It looks like the Rock Band 4 setlist is getting nicely filled out in terms of the on-disc songs we are going to be getting on October 6^th. As of today we now have Harmonix has filled it in to 34 songs now with the announcement of seventeen more to the list. I'm going to say that we have at least one more huge announcement of tracks to round it all the way out or a few more smaller Rock Band 4 announcements to make sure that we have at least as many songs on-disc as we have had in past titles. I think we should have about 48 on Rock Band 4 to stay on par with what we've had in the past. Then again most of us will have a few hundred in general if we are all truly fans.

With this most recent Rock Band 4 setlist update it looks like Harmonix is truly trying to be as diverse as possible with the musical genres. At least as broad while trying to keep the disc based stuff as T for Teen related as possible for Rock Band 4. Although I am sure that if they looked around and tried they would be able to get some of the more mature music for Rock Band 4 edited to still sound right as well as give some players an even more diverse setlist to the game. Maybe I just need to hold out until the rest of the on-disc songs are revealed for Rock Band 4 before I start making wild wishes and hopes. Or just go with the DLC and voted on songs when it comes to the long run.
