Red Dead Redemption The latest game to hit the Xbox One backwards compatibility program is Red Dead Redemption and it doesn't matter which version of Red Dead Redemption you own to have access Leading up to E3 and well before that we had a lot of "leaks" and news about something related to Red Dead Redemption coming soon. A lot of us thought that this was all to lead up to Rockstar Games announcing a sequel to the original title but as that time has come and gone it looks like we'll have to wait longer. What we won't have to wait for is the original Red Dead Redemption to hit the Xbox One as Take-Two Interactive is allowing it to head to the system via the backwards compatibility program that has been set up. Carmageddon A new compilation video for Carmageddon: Max Damage has been released and it shows off some of the things you'll rundown in Carmageddon at launch With Carmageddon: Max Damage coming out here in short order, July 8th, it might just be time to sit back and see just what you'll be running down and killing for fun in the game. Apparently Stainless Games had the same idea as they have just given us the rundown of some of the things we'll encounter when the game launches on the PS4 and Xbox One. BioShock After many leaks, BioShock: The Collection has finally been announced and now we are getting all the BioShock titles in one location for the current gen Here we go with yet another one of the worst kept secrets in the video game industry as BioShock: The Collection has now been given the full announcement, details, and release date from 2K Games. It only took five different "leaks" and ratings to show up but now we have a nice new collection put together from Blind Squirrel that puts everything in one place for new and old fans alike. All of the BioShock titles bundled up, remastered, and heading out to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 13th for $59. Read More...

Return To Arkham It has just been reported that Batman: Return To Arkham has been delayed with now release date in sight for when we'll Return To Arkham in this collection Back in May we were given a nice little surprise that we were getting a Batman: Return To Arkham bundle. This was a HD remaster of the other two Rocksteady Games titles that never made it to the PS4 and Xbox One. Mafia 3 The pre-order bonuses for Mafia 3 have finally been fully fleshed out this is just what we will be getting for Mafia 3 if we pre-order or by the CE Maybe you remember or maybe you don't but back when Mafia 3's collector's editions was announced we also caught word on the fact that there would be a pre-order bonus. At the time though 2K Games had yet to define out what would be coming in the "Family Kick-Back" DLC and Hangar 13 was just as quiet about that too. Spider-Man During E3 it was revealed that Spider-Man was getting yet another title in the mix but this won't be a Spider-Man game tied into anything but the general lore Another one of the huge surprises out of E3 was the announcement of a new Spider-Man game coming into the mix. Maybe not a huge surprise given the agreement between Sony and Marvel for the IP but the bigger one would be that Insomniac Games is doing the building and that it will not be linked into the new film at all. In fact, this Spider-Man title will be a completely standalone title and unsurprisingly available for the PS4 sometime in the future. How long into the future is of course a good question as this is still a working title for the game but it would make sense to use the synergy of the new film; so maybe July of 2017… Of course as this is just an announcement and a tease for the new Spider-Man title, information for the game is still sparse. The Walking Dead The first teaser trailer for The Walking Dead's third season has been revealed and it looks like The Walking Dead is jumping forward in time but keeping fan favorites If you were able to pay full attention to everything out of E3 then this may be old news to you but for those who were overloaded with news, then you may have missed that The Walking Dead season three is slated to start up sometime this Fall. Not only that but we have a nice little trailer out of Telltale Games and a few little tidbits on the game directly. Given the success of The Walking Dead in general it shouldn't have been that big of a shocker to see the third season coming but in this season it looks like the surprises are more in the game than that it is coming. Mafia 3 While at E3 I was able to see Mafia 3 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Mafia 3 Here we go with one of the larger titles that 2K Games was pimping out at E3 and now we have a solid look at Mafia 3 in terms of world and gameplay. Gameplay that was shown off by none other than the devs over at Hangar 13 in the mix of a time jump back to the era that the game takes place in. Of course there is a whole lot more to go into for Mafia 3, as with all of the other games out there, but this is the best look we have until October 7th when it finally lands on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Horizon While at E3 I was able to see Horizon Zero Dawn in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Horizon Zero Dawn. A good portion of what Sony has on the floor here at E3 happens to be just what we saw during the press conference and the same pretty much goes for Horizon Zero Dawn. We have another live demo put on from Guerrilla Games just for us but the only difference is that afterward we we allowed to actually put hands on with the game still waiting to launch on February 28th of 2017 on on the PS4. Of course it wasn’t of any new portion of Horizon Zero Dawn we have yet to see but that doesn’t change the fact that we got to actually play the game. Read More...

Gwent While at E3 I was able to see Gwent: The Witcher Card Game in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Gwent: The Witcher Card Game. We all demanded it and not we are getting Gwent: The Witcher Card Game as a standalone title to play and experience outside of the core game that spawned it. Of course CD Projekt RED could have taken the easy way out and just ported the basic game over to appease the fans but instead they went all out and brought a fully redesigned version of the game for us. The core mechanics are still there but this version of Gwent has a lot more to offer than just fun times and collecting cards. Read More...

Batman While at E3 I was able to see Batman: The Telltale Series in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Batman: The Telltale Series. A few reveals for Batman have already popped up here at E3 this year but of course that isn’t where the reveals were going to end. In fact in the middle of Wayne Manor here on the floor Telltale Games had a secret access to the Bat Cave and allowed some of us to see the first 30 minutes of the first episode of their take on the Batman franchise. That sounds like quite a bit to take in but thankfully it was just enough to keep the hype ball rolling as we wait for the episode to finally land sometime this Summer for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
