Marvel New documents point to that Marvel and Telltale collaboration to be bringing Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy to a system near you in 2017 If you put on your "way back" hat you may remember the announcement that Marvel and Telltale Games were going to be working together to bring us a new story set in the massive universe they have to play in. Nothing was set in stone or defined out at that time outside of the plan to bring whatever title the two were working on to market in 2017. Marvel Ultimate Alliance We sit down and review Marvel Ultimate Alliance. It's been a decade since it first came out & has been remastered. Here's our review of Marvel Ultimate Alliance A long time ago we were all introduced to Marvel Ultimate Alliance on the PS2. A game at the time was one of the best that Raven Software had pumped out to us through Activision and thus started a decent partnership for Marvel titles to be done by this publisher. Now we jump forward about a decade and Marvel Ultimate Alliance has been remastered and made to work on the PS4 and Xbox One. Spider-Man During E3 it was revealed that Spider-Man was getting yet another title in the mix but this won't be a Spider-Man game tied into anything but the general lore Another one of the huge surprises out of E3 was the announcement of a new Spider-Man game coming into the mix. Maybe not a huge surprise given the agreement between Sony and Marvel for the IP but the bigger one would be that Insomniac Games is doing the building and that it will not be linked into the new film at all. In fact, this Spider-Man title will be a completely standalone title and unsurprisingly available for the PS4 sometime in the future. How long into the future is of course a good question as this is still a working title for the game but it would make sense to use the synergy of the new film; so maybe July of 2017… Of course as this is just an announcement and a tease for the new Spider-Man title, information for the game is still sparse. LEGO Marvel's Avengers A new LEGO Marvel Avengers trailer has been released and it shows off how open the worlds of LEGO Marvel Avengers will be when we join the fight If you were under the impression that LEGO Marvel's Avengers was going to follow just the simple path of the films that it will be depicting then we are all wrong. In the most recent trailer for the game it is shown that TT Games has built multiple open worlds for us to explore and save the day in. It has been announced that Deadpool will be making the leap from the PS3 and 360 to the PS4 and Xbox One this November bringing all of the Deadpool goodness with him Talk about a "remaster" of sorts coming out of nowhere as Deadpool is coming to the PS4 and Xbox One almost two years after it hit the PS3 and Xbox 360. This would be the High Moon Studios game that came out in 2013 that also had a lot of mixed reviews based on the titular character Deadpool. I am sure that Activision isn't doing this because of the most likely success of the Marvel franchise recently and the new film on the way. Read More...

Not to discriminate in the LEGO games we now have LEGO Marvel's Avengers announced and coming later this winter from TT Games If you were sitting around wondering if we could cram one more LEGO video game in this year then let me answer that with yes and it is LEGO Marvel's Avengers. Don't let the title fool you here though as it isn't just a LEGO version of the first Avengers film but LEGO Marvel's Avengers is a combination of both of the Avengers films in one. A lot like LEGO Jurassic World and being a combination of all four of the films in the franchise. None the less it looks like TT Games has either mastered the craft to churn out LEGO games or they have been breaking themselves like crazy to get all of these titles, LEGO Marvel's Avengers included, out in 2015. Telltale Games has announced that they will be teaming up with Marvel for a game series in 2017 Time for the internet to explode as Telltale Games is teaming up with Marvel to bring us all a game series based on something based in their universe. That being Marvel's universe and not Telltale's The Walking Dead, Game Of Thrones, or Minecraft universes that they are currently working on. There is now clue yet as to what could be in the works between the two but given the history of Marvel and Telltale we can hopefully expect greatness. It's time to take Disney's new Marvel acquisition for a ride in the toy box franchise The next major update for Disney Infinity has come and now we have Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes to look forward to as the Marvel IPs get added into the toy box universe that has been slowly building steam in the collectible toy video game genre that has been booming for the kiddies. In the mix of Marvel's popularity it makes perfect sense for Disney and Avalanche Software to capitalize. The big question though is does Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes succeed at giving us all a fun adventure or just turn into an extremely expensive game to keep the wallets with pigtails dropping cash. Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes has launched in EU and there were holographic heroes there to help make sure it went smooth Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes is only a few days out from launch here in the US but it looks like last night the UK had an amazing delivery to prep for the official launch tonight/tomorrow-ish (9/18). That amazing delivery also just happened to be the cast of Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes going about town in hologram form to aid the delivery trucks with their precious cargo. New gameplay footage for Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes has been released showing off the Guardians Of The Galaxy play set The Guardians Of The Galaxy are nothing completely new in terms of announcement for Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes as half the team was shown during the initial announcement of the game and the rest talked about at E3. What better place to show off the gameplay for the Guardians Of The Galaxy play set though than at SDCC right? Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes has been announced and shown off in a huge Disney Infinity 2.0 event. Back at the beginning of the month we got a nice tease showing off what is now known as Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes. At first it looked like it was going to be Disney Infinity with a few Marvel heroes added in. With the hour long session that took place today (4/30/14) it looks like it is a whole lot more. An exclusive trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 shows off one of the best villains in the Spider-Man universe; Carnage. Earlier this month we got a trailer showcasing the villains that will be in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. During said trailer there was a possible glimpse of Carnage which was something of great speculation. It all made sense based on the short scene and how this game is supposed to stay semi-close to the cinematic universe that has been re-cultivated. Marvel has teased that we will be getting some heroes for Disney Infinity 2.0. Captain America is the only 'confirmed' character for now. Earlier today Marvel teased some new characters coming for Disney Infinity in the 2.0 edition of the game. Well more new character but it shouldn't be too much of a stretch to assume that they are going to be pumping as many characters from their universe into the video game/toy cash cow. That and the use of the iconic "Assemble" phrases that go hand in hand with the Avengers, but for right now all we get is Captain America's shield flying around bringing down the baddies of Disney Infinity.
