Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This week did not go exactly as expected for all of those video games out there. Well, at least as we expected over here where we assumed it would be rather quiet given the holidays that were going on throughout. That is not to say that we did not get some great updates for various video games out there yet again. Cyberpunk 2077 is still coming in a few weeks and we have more to spoil there, we also had some new skins for Mortal Kombat 11 and gameplay for Evil Genius 2 with a little more fun with Hitman 3. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of November 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Evil Genius New gameplay for Evil Genius 2: World Domination is out to give us a taste of Red Ivan in the world of Evil Genius 2 with more traps to enjoy It has been an insanely long time since we had a solid update or look at Evil Genius 2: World Domination, and it looks like the wait is going to be worth it for those looking to the game for fun. We have a new bit of gameplay from Rebellion to take in now and this one highlights one of the playable geniuses in Evil Genius 2 with Red Ivan taking the spotlight for once. It is not a huge announcement that the character is coming here, but we get to see some of his reasoning behind things and how he will play directly in the game when it does launch on the PC. Cyberpunk 2077 Offers Up A New Look At The PlayStation Version
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of November 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Cyberpunk More gameplay for Cyberpunk 2077 is here to show off how Cyberpunk 2077 will start off on the PS4 then move to the PS5 If you wanted more gameplay for Cyberpunk 2077, then you will get more gameplay for the game now. At this point, it feels off to have so much from the start of the game than anything, but I am sure that CD Projekt RED knows what they are doing and I know I will take what we get. This time it is to highlight how Cyberpunk 2077 is going to look and flow on the PS4 and then the PS5 via backward compatibility. Not a huge spoiler here, but they look about the same and we will have to just wait for the big update next year to see any true difference. Read More...

New Ray Tracing Gameplay Lights Up Cyberpunk 2077
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 23rd of November 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Cyberpunk We have new gameplay for Cyberpunk 2077 that shows off how pretty Cyberpunk 2077 might look if you have the proper graphics cards If you did not get enough gameplay for Cyberpunk 2077 already, we have even more for you to take in as the December 10th date slowly creeps up here. This time it is from the PC realm of the game with CD Projekt RED showing off the RTX options and visuals that the game should be able to offer up. Not everyone will be able to experience it right out of the game for Cyberpunk 2077, but it is something we can try to strive for overtime. Something that makes sense given the setting and all of the technological advances that we have in the real world that this fictional world should also have in spades. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 21st of November 2020 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week By the gods, this was a busy week for us here even if the news felt a little light for all of those video games out there. We did kind of have a focus on Cyberpunk 2077 while being reminded we should have been playing the game right now. Thankfully, we had many other video games to play, and thus review, on the site by the way of Ghostrunner, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Some heavy hitters out there with so many more to come in the following weeks. Read More...

BloodRayne BloodRayne: Terminal Cut and the BloodRayne 2: Terminal Cut is out there for us to relive the franchise yet again Today is the day for all of the PC gamers out there with the launch of the BloodRayne: Terminal Cut games here. This would be the upgraded version of both the main titles here from Terminal Reality to give us all a taste for the games yet again. Both of these are remasters and not remakes before you expect a whole new look here for the games, but it is something here. All of which shows BloodRayne 2: Terminal Cut as the one that looks a bit closer to a modern title but still rather impressive to see for some titles that are fairly old and a staple in the subculture here. Cyberpunk 2077 Yet another delay has hit Cyberpunk 2077 with Cyberpunk 2077 getting pushed out another 21 days to ensure the best game Talk about a video game that has had one of the rockiest releases as Cyberpunk 2077 has had here so far. At least in terms of setting so many release dates and then having to push them out, as we are getting another push here. November 19th is no longer the date as CD Projekt RED still did not feel like the current version of Cyberpunk 2077 was up to par and ready for us. Even after hitting its gold phase not that long ago. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of October 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Aragami The first developer diary for Aragami 2 is here with a hard lean into how the studio first made Aragami and then the franchise It can be fun to learn about where many of our favorite video games or their franchises started with given the longevity of some or, in the case of Aragami, the recent budding of one. That is what we have here today from Lince Works as we get a nice little history lesson on how the original game came to be and how they took their lessons to try to make something new to carry things on. New in the terms of Aragami 2 and thus a franchise that they might be carrying on with. Read More...
