Crash Bandicoot: It’s About Time Is Offering Up A Lot More Than We Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of August 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Crash Bandicoot New gameplay for Crash Bandicoot: It’s About Time is here with some new twists and a look back at how it will use past Crash Bandicoot titles too A new and long look at Crash Bandicoot: It’s About Time came out of the big State Of Play event yesterday and for those that missed out, we have the slice of it all. It was slipped in as a beefy little thing from Toys For Bob as they dove into all the changes and additions we can all expect to have here in the game. It has been a long time since we had a great Crash Bandicoot title so it would make sense that we would be getting something to showcase the IP and keep us all wanting more after October 2nd. A Suicide Squad Game Is Coming For Us All In The Near Future
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of August 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Suicide Squad A tease for a Suicide Squad video game is here with one of the teams behind Suicide Squad that we have all loved from the universe before It is always nice when rumors get debunked only to prove other ones are real, as now we have a tease that a Suicide Squad game is on the way. On the way and coming from none other than Rocksteady Games. The ones that did Batman so well and were rumored to be working on a Superman title after they concluded that franchise. It looks like that one is the one that is debunked given that this word comes from an official Suicide Squad social account and the main Rocksteady one as well. Read More...

Hitman 3 Is Going To Bring The Whole Thing Into VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of August 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Hitman Hitman 3 is going into VR with it bring all of the new and old locations from this version of the Hitman franchise into the mix If you were not able to catch the big PlayStation State Of Play event yesterday, then you may have missed out on an interesting announcement for Hitman 3. We did not get much in the way of new locations or changes up for the IP from IO Interactive but the announcement that we will have the option to play it all in PSVR. Yeah, we will be able to pull off all of those over-the-top kills in Hitman 3 from the true perspective of Agent 47 and feel the garroting wire wrapping around our victim's throats. Well, at least as much as we can in VR given the limitations the hardware still faces here. Read More...

Watch Dogs New footage for Watch Dogs: Legion is out there to help highlight one of the Watch Dogs missions we will get to undertake when playing the game If you want to see a mission from start to end, mostly, in Watch Dogs: Legion then you are in luck as it looks like new footage for the game is out there. It is a rather short mission if it is to be believed but something to show off just how some of these new features Ubisoft is putting in the game will flow. The bigger one being the fact we can recruit anyone and swap between them for any mission as needed. Read More...

Marvel’s Avengers Will Be Getting Spider-Man In The Mix Next Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of August 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Avengers There is now an exclusive character coming to Marvel’s Avengers next year to further expand the PlayStation roster for the Avengers In a move that is surprising and not-so-surprising, it looks like Spider-Man will be joining the roster for Marvel’s Avengers in 2021. The rumors and "leaks" for this seem to be true and hiding in a few plain sight locations for a while now. Although, this is not the best of news for all as this is not going to be a version linked to the other video games coming out and is Crystal Dynamics take on the character. That is not a bad thing, just something to take note of to see how they will go with it all. Read More...

The Battletoads Will Be Back To Us Before The End Of The Month
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of August 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Battletoads The release date for the new Battletoads has been revealed and we will see the Battletoads back in action before the end of this month We were all teased a while back that the Battletoads would be coming back to the Xbox One and PC here and now we know just when that is going to be. It has been a rather silent campaign to get the game out there from Dlala Studios but as of now we know when we will be jumping back into the genre-breaking title we all have fond memories of. Fond or frustrating as I do not remember ever being able to make it all the way through the original Battletoads so long ago. I guess that it is a good thing that we will all get to try out the new adventure on August 20th for the aforementioned platforms there. Read More...

Review — Maid Of Sker
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of July 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Maid Of Sker We sit down and review Maid Of Sker. A new horror experience where songs are not your friends. Here is our review of Maid Of Sker There have been many horror games out there that have used sound as a gimmick to drive the fear and now we have Maid Of Sker here to add to that mix and use it as a way to help keep us quiet a bit. Something that might sound like something many other forms of media have used as of late, but given how long it takes to make video games it should not be seen as something Wales Interactive is jumping onto. In fact, Maid Of Sker also comes along with a much deeper story than some of those others while making sure that we can be frightened by making the slightest peep in the game. Read More...

All of the Switch players will still need to wait a bit, but that is neither here nor there for everyone else. Hyper Scape Is Hacking Into The Consoles Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of July 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Hyper Scape Just as the beta for Hyper Scape is ending, we get to see when Hyper Scape will be heading to the consoles for more fun Almost as quick as the announcement came out for Hyper Scape, we are seeing it leave its open beta and head to a full release on the PC. Not only the PC but now we see when the PS4 and Xbox One gamers will get a chance to jump into this new battle royale title Ubisoft is offering up for free. There is still time to give Hyper Scape a go during the beta as it runs until August 2nd but I know some of you would rather just play the final build first. That or you do not have a strong enough PC to actually play games on and will be waiting for the consoles to open up. Read More...

The Gunk Is Flowing Out There Soon For Us To Clean Up
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of July 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Gunk A new action-platformer, The Gunk, has been revealed and will have us heading out into a new world to clean up, well, the gunk Another big title that was shown off during the Xbox Briefing was The Gunk to lure in more of an audience on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC next year. Lure in might be a way to explain it all, but given the world that we are seeing from Thunderful here, it is how it feels. In the best of ways as The Gunk looks to add some fun and dark platforming to the systems next year while giving us something that looks like it could have a deeper meaning to it all. Something along the lines of FernGully for those that have not just jumped down to see the announcement video we have for the game. Read More...
