Moons Of Madness While at E3, I was able to see Moons Of Madness in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Moons Of Madness. We are definitely in an era where the cosmic horror game and story is all the rage and we have another to add to the list out of E3 with Moons Of Madness. Sure, Rock Pocket Games did not announce the game during the event, that took place a lot earlier, but they were out there with Funcom to show off where the game was at as we get ever so closer to the October 31st release date for the game. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That was sure one crazy whirlwind of a week in the world of video games. Then again, that is usually how it goes with E3 and the other big events like it. We were lucky to be on the floor for it all and had a chance to check out so many titles like Marvel’s Avengers and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Those being the ones we had a chance to get to during the event, but there was also more for other video games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Bloodlines 2 for us all to get to. Bloodlines 2 The first real gameplay for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is finally here and we can see just how combat and dialog will work in Bloodlines 2 The teasing is finally over and we have some real gameplay for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 to look at to get us all ready for the game. Sure, we have seen some of it all in the past during the short trailers Hardsuit Labs has released out there, but now we have some true gameplay to take in. Before you scoff, this is more than the little bit that was shown during the PC Gaming event out at E3, but a nice and longer look at Bloodlines 2 with a bit of a mission or quest in the game. Darksiders The next Darksiders title has been announced and will be altering the style and bringing us Strife with Darksiders Genesis It looks like we were all right in guessing what THQ Nordic was going to announce as we have Darksiders Genesis here just before the big showing at E3. This would be their next title in the franchise and it is a prequel to it all. Not only that, but we get to finally see Strife in action in the franchise. The mix in Darksiders Genesis is now a top-down action-RPG instead of the usual gameplay we are used to. Read More...

Bloodlines 2 The final core clan for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is announced with the Malkavians spreading their chaos in Bloodlines 2 The fifth and final full clan for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is announced and it looks like we are all going to be mad. Not in the angry sense of the term but in the insane version of the term as Hardsuit Labs is going with the Malkavian clan as the other option we can have. At least in the core version of Bloodlines 2 with the other clans a possibility via free updates. Something I am hoping will actually happen as my true favorite ones do not seem to be in the core game, but at least we have the Malkavians mixed in now. Read More...

Bloodlines 2 The next clan for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is here with the Ventrue showing up to give us a feeling on how they will control things in Bloodlines 2 The Ventrue have finally shown up for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 as the next clan we will have to select from at the launch of the game. At the launch and a few hours into the game as Hardsuit Labs is set on making us Thinblood from the start to go along with the narrative of the game. Bloodlines 2 The next clan for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is here and brings blood magic with them into the darkness of Bloodlines 2 In a bit of a surprise turn for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2, it looks like the team is bringing one of the harder clans into the game in the way of the Tremere. At least if you look at how they are treated in the tabletop version of the game and not specifically what Hardsuit Labs is doing here. For those that are not fully up to speed, they are blood sorcerers that can do damned near anything and also have one of the weakest (to implement in a video game) curse. Read More...

Bloodlines 2 The first full clan for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is announced as the Brujah with other interesting facts about Bloodlines 2 in tow Just as promised, we have a new clan announcement for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 here to go over. Not the biggest of surprises, it is the Brujah that Hardsuit Labs opted to go with as one of the launch clans to start out. More so when you look at them as one of the more "generic" of vampire clans for new and old players of the franchise to be able to get into. That is not to say that there are no finer details and nuances that the clan does not have, but it makes sense for Bloodlines 2 given the game history. Read More...
