Horizon We have a small look at some of the new challenges we will face in Horizon Forbidden West with some coming back from the past Horizon title We should have all known that Horizon Forbidden West was going to be a bit challenging to play. It would not be a great game if there were not any solid challenges in the game. That is not what we are talking about, though. The challenging part we are talking about here will be the little extras that Guerrilla Games is mixing in again to give us a break from the main story if we do want. Read More...

Dive In For The Latest Update For Horizon Forbidden West
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 24th of January 2022 - 10:00 PM ]
Horizon It is time to go underwater in Horizon Forbidden West and see the new features this brings to the Horizon world There is no big surprise that Horizon Forbidden West will give us more of the ability to take a dive and explore some of the new underwater areas in the game. We have been seeing little bits of this from Guerrilla Games since the game was first announced and still in a pre-rendered form. Now, we have a chance to take that dive and see a little bit on how that will function and play out in Horizon Forbidden West. Especially since Aloy is not one of those characters that can generally hold their breath for insane amounts of time and there needs to be some kind of mechanic around that in the game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 24th of January 2022 - 06:00 PM ]
MADiSON The consoles will see MADiSON drop on them too when MADiSON is finally ready to drop on the world We are all still waiting for the first-person horror title MADiSON to hit the PC, but it looks like there are going to be more fans waiting for the game now. That is due to the fact that Bloodious Games has teamed up with Perp Games to bring the game over to the consoles. None of the specific ones have been listed, but it should be easy to assume that MADiSON will be hitting the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. It could just be for the next-gen systems, but we will keep assuming until we finally get the list and showing for it all. Read More...

Underworld Dreams: The False King Is Opening New Horrors On The Switch Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of January 2022 - 08:00 PM ]
Underworld Underworld Dreams: The False King, the first part of the Underworld Dreams line, is coming to the Switch soon The darkness of the Cthulhu mythology just keeps on seeping into the world and this time it is with Underworld Dreams: The False King making its debut on the Switch. When that will be, well, that is still to be determined beyond just the "soon" listing that we have for it. That is at least one step up from before where Drop Of Pixel only had the title on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Although, this "soon" does look like it will be during the Spring of 2022, so there is that to look forward to for those looking to get the first part of the Underworld Dreams series on the Switch. Ghost Hunt Get ready to go on a new Ghost Hunt here with the latest we have today for Midnight Ghost Hunt The hunt still continues for the launch of Midnight Ghost Hunt, but we have a nice new little bit we can take in here today. A new bit of a cinematic to make sure we all know that Vaulted Sky Games and Coffee Stain are still getting this game ready to hit us on the PC at some point. There is still no solid word on that end, but we have some more fun to look at for Midnight Ghost Hunt. At least for those that are looking for a good four versus four hide-n-seek game where we will play as ghosts or as ghost hunters. Read More...

Horizon We get to go behind the scenes for Horizon Forbidden West with a look at the new and old cast bringing Horizon to life The story is a little out there already for Horizon Forbidden West and now we get a chance to see more of the cast that will be bringing them all to life. Most of them are back to reprise their roles from before and others are completely new members bringing us completely new characters too. That is kind of the way this all goes and it looks like Guerrilla Games have tapped some bigger names out there to help with all of this. Especially when you see that Carrie-Anne Moss will be joining Ashly Burch in this outing. Read More...

Horizon Forbidden West Is Going To Offer Up A More Epic Story
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of January 2022 - 06:00 PM ]
Horizon The story trailer for Horizon Forbidden West is here to show us all how the world of Horizon will be growing larger Only a few more sleeps and we will be able to dive right into the insanity that is going to be Horizon Forbidden West on the PS4 and PS5. It is crazy to think that we are almost there on February 18th to see how Guerrilla Games has further progressed this IP and story. There has been a lot out there before with Horizon Zero Dawn and all of the comics that went along with all of that up to now, and now we have a slight new look at where the west will take us. Most of which looks like it will be in-engine visuals and scenes that are going to be a bit more intense than we have seen before. Read More...
