Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Breaks Down More Of The New Gameplay We Will Experience
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of October 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed More deeper dives into Assassin’s Creed Valhalla show us more of the new character and how it will evolve the Assassin’s Creed gameplay loop We are now under a month from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla hitting us all and we all want more gameplay to look at. Given how vast the game is going to be, it is safe to assume that more gameplay will not spoil too much for us. That is at least the hope out of Ubisoft here as we have a whole lot of gameplay to look at as they go deeper into the new and old mechanics that are aimed at evolving Assassin’s Creed just a bit more for the better. That is the hope that it will be for the better as change can sometimes lead to some faults. Read More...

Cyberpunk 2077 Will Have Us Speeding Through The Streets Of Night City
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of October 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Cyberpunk The next Night City Wire for Cyberpunk 2077 is here and it is all about the vehicles we will get to use in the Cyberpunk world Here we go with the fourth Night City Wire for Cyberpunk 2077 with a deeper look at the various vehicles and style we will get to employ in the game and world. Style in terms of our character's look and the various options that CD Projekt RED has for us and not specifically the stat that the tabletop gamers might know it as. Even if it seems like it is boiling down to four very specific paths we can go with in Cyberpunk 2077 and not the vast majority we can think of. Read More...

It Is Starting To Rain Out There In Mortal Kombat 11
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat New Mortal Kombat 11 gameplay is here to show off how Rain will be back in the Mortal Kombat fighting rings Here we go with some actual gameplay for the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate edition and one of the new characters that will be flowing into the fights again. It is a character that has not been fully seen in the franchise for a while and with only a few cameos in the past. With the Son of Argus fighting his way in, it is nice to finally see what he will be adding into Mortal Kombat 11 when the update and DLC comes. Even if it feels like the Kombat Pack 2 feels like it might be light on the characters and such this time around. Read More...

Rock Band 4 Will Be Making A Full Jump To The Next-Gen
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 14th of October 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Rock Band It has been confirmed that Rock Band 4, its DLC and all of the current-gen Rock Band instruments will be going next-gen It was known that Rock Band 4 was going to be making the jump into the next-gen realm for a bit now as it has been left off the list of games that would not be hitting the PS5 and Xbox Series X. Those lists are generally so short now that it seems odd to state when games will be making the leap over via an update or backward compatibility. When it comes to this one, there is a bit more to take in as there are years of DLC and controllers that we have spent money on and it would be nice to know if we can keep the Rock Band fun going after the next-gen systems hit. King Arthur: Knight’s Tale Is Coming To Bring The Legend To Life Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 14th of October 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
King Arthur The announcement for King Arthur: Knight’s Tale is here to bring us more of the legend of King Arthur in a turn-based setting Here we go with a fun new announcement, as we have King Arthur: Knight’s Tale kicking off and aiming for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC if it is able to get fully completed. This means that we are seeing another fun title go the path of Kickstarter here and NeocoreGames is looking for funds to complete it all right now. Not a bad way to go with many out there looking for a new way to experience the King Arthur legend and this one giving us a dark turn-based title. Read More...

Spider-Man: Miles Morales Takes On His First Boss Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 14th of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Miles Morales The first boss fight for Spider-Man: Miles Morales is shown off with Miles Morales taking on a villain we barely saw before now It should be easy to assume we would see some of the past villains making their way back into Spider-Man: Miles Morales when it hits the PS4 and PS5 next month. Both titles from Insomniac Games are linked and carry the same story so it would be weird if none of that actually happened. That is why it is not too shocking to see the first villain we will be facing in Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be one that was taken care of rather quickly in the previous title. Read More...

There Is More To The Story Coming For Sackboy: A Big Adventure
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of October 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Sackboy We have a new story trailer for Sackboy: A Big Adventure to help highlight how Sackboy is going to be the Knitted Knight we need Sackboy has gone through a whole lot since he first came on the scene in LittleBigPlanet. Not only in the crazy worlds we build to torment him and his friends in, but also in the way of the various story campaigns in those games that have come out over the years. We are just about a month out from Sackboy: A Big Adventure dropping on the PS4 and PS5, so it is about time to see what Sumo Digital is going to put this little guy through yet again here. It does look like it will be more focused on that aspect of the traditional setting of the game than the building and dreaming sections we have normally seen in these titles. Read More...

