This Week In Video Games 2/28/22 — 3/4/22
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 5th of March 2022 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Here we go with the end of one more week and all of the fun news and updates we have had for the various video games once more. The cycle continues and this one was a little on the wanting side than usual. Even with titles like Wonderlands and Resident Evil getting some fun updates and footage, it still felt like we were making way for other games that were already out there. Now we just have to wait for Conan Chop Chop and The House Of The Dead: Remake to join the list of video games we are playing this month and then we can start to sit pretty here. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 2/21/22 — 2/25/22
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 26th of February 2022 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week is now over and we can finally put it all to rest here and enjoy some video games. Given the state of the world out there and all of the insanity going on, it is something that can be needed if it is possible for you. If the PSVR 2 was out there already it would be a nice escape from it all but we will just have to focus on Elden Ring and the demo for Babylon’s Fall to keep us all going. Then we can all hope to make it to the point where we can see other video games like Street Fighter 6 get the release and fun back into the world beyond all of the horrors out there. Read More...

Learn How Combat Will Set Us Free In Babylon’s Fall
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 24th of February 2022 - 10:00 PM ]
Babylon’s Fall Babylon’s Fall latest explains to us the inner workings of some of the combat coming in Babylon’s Fall In just over a week from now, we will be able to start our combat path in Babylon’s Fall on the PS4, PS5, and PC. It is rather crazy how fast March 3rd rolled up on us here and I am sure Platinum Games is ready to get the game in our hands. That would be one of the reasons that we have a new 101 video for Babylon’s Fall that will walk us through some of the basics of the game's combat. It will have a few different weapon styles and ways to defend ourselves in the game, so it will be worth taking the full note of it all and get ready for that bigger launch next week. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 19th of February 2022 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Mark another week as completed and we can venture forth into all of those video games we have been waiting on so far. It is an American holiday weekend, so we can definitely spend some more time with Cyberpunk 2077 and Dead By Daylight to try to celebrate. I am not sure how that will go, but given that those are the video games we have out there right now that had some updates it is what we will go with. That should help the time pass for Babylon's Fall and Dune to get out there for us. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of February 2022 - 08:00 PM ]
BioShock BioShock is now getting a film adaptation to hopefully take us back into the world of BioShock once more We are all still waiting for the next big entry into the BioShock line of games, but it looks like we will not have to wait much longer to get something in general now. It has been officially announced that Netflix is now working on bringing a BioShock film adaptation to us all on their platform. When that will be is still up in the air as it sounds like they are only in the early stages of it all, but it has been announced. So, maybe it will be out there to get us all ready for the next big video game version of it all or it will be riding on the high we all have from heading back into the lighthouse once more. Sadako Is Raising The Stake In Dead By Daylight
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of February 2022 - 10:00 PM ]
Dead By Daylight Dead By Daylight is getting another killer in the mix as Sadako joins the ever-growing roster for Dead By Daylight It might have taken more than seven days to get it since it was first announced for Dead By Daylight, but the next killer for the game will be coming from Ringu. The Ring for those that have no clue what the other title is. This was a character that Behaviour teased for us a while back and now we can gladly see that we will finally have it all pay off in Dead By Daylight on March 8th. A little bit longer than seven days again, but we cannot complain when it will be another killer and survivor option have in the game based on all of the other horror icons we have had over the decades. See How To Set Up Your Spice Trade In Dune: Spice Wars
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of February 2022 - 08:00 PM ]
Dune The first gameplay for Dune: Spice Wars is here to take us all a bit deeper into the universe of Dune We have been waiting patiently for some real gameplay for Dune: Spice Wars and now we have it. Not in the way of things spotted in more behind-the-scenes from Shiro Games, but in the way of a bit of a breakdown on what we should expect when the game hits the PC early in this year. Gameplay that highlights more of the RTS and strategy elements of the game and a little bit more of the parts of the Dune IP that will be used here. It is not a huge spoiler that it will all focus on specific locations and areas around Arrakis as we all harvest more of the spice out there. Read More...

Ripout Will Be Terrorizing More Gamers When It Comes
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 14th of February 2022 - 08:00 PM ]
Ripout Ripout will be coming to consoles so Ripout can offer up the action-packed fun to us all Usually, the announcement of a new publisher does not garner a big bit of news to take in. Usually. But in the case of Ripout, it looks like there is a bit more to sing about the game. Originally, it was looking as if Pet Project Games were only going to be able to bring the fun over to the PC. Now, they have partnered up with 3D Realms and we have the announcement that Ripout will now be heading to the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S when it launches out there. That date is still being placed down as some time in 2022, as we all still wait for that, but it is coming and now to more platforms than before. Read More...

We are getting a demo on the platforms on February 25th as Platinum Games gears us all up for it all. Sadly, the PC will be missing out on this, but it is only a few days before Babylon’s Fall officially hits on March 3rd. That is unless you opted for the Deluxe Edition and want to start playing it all on February 28th. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 2/7/22 — 2/11/22
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 12th of February 2022 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week We can finally put a pin in this week and dive into all of those video games we have here now. We had a few more launches this week and still have some others in the pipe, so it is good that this one was not as intense as usual. Even if we did need to spend a whole lot of money picking up that Evil Dead: The Game collector's edition and then lose our minds over The Wolf Among Us 2 in the mix. Do not even get me started on Atomic Heart and then other video games like Assassin's Creed getting a whole new expansion. Read More...

Master Splinter Is In Action In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of February 2022 - 06:00 PM ]
Ninja Turtles The Ninja Turtles will have their master join them in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge Another character is joining in the fight for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge by the way of Master Splinter now. A character that we generally do not get to see fighting out there, but Tribute Games and Dotemu have opted to give us a look and taste of all of that. This would be a character that should be out there to bring Shredder down while front and center. Now he will join his Ninja Turtles in the game and give us just another option to play when the game does finally hit the PS4 and Xbox One. Read More...
