Studio Istolia A new studios, Studio Istolia, has been announced as well as Studio Istolia's first IP being in the works in terms of Project Prelude Rune If for some reason you didn't think that Square Enix had a lot on their table already, they go out and set up a whole new studio in the way of Studio Istolia. This would be a whole new studio that has been founded in Japan and has been tasked with bringing more great story titles out to us all with their first getting the codename of Project Prelude Rune. Given that this is only an announcement for Studio Istolia and the first IP it is working, there isn't much more to go on than that but at least we know that we have another contender in the gaming world and their aim is to bring more story based titles to us. Styx A new developer diary for Styx: Shards Of Darkness shows off a bit more of the game as well as how Styx has been evolved since the last game and beyond If Styx: Shards Of Darkness will be your first foray with this little goblin then A, you are missing out, and B, you need a crash course in who this little goblin is and how he has been crafted for the game and how he has evolved since. It would be odd if Cyanide Studios left him in the past and didn't use all of the new hardware and game to further show off this amazing character and while they are odd, they are not that odd. Friday The 13th The pre-order bonus for Friday The 13th: The Game has been shown off in ways of the custom Jason for Friday The 13th crafted by Tom Savini If you've been following along with Friday The 13th: The Game since day one then you may be familiar with the bonus of an extra Jason for the game from the mind of Tom Savini. Final Fantasy The wait is over for Final Fantasy 7 Remake & Kingdom Hearts 3 screenshots but the wait for Final Fantasy 7 Remake still eludes all of us for 2017 The wait for Final Fantasy VII Remake still lingers on as it still looks like we won't be seeing it this year, but that is only in a final form as we have a few new screenshots for the game here. Not only that but a little other title that Square Enix is working on in the way of Kingdom Hearts III. The Surge The next gameplay video for The Surge has been released and shows us fourteen more minutes of The Surge and more of the story We've had some gameplay before for The Surge and now it looks like it is high time for us to get some more. Of course we always want more but Deck 13 needs to be able to keep some of it to themselves until May when the game lands on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Mass Effect A new video series for Mass Effect: Andromeda has kicked off and the first one show how combat has changed in Mass Effect and how we can use it now If you've been holding out for some new Mass Effect: Andromeda gameplay to look at then your wait is now over. A new video series for the game has kicked off and starts out with BioWare giving us all the low-down on how combat will function and has been altered over the past titles. This isn't going to be the same style of combat we've been used to in other Mass Effect titles but for the most part it looks like it will run and gun just about the same. Ghost Recon Wildlands It has been announced that Ghost Recon Wildlands will be getting an open beta next week bringing one more Ghost Recon Wildlands location to explore since before The closed beta for Ghost Recon Wildlands has come and gone and many players had a chance to check out a small slice of the game and tool around with some of the gameplay features. I too missed out on it all due to time and other constraints so don't feel bad if you were in the same bucket. Mothergunship A new FPS title, Mothergunship, has been announced and Mothergunship looks to bring both some bullet-hell as well as modular weapon crafting to us If you've been feeling like there have been a lack of solid, shoot-the-hells-out-of-everything, FPS games out there then you'll be glad to see that Mothergunship is on its way to sate that hunger. This would be the most recent title announced from Grip Digital and Terrible Posture Games that pits you into the mix of shoot first and ask questions never kind of game play. Prey The first hour of Prey has been played out there and now we have some great Prey gameplay chunks to see just how the game opens and handles There are still many months until Prey is officially released, May 5th is still the date, but it seems that Arkane Studios couldn't hold back from giving out some sweet demo action for us all. A nice hour long section of demo for the game at that and it is filled with a whole lot of what the game is going to bring to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Well at least as much as the people over at Bethesda wanted to give out to us for Prey so far but still that means that we all get a nice look at the current state of the game and to see how it is truly holding up from the predecessor's fame. Perception A new gameplay trailer for Perception has been released and it is also here to announce that Perception will also be coming to the Xbox One Good news for those Xbox One gamers out there who were excited to see Perception in action but then let down when it was only announced for the PC and PS4. It looks like The Deep End Games will also be bringing their horror title to you as well now so all of the consoles and systems will get some love. Injustice 2 Four new characters for Injustice 2 have been revealed and it includes some of the most requested character for Injustice 2 to date It looks like we are getting all kinds of character reveals for Injustice 2 this week even though we were only teased with one before. I guess given that today is the big day of love out there it makes sense that NetherRealm Studios would give us more than just the one reveal. Now we have three more characters confirmed for Injustice 2 with some new gameplay for another that was already confirmed but only in a background shot from before. The roster is starting to fill up fast now and we have so much time until May 16th when it is finally launched on the PS4 and Xbox One. Read More...

GreedFall A new RPG, GreedFall, has been revealed and it looks to whisk us away to the island of GreedFall to face off with all kinds of magic and mercenaries It's always good when we get to hear about a new title coming and here we go with another RPG called GreedFall. This one comes out of the continued partnership between Spiders and Focus Home Interactive; the pair that brought us all The Technomancer last year and other titles before that. Pretty much they are known for the RPG titles and now we are getting another one with GreedFall when it lands on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Of course that is all still a ways out as 2018 is the listed date, but we are still in the reveal area of the game and that means we still have a lot of time to get used to it all and see if it will be in our libraries when it launches. South Park It looks like South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been delayed again as this new South Park title has been pushed off of a Q1 2017 list now It does not look like South Park: The Fractured But Whole is catching any breaks with actually making it to a release date as it looks like the game has been hit with yet another delay. Originally it was slated to land just in time for the Christmas holiday, it would have made the perfect gift, as it was set to release on December 6th. That date has come and gone and we were all set to head back into South Park before the end of March as the release date was slated as Q1 of 2017. Read More...

Little Nightmares New gameplay for Little Nightmares has released and it shows off more creepiness in Little Nightmares as well as some new horrible creatures to dodge Before now we all had a solid idea that Little Nightmares was going to be filled with a lot of creepy and dark imagery. At least if you've been following along with everything that Tarsier Studios has put out for the game so far and have not been trying to stay as free of gameplay spoilers so far. In the end it looks like a title that is right up my alley there and with some new gameplay from Bandai Namco today, Little Nightmares gets even further locked in for me and hopefully all of you who are into some dark and creepy platforming. E3 Just announced, E3 will be allowing even more of the public in this year as they detail out E3 consumer passes and what they entail It looks like dreams can come true for gamers out there as E3 is looking to open its doors to not only media and industry this year, but now it looks like consumers will have the chance to make it in as well.
