DrinkBox Studios has announced there next title, Severed, and we have a trailer. When I hear the name Severed for a game title I automatically think survival horror or something alike. DrinkBox Studios apparently has a different idea with a FPS gesture based fantasy game. Quite a different stretch given the title but I was a huge fan of Guacamelee! that I will be willing to give it chance given my odd expectations. Amazon Game Studios has put out a trailer showcasing some of the upcoming titles for the Kindle Fire and Fire TV. Here's a sneak peek. Amazon has revealed their new Fire TV today and with that Amazon Game Studios has put out a 'sneak peek' at the games that we will soon be able to play on those Kindle Fires and Fire TVs. These of course are in addition to the Sev Zero and Sev Zero: Air Support that are already part of the new set-top library. Goat Simulator from Coffee Stain Studios is set to launch on April 1st. Here's the launch trailer. Sometimes when I think I have gamers figured out something like Goat Simulator comes along and makes me question everyone's priorities in the world. I heard about this game back during its early inception and could have sworn it was just some joke being played by someone modding another game. Then the trailers began hitting the internet and everyone and their sister's uncle's cousin's former roommate was talking about it. The classic arcade, button mashing game Gauntlet is getting a 2014 remake this summer. We have the announcement trailer and everything. Some of you may be too young to remember Gauntlet in classic arcades. Hells, you may be too young to remember classic arcades as well. I do and Warner Bros hopes that some of our readers will as well because that is one of the things they are trying to capitalize on with Gauntlet. A new fact sheet for Dishonored II has surfaced describing a bit more as well as a 2016 release window. It's only been a few days since we first saw the possible 'leak' of Dishonored II and now we have some follow up 'leakage'. Microsoft purchases the Gears Of War franchise from Epic Games this week and tasks Black Tusk Studios to continue the franchise. What does this exactly mean though? All of you Gears Of War fans should be dancing in the streets right now. While yes the news is just about Microsoft picking up the franchise it also makes it completely obvious that there will be a Gears Of War coming to the Xbox One and going forward. So the franchise isn't just dead in the water after the lackluster acceptance of Gears Of War: Judgment.
