Video Games The list of free video games hitting the PlayStation and Xbox systems in the new year have been released and there are some great video games included in the mix As we near the end of the year the news and updates on our video games usually runs a bit dry. Everyone is either at home playing their favorite video games or not currently working on anything as the season pretty much dictates now. Thankfully though it looks like the new list of free games coming to the PlayStation and Xbox platforms have been revealed for the next year and it looks like both companies are starting our new year off with a band with a slew of free games to be had. More On TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan In The Way Of Leaked Art
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Mutants In Manhattan Some possible new art for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan has shown up and if true it points in the direction that Mutants In Manhattan could go if it is indeed a game being made If you remember earlier in the month we heard about a possible TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan video game in the works. Speculation started to rise when the name was registered by Activision and said registration listed Platinum Games as the developer. Since then neither group has been forthcoming with any information as to what Mutants In Manhattan could be or if it is indeed another title in the works and the governments that enforce said registrations of IPs let the cat out of the bag a little early. Two More Badasses For Battleborn To Show Off Their Stuff
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 29th of December 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Battleborn More gameplay for Battleborn has been placed online, with commentary, that show off two more heroes for Battleborn in the way of Ghalt and Deande As if we didn't already have too many options in Battleborn when it comes to heroes it looks like we have two more to look at in the mix. I think Gearbox is going to just flood us with options that many of us will not know what to do with when Battleborn finally launches. I guess this could be good for anyone looking for a "hero shooter" on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC but none the less we have two more to look at here. Then at least one more as we head into the open beta phase for Battleborn. Read More...

Friday The 13th: The Game's Stamina System Will Be Very Familiar To Fans
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 28th of December 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Friday The 13th A new video for Friday The 13th: The Game shows off the game's stamina and noise mechanics and Friday The 13th fans will see a lot of similarities between the films and game here It should really come as no surprise that Friday The 13th: The Game will have a stamina and noise mechanic built into the game to give players that authentic experience. Running out of stamina and making too much noise is always a drawback when facing off against Jason and Gun Media is making sure we have that in the game. It really wouldn't be Friday The 13th if it wasn't in there and stamina/noise was treated like points on Whose Line Is It Anyway? Read More...

Rise Of The Tomb Raider Coming To PC Sooner Than Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 28th of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Rise Of The Tomb Raider A new Steam listing for Rise Of The Tomb Raider indicates that we may be seeing a PC version of Rise Of The Tomb Raider by January of next year If reports and websites are true then it looks like the wait for Rise Of The Tomb Raider to hit anything but an Xbox One or and Xbox 360 is going to be a lot shorter for us all. In fact it looks like many PC gamers will be enjoying Crystal Dynamics' latest title here as soon as January of next year if there hasn't been some kind of glitch in the system for Steam. There is still no word on when Rise Of The Tomb Raider will be hitting the PS4 as of yet but at least there is some more light being shined on the "exclusivity" of the game and when it will end. Rock Band 4's Gnarly Bugs To Get Fixed But You May Not Like It
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 23rd of December 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 Another major update for Rock Band 4 is on its way in January and it looks to fix major bugs in Rock Band 4 but will require a leaderboard wipe If you were thinking about doing a major Rock Band 4 marathon over the holiday weekend to try and rack up some serious leaderboard cred you may want to hold off for now. If you are just looking to have fun with Rock Band 4 go right ahead but for those looking to reach the top of the boards it looks like Harmonix is going to set everyone back to zero after their next planned major update coming to the PS4 and Xbox One this coming January. The good news though is that this is all to fix some major glitches and exploits in Rock Band 4 to make the game a bit more balanced for all players no matter the skill level. Read More...

Here's Our Review Of Just Cause 3 We all wanted the madness of Just Cause 3 or just another entry to the franchise and now we have it. Arkham Knight The last bit of DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight's season pass is out today and we have more information on how it will expand Arkham Knight and the story Here we go with more good and bad news for Batman: Arkham Knight. The bad news would be that there will not be any more DLC for those season pass holders as of today. The good news is that Rocksteady Games is going out with a huge bang with that by bringing us the Season Of Infamy DLC for Arkham Knight that aims to snip off a few loose ends still running around Gotham City after the events of the entire franchise to date. Hopefully you guessed that this means that it is available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC right now for us all to enjoy over the Holiday weekend. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of December 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Black Ops 3 The first major Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 DLC, Awakening, will be dropping in February next year adding more maps to Black Ops 3's multiplayer and zombies mode The force has awakened and now it is time for the first batch of DLC for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3. Granted it doesn't look like that will be fully happening until February 2nd 2016 for those who have the game on the PS3 or PS4 but Treyarch wanted to make sure we all had a glimpse at what was in store for this DLC. Also a little stab at those waiting for it to hit the Xbox 360, Xbox One, and/or PC as they will most likely have to wait another month before this Black Ops 3 DLC lands for them. I guess this is what it is like when the shoe is on the other foot for the "exclusive first" bit for DLC right? Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Kingdom Hearts 3 A new trailer for Kingdom Hearts 2.8 has been released only this time it houses more Kingdom Hearts 3 combat so we can see how the game is progressing The promise was made by Square Enix that we would see some new gameplay for Kingdom Hearts 3 last week and it looks like we finally had it. It was a bit later than most expected but now we can see a bit more on how the game is being developed as well as how we are going to be teaming up without favorite Disney characters and Final Fantasy characters again in Kingdom Hearts 3. Although from the looks of this none of that has happened yet in Kingdom Hearts 3 for this footage as it is a very basic fight scene with lands and enemies we have seen time and time again in the Kingdom Hearts franchise.
