Dead Island Dead Island fans can finally rejoice with Dead Island 2 getting revealed again during Gamescom this year It has been a long time coming, and not fresh out of Gamescom the rumors have turned to truths with Dead Island 2 getting its official re-reveal that the game is on its way to us all. Given that many have been waiting for Deep Silver to get this to us all since 2014, it is an insane bit of happiness that comes with Dambuster Studios making sure it is ready for us all. Dead Island 2 A leaked version of Dead Island 2 made it out into the world and we can now see where Dead Island 2 could have been taking us in terms of gameplay To say that Dead Island 2 has had a rocky development would feel like an understatement at this point. More so as the last bit of news anyone had out there for the game was that Deep Silver was moving along to a third developer after being originally announced over five years ago at this point. Yes, today as Fishlabs wanted to get this out for us all to play and get back into the world of the franchise. All in a kind of base defense game that will bring us all of the fun and nostalgia of the original Dead Island but mobile for the iOS and Android platforms. Dead Island We sit down and review Dead Island Remaster. The old title has been revamped up for the new systems with all the bells and whistles. Here's our review of Dead Island Remaster It's been almost five years since Dead Island first came out on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. In my opinion this is what started Techland off on the road to making some amazing zombie games and now it has been remastered and bundled together by Deep Silver for the PS4, and Xbox One. All of the usual remastered items being added into the mix here for Dead Island to keep us all playing it further and possibly stepping away from the other titles we have out there currently. Dead Island Some new bits of gameplay for the Dead Island Definitive Collection have been shown off and it shows the great visual upgrades for Dead Island and Riptide that we will get to experience soon We've had some nice new screenshots for the Dead Island Definitive Collection to see just how the upgrades have come along for the game but now it's time to see it all in practice. That is to say that we have some new gameplay footage for the remastered titles to spy upon here from Deep Silver to get us all pumped up for the games inside to land on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC this May 31st. Hopefully just in time to get us all settled and ready for a possible Dead Island 2 update of some sorts but that could still be a bit of a ways off…sadly… Of course this isn't much of a how to play the game kind of trailer but more of an accolades trailer to show off why we need to pick up the Dead Island Definitive Collection but at least there is a fair amount of gameplay with the high resolution textures and characters running around.
