I have been excited for DontNod to bring us more for this game for some time now and am glad to see that we have a nice long trailer to look at here. If only it was more gameplay for Vampyr and less flying around to show off some of the world in the game. Read More...

Review — The Walking Dead: A New Frontier — From The Gallows
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of June 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead We sit down and review The Walking Dead: A New Frontier — From The Gallows. This is the final episode of Telltale's continuation on their version of The Walking Dead. Here's our review on how they did It may have had a slow start to get going, but here we go with the end of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier's season here. Technically this would be the end of the third season of the franchise from Telltale Games but given the new title it can be seen as its own thing in a shared universe. No matter which way you want to take it, here we are at the end of this season of The Walking Dead and in turn the conclusion of this story and hopefully closure on all of the other events and choices in the game so far. There's A Whole Lot Of ELEX Gameplay To Take In Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of June 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
ELEX New gameplay for ELEX has popped up online and we have about sixteen minutes of ELEX to pour through to and dissect now While it seems like there are a lot of titles out there trying to hold back new gameplay for E3 next week, it looks like some new footage for ELEX has been released out there by THQ Nordic to get us all riled up and ready for some newer footage soon. At least that is how I take the most recent look at Piranha Bytes' title here as we have do have a lot of gameplay in time but not much more than a lot of walking, jumping, and occasionally shooting. Yes, get ready for a lot of what looks like B-Roll here for ELEX but with a few new bits mixed in. Read More...

Minecraft: Story Mode Is Getting A 2nd Season To Build Off Part Of The 1st
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of June 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Minecraft It is official that Minecraft: Story Mode is getting a seond season and it will be bringing back a few of the Minecraft community members with it It seemed like it was "iffy" to me that Minecraft: Story Mode was going to be getting a full second season for fans to enjoy, all based on the eight episode season the first had, but as it looks there will be a season two. Today Telltale Games has announced that it is teaming up with Mojang again and bringing the episodic adventure back to carry on the adventures of Jesse in their own crafted world. Not only did they announce it, but Minecraft: Story Mode second season will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and mobile devices on July 11th with the first episode. Read More...

Need For Speed Payback Is On Its Way & Looking For The Perfect Ride
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 6th of June 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Need For Speed A new Need For Speed title is on its way as Need For Speed Payback has been announced and aims to pull into our homes this coming November Look out as we have a new driving game coming our way as Need For Speed Payback has been given the full announcement treatment and has already been given a release date for us to look to. The name may be a bit of a throw off for those who have been fans of the franchise for a while, but Payback is the latest from Ghost Games to come out for us on all the major platforms and coming on November 10th this year. Seems about right as there hasn't been much word on Need For Speed here in a while and now that we have word it makes sense to not have to wait too long to get it in our hands. Read More...

Review — The Walking Dead: A New Frontier — Thicker Than Water
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 5th of June 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead We sit down and review The Walking Dead: A New Frontier — Thicker Than Water. This is the fourth episode of Telltale's continuation on their version of The Walking Dead. Here's our review on how they did We've made it almost to the end of the story of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier and things are starting to boil up and over for the group here. Just about right for the fourth episode of any of Telltale Games' titles out there and here we are with it. If I had to guess I'd say that this is about when the real twist that The Walking Dead is known to throw out there, or the gut punch as it may be, will hit us all. Read More...

The Pressure Is Almost On For Rocket In Guardians Of The Galaxy's Next Episode
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 5th of June 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Guardians Of The Galaxy The official trailer for Guardians Of The Galaxy's second episode is here and it looks like one of the Guardians Of The Galaxy will be getting a backstory expanded It was no big secret that the second episode of Guardians Of The Galaxy was coming this week as that was one of the big announcements that Telltale Games laid down for us not too long ago. It's landing on the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and mobile devices on June 6th, tomorrow, and it's been hyped up a bit to get everyone ready to continue on the story that has already begun. Mystical artifact, seems to be able to bring the dead back to life, the Guardians Of The Galaxy have it in their hands, and it looks like we may get to see where Rocket started his whole career from. Here We Go With My E3 2017 Wish List To See Out There
by Greg Tatterfield [ Friday, 2nd of June 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
E3 With E3 2017 about to hit us, I figured it would be high time to get my E3 wish list out there in hopes to see a few titles during the event The biggest gaming convention E3 is right around the corner and excitement is building towards the event. Starting June 13th E3 always brings the biggest announcements and surprises in the gaming industry. This is my wish list for the event of what I hope to see this year at E3, in no particular order. The Last Of Us Part 2 Earlier this year Naughty Dog showed off a trailer of The Last Of Us Part II which showed off a bit of the story and how much time has passed since the first game. Read More...

