A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead Is Coming To Place Us Further Into This Universe
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of June 2024 - 07:00 PM ]
A Quiet Place A new game based on A Quiet Place is on the way with the full announcement we have for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead It felt like it was only a matter of time until we had a video game set in the universe of A Quiet Place and that time is now. Well, it will be at some point during 2024 with the announcement that Stormind Games and Saber Interactive are working on a title for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A title that will be missing the release of the new film, but thankfully only shares the universe and does not seem to be one of those dreaded adaptation games. Here we go with the announcement for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead to see if the IP is as suited for the video game world as many think it should be. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 6/10/24 — 6/14/24
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of June 2024 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just as we assumed, this was a crazy-filled week for video games after all of the massive events that took place over the weekend. Massive events that really did not do much more than to sell us on some titles and not really show them off. Thankfully, we were able to dig up some good gameplay for Star Wars Outlaws and Assassin’s Creed Shadows in the mix. Also, a bit more for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 and a great look at DOOM: The Dark Ages too. Read More...

Black Myth: Wukong Opens Up A Bit About The Collector’s Edition Of The Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of June 2024 - 07:00 PM ]
Black Myth The pre-orders are now open for Black Myth: Wukong for those who want to secure more of the physical items that Black Myth will offer With the recent Summer Game Fest, we had a chance to get a little more for Black Myth: Wukong, but the gameplay was not the big showing we had for the game. An odd choice to go with but with the game landing on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on August 20th, I guess it makes more sense that Game Science would want to hype-up the pre-orders for the game. Not the digital ones that many other developers have been doing, but the physical and limited editions for Black Myth: Wukong that are coming. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 11th of June 2024 - 09:00 PM ]
Indiana Jones A new set of footage from Indiana Jones And The Great Circle is here to place us slightly more into the shoes of Indiana Jones Here we go with another showcase for Indiana Jones And The Great Circle to see if there is a solid reason why we cannot just let this IP be placed in a museum. Well, outside of those who are in charge are still around, and they are giving Bethesda and Machine Games a chance to fill in some of the gaps fans may have wanted between a few of the films. As long as they are willing to wait until some point in 2024 to get to experience it all on the Xbox Series X|S or PC. Read More...

Things Are Heating Up More For The Heroes In Capes
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of May 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
Capes Another member of the Capes team is out here with some extra firepower coming to the world of Capes at launch It looks like we are going to be able to set the world ablaze in Capes with our latest hero joining the roster out there. A hero that has Spitfire Interactive testing the waters with not only using the fiery terms literally but also in a figurative way with their personality. Here we have Ignis who will be tossing fire around as needed but also tossing some sweet commentary about the team of Capes as an online personality. I am guessing that they might not have seen how that turned out for other heroes in the past, but maybe this time we will have a happy ending to all of this fire being tossed around out there. Here Is But A Taste Of The Modes Coming In Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of May 2024 - 09:00 PM ]
Warhammer Multiplayer modes are on the way with Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 as we get ready to crash into this slice of Warhammer again It is not coming as any surprise that Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is going to house a bit of the multiplayer aspects when it launches out there on September 9th for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It would be more of a surprise if Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment did not try to find a way to add all of that in. Here we are, though, with the multiplayer modes and co-op options that Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will be dropping on us along with some of the cosmetic alterations we can expect to play with too. Blood Bowl A new faction is coming to Blood Bowl 3 with the undead also carting along some cross-play for Blood Bowl fans The next faction is hitting the pitch for Blood Bowl 3 with the reveal of the Necromantic Horror team. On June 11th, Blood Bowl 3 will be flooded with ghouls, zombies, and all kinds of ghosts to give all of the nightmares a run for their money in the game. Along with all of that, though, there are some other fun updates coming to the game when this new faction drops on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Read More...
