Fallout 4 Is Taking Over Everything Including Rock Band 4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of November 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 It has been revealed that in Rock Band 4's upcoming major patch not only will there be new features for Rock Band 4 but also some new costumes based on Fallout 4 It looks like even Rock Band 4 cannot get away from the Fallout 4 fever that has been taking over the world as of late. In the next major update for Rock Band 4 it looks like Harmonix is going to mix in some new gear all based on the post-apocalyptic title for all of those fans who can seem to put Fallout 4 down long enough to enjoy a good old night of Rock Band 4. Seems like a daunting task for those gamers but it is something I can see them at least trying. Rock Band 4 deserves it and the wasteland needs some time to fill back in all of the dead enemies right? Read More...

With all of those additions to our favorite video games and all the news out of Paris Games Week it has been a bumpy ride here. We had Outlast 2's theme shown off and a release window. Destiny used the same old treats to entice players to stay playing instead of celebrating. We also had two reviews with Rock Band 4 and Tales From The Borderlands' season finale. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 28th of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 We Sit Down And Review Rock Band 4. Is it time to bring the rhythm game to the next gen or should it have been laid to rest? Here's Our Review of Rock Band 4 It has been some time coming and now we have Rock Band 4 released and in the hands of all the rhythm game fans out there who wanted this revival. I know I was among the ranks there and was glad to see that Harmonix had listened to us and brought Rock Band 4 to light. I am also glad that I was able to get my hands on the final version of the game and was able to experience the title that is the start or bringing more music to video games. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 9/21/15 — 9/25/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of September 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games It's always a great week in video games when you get to use a phrase like "butt theatrics" because it is used in a video game. It is also a good week here when you get to see a whole butt-load of Fallout 4 and Rise Of The Tomb Raider news hit the web. To go one step further it is another great week in video games when we were able to get out our review for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and sing all of the praises that we had for the game as it ate away at our time here. Other video games had to suffer for that one but it was completely worth it. Read More...

“Weird Al” & BABYMETAL Heading To Rock Band 4… For Xbox One
by Duke Searles [ Wednesday, 23rd of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 Twelve new songs heading to Rock Band 4 for those who pre-order the Xbox One version of Rock Band 4 and they include BABYMETAL and “Weird Al” I don't think I've been this excited for Rock Band 4 or the franchise since GWAR was announced as DLC back in the Rock Band 2 days. I'm an odd one. Sue me. None the less it looks like another group of artists are making their way onto Rock Band 4 thanks to Harmonix the only catch right now is that they are pre-order bonuses for those who happen to pick the game up on Xbox One and not the PS4. All sixty-three of the new songs we will be enjoying on our PS4 or Xbox One here on October 6th when Harmonix brings back their famed franchise to us all. This Week In Video Games 9/7/15 — 9/11/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of September 2015 - 11:14 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games It has been a shorter week in the video games world here but that still doesn't mean we didn't get to what we could. It did allow for us to play catch-up on all of those video games we had sitting around or just launched here recently. Only now we get to look forward to titles like Rock Band 4, Hellblade, and The Wither 3's DLC that are all coming. At least based on all of the video games we had to cover this week even though, like I said, it was shortened by the most recent American holiday and we took a break to play some video games. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of September 2015 - 09:02 PM ]
New information surrounding Rock Band 4's career mode and customization for characters have been revealed to make Rock Band 4 very RPG-ish By now you've most likely heard the statement that Rock Band 4's new Career Mode has a lot of elements that feel standard for an RPG. Well at least in the way of dictating how the story of your band goes from underground nobodies to the megastars like Vesuvius. Then again you may not have heard about this being the case here in Rock Band 4 from Harmonix. Get ready to sit back and take in some new knowledge for Rock Band 4 then as we have quite a bit more to drop on you before October 6th when the game hits PS4 and Xbox One. Read More...

Rock Band 4 Shows That The Cake Is Not A Lie With New Tracks
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 24th of August 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Ten new tracks have been added to Rock Band 4's on disk listing with some obscure bands and other favorites sure to make Rock Band 4 amazing October 6th is getting closer every day and that means Rock Band 4 is getting closer and closer to launch too. We've already had a wide spread of songs revealed for the game from Harmonix and today we have a few more. Ten more Rock Band 4 songs to be exact and these of course are going to be on the disc and not DLC tracks. This puts at about 44 songs on the Rock Band 4 disc by my count and that is ignoring all of the DLC we will have to carry over to the PS4 and Xbox One when that release date finally comes. This Week In Video Games 8/3/15 — 8/7/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of August 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games As Gamescom comes to a warp here we too come to wrap up another week in video games. There was so much to take in for this week we didn't get a chance to cover most things that cropped up for the industry at all. We tried our damnedest to do so but we are still just a small and fierce team. When the likes of Rock Band 4, Mad Max, and Final Fantasy XV are hammering us with so much it is hard to cover all video games out there or in the works. Hells, there was also a whole lot of Metal Gear Solid V that was handed out and we were only able to cover so little on it even though it was a huge thing. Read More...

What's Up? Rock Band 4 Gets More Tracks For Centuries That's What
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of August 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 gets seventeen new tracks to pad the full list of on disc songs we will be getting with Rock Band 4 It looks like the Rock Band 4 setlist is getting nicely filled out in terms of the on-disc songs we are going to be getting on October 6th. As of today we now have Harmonix has filled it in to 34 songs now with the announcement of seventeen more to the list. I'm going to say that we have at least one more huge announcement of tracks to round it all the way out or a few more smaller Rock Band 4 announcements to make sure that we have at least as many songs on-disc as we have had in past titles. I think we should have about 48 on Rock Band 4 to stay on par with what we've had in the past. Read More...