We Shall See Victory In February With Outriders
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of October 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Outriders The release date for Outriders is now set down for February of 2021 and we have more details for the next-gen version of Outriders too It looks like we are not going to be seeing Outriders out this year for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, or PC. Not that we had it solidly on any lists of titles that were supposed to be out there for us to enjoy during this year, but I know it was a hope I was having for People Can Fly to deliver us. Thankfully, though, it looks like the wait is not going to be that far off as we now have confirmation that we will be seeing Outriders out there on February 2nd in 2021. That is barring any unforeseen delays that could still happen, but it is the date we can mark down for certain right now. Read More...

More Of The Story & Post-Launch Content Is Detailed For Watch Dogs: Legion
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 6th of October 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Watch Dogs A new story trailer for Watch Dogs: Legion is here with news that post-launch content will feature more from Watch Dogs’ past There always seems to be just something else going on in the world of Watch Dogs: Legion and that is what we have here with the latest story trailer to take in. We will still have those horrible heads of corruption in London that we will be taking down, but now it seems like there is and an even bigger threat that is just allowing these lesser ones to do their thing. Kind of a reverse conspiracy theory, if you will, as Ubisoft shows us Zero Day in the Watch Dogs world that is causing all of the issues out there. Read More...

Cyberpunk 2077 Is Pushing Us All To Seize The Day Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Cyberpunk A new promotion for Cyberpunk 2077 is out there with one of the bigger faces of Cyberpunk 2077 trying to get you to pre-order There has been a whole lot of news about Cyberpunk 2077 as of late and so much to see for the game. Some of it amazing and some of it not so good in terms of CD Projekt RED. We will not get into all of that side of it as we have more promotional materials to look at for Cyberpunk 2077 and it will catch the eyes of many. Not just because of the game here but also because it does feature more of Keanu Reeves. Read More...

The Zombies Are Now Loose For Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of September 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty Our first look at Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s zombies is here to show how it will evolve over the past versions of it in the Call Of Duty franchise Here we go with the first look at the upcoming zombies mode in for Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. For those out of the loop, somehow, this is the multiplayer mode that has us fighting and gunning down waves of the undead in the timeline of part of the game. Usually a mode that has us fighting and dying over and overall so we can get bits of a story out of Treyarch on where it is all going here. That has been my experience with zombies in the past Call Of Duty titles at least. Read More...

Learn A Bit More Of The Story That We Will Experience In Godfall
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of September 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Godfall A new cinematic trailer for Godfall is here to offer up a new look at the story we will be fighting through in Godfall It is time to get cinematic here with a bit more for Godfall to take in. That and a bit more of the story and the Fall that has happened in the game that will be causing us to go through the story of it all. Yes, we will be flowing out there as a fallen being that is fighting to get back to where they were before. It looks like Counterplay Games could be mixing things a little bit different than we have from other titles from the publisher but I have a feeling Godfall will flow through the same motions as usual. Get A Taste For Blood With The Story For Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 29th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed More of the story is here for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla as we build into the next big outing for the Assassin’s Creed franchise Here we go with more of the story for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and just how some of the events have been building up to this new bit. There is obviously more than just being an assassin and a Viking in this one, and this new bit gives us just a taste of that. Ubisoft would be a bit daft to just go down the basic path after the last few great entries they have given us for Assassin’s Creed, and it looks like we will have something delivered here. We will not know for certain until November 10th, sure, but this is a great showing of a bit more of what we could expect in the game here. Read More...

An Errant Signal Is Bringing Something New With Observer: System Redux
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 28th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Observer New gameplay for Observer: System Redux is here from TGS 2020 and shows off some of the new content coming to Observer when this version launches It looks like we finally have more to look at for the upcoming Observer: System Redux besides just how the visuals and audio have been upgraded to work better on the PS5 and Xbox Series X. In fact, fresh out of the TGS 2020 it looks like Bloober Team is offering up a look at not one but two of the upcoming content expansions coming to the game as well. All of which will link into the core story for Observer and not just be something extra to bring us back in with little point of reference. Read More...

It Is Time To Take A Little Tour Of Resident Evil Village
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil A new making of video for Resident Evil Village has popped up out of the Tokyo Game Show to show how this will evolve the Resident Evil franchise There were some promises that we would see something big for Resident Evil Village here out of the Tokyo Game Show and I have a feeling that is still yet to come. I say that as all we have here, for now, is a nice behind-the-scenes style video from Capcom taking us into the choices made for the game and less of the actual gameplay. Not a huge surprise as Resident Evil does thrive on us all-knowing less about what is to come in the game than showing it all off to us. Read More...
