement came out for Hyper Scape, we are seeing it leave its open beta and head to a full release on the PC. Not only the PC but now we see when the PS4 and Xbox One gamers will get a chance to jump into this new battle royale title Ubisoft is offering up for free. There is still time to give Hyper Scape a go during the beta as it runs until August 2nd but I know some of you would rather just play the final build first. That or you do not have a strong enough PC to actually play games on and will be waiting for the consoles to open up. Read More...

Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest Reveals More Of Its Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 28th of July 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Werewolf The upcoming Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest has shown off a little bit of the gameplay and how it will fit into Werewolf: The Apocalypse Just as many were thinking, we have a new look at Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest and it shows off the game that we were expecting to get here. Do not read that as a bad thing as Different Tales and Walkabout Games was aiming for something different than we have seen for the many other World Of Darkness titles. This one is the story-driven Werewolf: The Apocalypse title and not the action-brawler one that is coming too. Read More...

The Resistance Starts With Us In Watch Dogs: Legion
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of July 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Watch Dogs A new trailer for Watch Dogs: Legion is here to give us a little more insight into where the world of Watch Dogs has gone to One more trailer is out there for Watch Dogs: Legion for us all and we get one more look at how the resistance will rise in the game. This would be the side of the conflict that we are going to be playing on more or less. That is, unless Ubisoft has been pulling a fast one on us and we will be able to recruit more than grunts on the other side of things here. That would be an interesting twist to Watch Dogs: Legion if that was possible, but I highly doubt it will happen. Read More...

Get Ready To Soon Take On A Tale Of Paper
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 21st of July 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
A Tale Of Paper A new indie project, A Tale Of Paper, is coming to the PS4 and it looks like A Tale Of Paper will tell a story from an interesting perspective It might sound odd at first, but no, A Tale Of Paper is not a new title about the wonders of paperwork and filing. It does sound like that would be the case but what we have here from Open House Games looks to be a new platforming title to entice us all in and take a look at the world from a different point of view. At the end of the day, A Tale Of Paper will be an exploration title with what looks to be some platforming elements for the PS4. It might be much more than that if we want to dig deeper, though, as it shows off a new way that a sentient piece of paper might look at the world. Read More...

Log Into The Open Beta Out There For Hyper Scape
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 20th of July 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Hyper Scape The open beta is running for the PC version of Hyper Scape and we have a quick look at what brought us all into the world of Hyper Scape We have seen a bit for Hyper Scape before now, but that might not be saying much as the game is out there on the PC via an Open Beta if you so want to choose to go in on it. It may not be the best kept secret but it does not seem like it is being promoted all that much by Ubisoft at this point. It could just be how the world is and things fly by. Read More...
