Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week It is now time to put a pin in yet another huge week in video games and move on to the fun part of it all. At least for those of us that have the weekends off and can kick back to enjoy them all. Especially with the next wave of beta for Marvel's Avengers here and all of the other prep work to get ready for everything coming to Control Something we will need to help carry us all over as we saw the delay for Bloodlines 2 here as well. Bloodlines 2 A new delay has hit Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2, as we will now be seeing Bloodlines 2 in 2021 now on all of those platforms Add another title to the growing list of titles getting delayed still, as Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 has been pushed out to 2021 now. Granted, we did not have a solid date to look at for the game before now but it was originally slated for 2020. DOOM The first single-player DLC for DOOM Eternal is coming and we will get to see the DOOM Slayer taking on some new areas in the universe It is no secret that we knew that DOOM Eternal was going to be getting some single-player DLC coming soon for the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. We had some screenshots come out before to let us all know and now we are back with a new teaser trailer to see from id Software. It is a weird cycle we are going to be getting here for DOOM Eternal with so many teases that do not feel needed, but it is something new to see and keep us going, I guess. It may be short and sweet, but it does offer up a better look at what Cyanide Studio and Bigben Interactive have been toiling away on in all of this mix. Something here that makes it look about on par with the over-the-top cinematic trailer we saw for Werewolf not that long ago. Weirdly it will be hitting the PS4 and Xbox One on October 2nd instead of making the run for the next-gen, but it does make a little bit of sense. We are getting a new Crash Bandicoot title, so I will take it and love it.
