Gori A new reason to head back out with Gori is on the way here with new DLC coming for Gori: Cuddly Carnage We had a whole lot of fun playing through what Gori: Cuddly Carnage had to offer, as you could see in all of our gameplay videos, but it looks as if we are getting another treat here just for Halloween. Metro Take another deep step into the world of Metro with some new gameplay for Metro Awakening on the PS VR2 It was teased not so long ago, and now here we are with some new gameplay for Metro Awakening to get us ready for it to launch on November 7th. Such a fast turnaround for the game and something I am sure Deep Silver and Vertigo Games have been working to keep under wraps for a while now. Thankfully, with the release so soon and them wanting us all to play Metro Awakening on the PS VR2, Steam VR, and Meta Quest headsets, we are getting treated to some gameplay for it all. Dollhouse A new delay for Dollhouse: Behind The Broken Mirror is out there and we will have to wait until early 2025 to enter this Dollhouse It looks as if there is going to be two fewer nightmarish worlds out there this Halloween with Dollhouse: Behind The Broken Mirror now getting a delay into 2025 for the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game. The PC version is still being worked out, but for now, we are going to focus in on the versions SOEDESCO has for us. Carmen Sandiego Thief Carmen Sandiego is setting out once more with a new video game with us getting to play as Carmen Sandiego this time around It looks as if we can never keep a good thief down as we have Carmen Sandiego hopping back into the saddle and taking up those criminal ways again. All of this with a new title on the way for 2025 from HarperCollins Productions and Gameloft for the character. Although, there does seem to be a bit of a twist for this version of things. Gothic Get welcomed further into the Gothic 1 Remake with a long look at what has been upgraded & changed since the original Gothic release The wait for the Gothic 1 Remake is still going and there does not seem to be a release date set down for the game as of yet. That would be the bad news we have out of all of this. The good news, though, is that during the latest THQ Nordic showcase that went down, Alkimia Interactive brought a whole lot of new gameplay to show us and to compare to the original version of Gothic out there from decades ago. Hulu Hulu is bringing more massive fun to SDCC with the announcement of Hulu Animayhem’s Factory this year Even more of the SDCC fun is gearing up for next week with the latest showing of Hulu Animayhem’s Factory. This was a thing that the company brought out last year to help show off many of the animated shows they have in their lineup as well as give fans all manner of photo ops and fun experiences to enjoy. Last year, they brought the Planet Express building to life along with many of the other animated shows on Hulu, and at SDCC 2024, they are coming hard by bringing us all the Slurm Factory from Futurama along with many other shows in tow. The Lodge The fun of Paramount+’s The Lodge is coming back to SDCC this year and The Lodge will hold even more shows & swag within The fun of Paramount+’s The Lodge is happening once more during SDCC this year and will be bringing us a whole lot of extra fun. The experience has hopped around from last year to now and this one is looking to bring back some favorite things along with more to hype up the upcoming shows and IPs that the streaming service has. Sadly, there is now South Park, as the Las Vegas version of The Lodge had, but that does not mean we will not have a lot of fun with the other Paramount+ shows. Adult Swim The backside of SDCC is being taken over by Adult Swim again with Adult Swim offering up a four-day pirate-themed event and panels One of the big staples of SDCC every year, at least outside of the main convention, has been the fun that Adult Swim brings every year. They have brought so much over the years to entertain not only on the show floor but also outside for those who might not be able to make it inside. This year, is not going to be anything different with Adult Swim bringing a Pirate Parrrty outside and many panels and screenings going on inside.