ELEX Has Been Given A Release Date & Collector’s Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of June 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
ELEX The wait for ELEX looks to be a little shorter than we all thought as the released date for ELEX has been set down and not too far off To me it feels like we are only now getting to know ELEX and just what the game could bring us when all is said and done. Maybe I was a little bit late to the part to check out this new title from Piranha Bytes or maybe I was too focused on other IPs that THQ Nordic has for us in the coming months and years. Either way, ELEX caught my attentions and now I am glad to see that it will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 17th now. Yes, we now have a solid release date for the game and hopefully it stays that way as we always need more titles to break up the cold and slow months. Read More...

Extinction Is Relentlessly Coming For Us All In 2018
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of June 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Extinction Another new title, Extinction, has been announced just before E3 and we have a cinematic look at Extinction right now As if we didn't have enough games to look forward to already, it looks like we can add one more to the list as Extinction has just been announced by Maximum Games. While it does have a very post-apocalyptic sounding title, that isn't the case or was developers Iron Galaxy are aiming to bring us. In fact, Extinction's title is more along the lines of what you have to stop while set in a medieval setting where you are the lone hero trying to save everyone from a horde of massive ogres trying to murder everything in the area. You know, because that is just what Ogres do when not falling in love with donkey side-kicks and such. Read More...

Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War Has Sadly Been Delayed A Bit
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of June 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Shadow Of War It looks like Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War has been delayed a bit as the team aims to make Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War a better title…somehow I hope you weren't still looking for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War to launch this August as it has sadly been delayed out from the initial date we were given. It looks like Monolith Productions needs more time to perfect the game and the Nemesis gameplay so now we have to wait. How much longer of a wait? Read More...

Agony Is Getting A Physical Release Now…But Has Been Delayed As Well
by Jana Lass [ Wednesday, 31st of May 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Agony Horror title Agony has been delayed several months now but all so Agony will get a physical release and a lot more It seems just like a game like Agony to give us yet another good news and bad news kind of scenario for the game. Thankfully the game is still coming to us and the bad news isn't that Madmind Studio has opted to cancel the game. Not that at all. It just looks like they will be delaying Agony for "several months" so it could be a crap shoot to see if the game will actually make it to the PS4, Xbox One, or PC before the end of the year. New Details For Hunt: Showdown Are Here & Coming At E3 As Well
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 31st of May 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Hunt New updates for Hunt: Showdown have been released and it looks like some of the speculation about Hunt: Showdown has been true with more at E3 Not too long ago we saw a new title, Hunt: Showdown, pop up and not have much to go on but a lot of cryptic phrases and updates via the game's social media. Of course this led to speculation and a lot of it point to Crytek's title of a similar name being still in the works but under a new name. That one being Hunt: Horrors Of The Gilded Age and something that was really cool to see a few E3s ago. Read More...

Ride For Mayhem In Agents Of Mayhem & Take Down Those Who Double Park
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of May 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Agents Of Mayhem See the vehicles in Agents Of Mayhem in actions as they give you another way to get around the world of Agents Of Mayhem without just teleporting So far for Agents Of Mayhem we've seen a lot of fun ways to get around the city of Seoul that Volition has crafted for us. A lot of running, a lot of jumping, and a lot of teleportation but that will not be the only way we get around as every good game like this has vehicles of sorts too. This is also the case for Agents Of Mayhem as there is a specific department of the in-game universe that is tasked with giving us all just that. Also to give Deep Silver another great opportunity to give us trailers like the one below that gives a great throwback to vehicles of yore. Read More...
