Resident Evil A new CGI feature film for the Resident Evil has been slated for a 2017 release to make sure we are all inundated in Resident Evil lore All because we didn't ask for it directly it looks like we are getting another Resident Evil film. Another one that isn't part of the live action films and of the CGI persuasion as Capcom has given us in the years past. This animated film goes above and beyond that part of the Resident Evil franchise and will be the third of its kind in this aspect. Styx Following the great reception for the Styx franchise from last year, we have the sequel Styx: Shards Of Darkness getting an announcement today It looks like that amazing little stealth game Styx: Master Of Shadows was as great of a success as I know I was hoping for that we are getting a sequel called Styx: Shards Of Darkness. Friday The 13th Friday The 13th: The Game has been officially announced and is looking to bring all of the Friday The 13th fun into video games with a 1v7 multiplayer game You may or may not remember the news back in January of this year about there being a Friday The 13th game in the works. It got slyly announced a bit and also shared many of the same qualities for another titled called Slasher Vol. 1: Summer Camp. Guitar Hero Live Twelve more tracks have been added to Guitar Hero Live and while not all classics songs they are coming to Guitar Hero Live from past titles in the franchise Time to make the track list for Guitar Hero Live a not so round number of 121 now as we have twelve more tracks to add to the list today. Quite a hefty starting catalog for FreeStyleGames to get in there and I'll take it. Umbrella Corps New gameplay for Umbrella Corps' One Life mode has been released and it shows off the high-paced action that Umbrella Corps is aiming for Last month we had the announcement of Umbrella Corps. This would be the latest multiplayer, survival horror, shooter title that Capcom is working on while we all wait for Resident Evil 7 but still keeping us locked into the franchise's lore and horror. Given the fact it is set after RE6 Umbrella Corps will most likely bridge the gap. Darksiders 2 The debate on the HD remaster of Darksiders 2's release date has been settled as we now have a solid date for the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition and screenshots Looks like the early announcements for the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition's release date have been quelled as it will be hitting the PS4 and Xbox One on October 27th. Like I said before it looks like Gunfire Games and Nordic Games wanted to get this amazing title back out in time for Halloween and the end of October. Deus Ex The pre-order campaign for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been altered, or canceled, due to Deus Ex fans being upset and voicing said rage It looks like the people have spoken and the pre-order program for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been shifted back to something that is more akin to what we are used to. You may remember back in August when Square Enix announced that there was going to be an odd tiered pre-order bonus chart for those who shelled out the cash for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Minecraft The trailer for Minecraft: Story Mode's first episode has been released to help us understand what the story of Minecraft: Story Mode will start with It's hard to believe that we are now less than two weeks out from the first episode of Minecraft: Story Mode hitting our systems. What isn't that hard to believe is that Telltale Games has given us our next big trailer for Minecraft: Story Mode; which of course covers some of the events of the first episode titled The Order Of The Stone. Rise Of The Tomb Raider New gameplay footage for Rise Of The Tomb Raider has been placed online and it shows the deadlier side of Tomb Raider that we may be getting Until today I was thinking that Rise Of The Tomb Raider was being wishy washy on the gameplay mechanics that we will be playing with when it finally launches.
