by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Deathloop New gameplay for Deathloop is here to give us a bit of a taste on how Deathloop will play as well as a winning strategy to take It may feel weird after some other news about Bethesda and Microsoft cutting a deal, but we have more gameplay for Deathloop to show off how this game will look on the PS5 and PC when it launches. It is still slated for those platforms only and Arkane is still working on it for next year at some point sot here is that news. The bigger thing here is that we have some new gameplay for Deathloop that kind of highlights a bit better on what we will actually be doing in the game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of September 2020 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with the end to one more week this year and so many more video games to look for to keep us all at home and entertained while we survive. Sure, most of what we had this week was to help build up titles like DOOM Eternal and The Medium, but we also had some great updates for Ratchet & Clank and Star Wars: Squadrons too. Amongst many other video games that we had released or get big updates this week too. Most of which being on the heels of the last big virtual convention over last weekend. Read More...

The Medium Is Going To Differ From Other Horror Titles We Have Had
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Medium A behind the scenes video for The Medium is here to shed some light on how The Medium will be a different style of horror from the developer It is time to take a trip into another world for The Medium, as we have a new behind the scenes video to show us how the game is being made and a whole different side of things than we have had before. Kind of like the premise of the game but more so Bloober Team can drop some news out there on the story for the game and show off more gameplay as we wait for it to hit the PC and Xbox Series X later this year. An amazing call if you ask me as it does give us a better look at the world of The Medium. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of September 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
DOOM We have a release date for the first part of the DOOM Eternal DLC as well as a look at how the DOOM Slayer will be back again Here we go with the release date for the upcoming DLC for DOOM Eternal called The Ancient Gods. Well, at least the first part of it all as it looks like id Software is breaking it up into parts here instead of one big expansion mixed in. I am sure this is to get it all out to us as quickly as possible while DOOM is still on our minds. No matter the case, we will see this all drop on us October 20th for those that have the Year One Pass or Digital Deluxe editions of the game. Read More...

Observer A new look at how Observer: System Redux will be evolving the visuals of Observer for the next-gen systems is here There has never been any doubt that the PS5 and Xbox Series X will be able to throw out some amazing visuals, but now we have a better look at how Observer: System Redux will look over there and just a bit of the power the new systems will have. I guess, we should still say potentially have as it is on the developers like Bloober Team to make games look overly impressive with the new hardware. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week It is now time to put a pin in yet another huge week in video games and move on to the fun part of it all. At least for those of us that have the weekends off and can kick back to enjoy them all. Especially with the next wave of beta for Marvel's Avengers here and all of the other prep work to get ready for everything coming to Control Something we will need to help carry us all over as we saw the delay for Bloodlines 2 here as well. Something that gets a bit of relief when we see video games like The Last Of Us Part II have a huge update out there to keep us coming back in for more. Read More...

The Ancient Gods Are Coming Soon For DOOM Eternal
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of August 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
DOOM The first single-player DLC for DOOM Eternal is coming and we will get to see the DOOM Slayer taking on some new areas in the universe It is no secret that we knew that DOOM Eternal was going to be getting some single-player DLC coming soon for the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. We had some screenshots come out before to let us all know and now we are back with a new teaser trailer to see from id Software. It is a weird cycle we are going to be getting here for DOOM Eternal with so many teases that do not feel needed, but it is something new to see and keep us going, I guess. At least this new trailer we have does show we will be going to new areas in the universe and not just some recycled bits from before. Read More...

Crash Bandicoot: It’s About Time Is Offering Up A Lot More Than We Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of August 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Crash Bandicoot New gameplay for Crash Bandicoot: It’s About Time is here with some new twists and a look back at how it will use past Crash Bandicoot titles too A new and long look at Crash Bandicoot: It’s About Time came out of the big State Of Play event yesterday and for those that missed out, we have the slice of it all. It was slipped in as a beefy little thing from Toys For Bob as they dove into all the changes and additions we can all expect to have here in the game. It has been a long time since we had a great Crash Bandicoot title so it would make sense that we would be getting something to showcase the IP and keep us all wanting more after October 2nd. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 7th of July 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Werewolf The first official gameplay for Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Earthblood is out here along with a date on when we will get to become the Werewolf The day has finally come and the debut of some actual gameplay to the masses for Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Earthblood is here. It may be short and sweet, but it does offer up a better look at what Cyanide Studio and Bigben Interactive have been toiling away on in all of this mix. Something here that makes it look about on par with the over-the-top cinematic trailer we saw for Werewolf not that long ago. All with the big kicker that the game will be making its way to the upcoming PS5 and Xbox Series X on top of the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Read More...

Crash Bandicoot: It’s About Time Is Officially Coming This October
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of June 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Crash Bandicoot A true sequel for Crash Bandicoot is coming as we have the announcement of Crash Bandicoot: It’s About Time coming this year It was leaked and now it is here, with Crash Bandicoot: It’s About Time getting a full announcement and showing for us to get excited for. Weirdly it will be hitting the PS4 and Xbox One on October 2nd instead of making the run for the next-gen, but it does make a little bit of sense. We are getting a new Crash Bandicoot title, so I will take it and love it. More so when we get to see how some of the masks and gameplay will be shifting us through various things and times in the same whacky story we have known for years. Read More...
