At least those that released on PC via Steam as The Steam Awards were all selected by the users during the big Steam Winter Sale and not some hand-picked panel of judges. These are all by gamers and for gamers while the awards actually go to the developer behind our favorite games that have come out. Read More...

Injustice 2 Gives Us A Bit More Supergirl To Gaze Upon For Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of December 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 A new breakdown video for Injustice 2 has been released and this one showcases Injustice 2's version of Supergirl in action and explains a bit of her moves & combos It's been a while since we had something new to see for Injustice 2 and I know I was hoping that we would have seen the roster expanded a bit more by now. Especially since the recent PSX or The Game Awards would have been a perfect place for NetherRealm Studios to show off some new and old characters coming to the game. Sadly none of that was the case and we've been left wanting for more Injustice 2 to enjoy. Read More...

Review — Darksiders Warmastered Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of December 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Darksiders We sit down and review Darksiders Warmastered Edition. The original game has been remastered for a new generation and platforms. Here's our review of Darksiders Warmastered Edition Last year we were able to see Darksiders 2 get the remaster that it deserved and now here we are with Darksiders Warmastered Edition to remaster the title that started it all. Not only that but THQ Nordic is the one bringing it back to us after KAIKO did all the remastering work. Not a bad combination and it also allows us and new gamers to experience Darksiders on a few more platforms that it had never been on to date. Read More...

DOOM Gets Another Free Update & Brings In New Multiplayer Modes
by Jana Lass [ Friday, 9th of December 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
DOOM The fifth free update for DOOM is here and it brings in some new modes to DOOM's multiplayer among many other updates for the game now Hopefully you weren't thinking of putting DOOM for a bit to give some of these other great games a chance. If you were then you are going to be a bit sore with id Software as they have just released yet another Free Update for the game and it brings a whole new multiplayer mode and the ability to reach the rank of Echelon 11 in the game. It's almost like they don't care about the other titles that Bethesda has brought us and want us all to stay focused on DOOM for as long as they want. Not that this is a bad thing, but there are only so many hours in the day and some of them need to be dedicated to keeping one's being up and in the land of the living. Read More...

LEGO Worlds Will Be Opening Up To Consoles Early Next Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of December 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
LEGO Worlds It looks like LEGO Worlds is leaving the Early Access and soon LEGO Worlds will be able to be experienced by PC gamers to console gamers real soon Since last year gamers have been able to experience LEGO Worlds through Steam's Early Access of the game. They've been able to help TT Games shape the game into something that they want and will hopefully be something that the mass audience out there will also want. At least I am going to guess that is what Warner Bros. wants for the game. Read More...

Injustice 2 New speculation and rumors for Injustice 2 are starting up as the Creative Director of Injustice 2 asks us who should guest star in the game You have to admire how the internet and fandom works together as we have some new speculation out there for Injustice 2 and possible characters outside of DC that could be showing up. Before you get too excited let it be known that this is all started on something a bit flimsy and nothing leaked from NetherRealm Studios. Also as Injustice 2 is still slated for a 2017 release many things can be changed and added to. Read More...

Darksiders Warmastered Edition Ride On With Even Better Visuals In The Mix
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of November 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Darksiders A new trailer for Darksiders Warmastered Edition has been released and it shows us how much improvement has come to this Darksiders title for next week You may have remembered that Darksiders Warmastered Edition was announced a while back and it was slated to bring the amazing title to the PS4, Xbox One, Wii U, and PC again. It was also supposed to be released back in October but there was a delay to it all that really caught no wind. This is probably to the liking of THQ Nordic as it did keep them from having to explain off the delay of the game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of November 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
The Game Awards The official list of nominated games for The Game Awards 2016 has been released as well as which categories fans of The Game Awards can vote in As December 1st gets closer we also get a bit closer to The Game Awards showing off. This also means that now that we are even closer that we have a full list of the titles, developers, voice actors, and everything else up for an award during this event. That's right, we now have a list of the nominated for The Game Awards and not just the ones being selected by the super-secret panel of judges but also a few that we the gamers can have a say in. How we don't all have the same say across all of them yet is still a question for me but none the less we can select the awards that don't matter for a single thing. Read More...

Mass Effect A new cinematic trailer for Mass Effect: Andromeda has been released as well as details on this Mass Effect's deluxe edition Last week we were given a great tease about what was coming this week for Mass Effect: Andromeda on N7 Day. More or less we were promised a trailer for the game from EA and it was mostly left at that. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of November 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Star Wars It looks like the Star Wars Battlefront sequel is aiming to release in Fall of 2017 just in time for the next Star Wars film Earlier in the year when it was brought up that Star Wars Battlefront was going to be getting a sequel it was laid out that would be the case between April and the end of next year. DICE is currently working on it all but that still leaves a pretty wide open range to expect to see the game on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Thankfully in the most recent investor call for EA it was let loose that we can expect to see Star Wars Battlefront sometime in Fall of 2017. Read More...
