Rock Band 4's Gnarly Bugs To Get Fixed But You May Not Like It
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 23rd of December 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 Another major update for Rock Band 4 is on its way in January and it looks to fix major bugs in Rock Band 4 but will require a leaderboard wipe If you were thinking about doing a major Rock Band 4 marathon over the holiday weekend to try and rack up some serious leaderboard cred you may want to hold off for now. If you are just looking to have fun with Rock Band 4 go right ahead but for those looking to reach the top of the boards it looks like Harmonix is going to set everyone back to zero after their next planned major update coming to the PS4 and Xbox One this coming January. The good news though is that this is all to fix some major glitches and exploits in Rock Band 4 to make the game a bit more balanced for all players no matter the skill level. Read More...

'Tis The Season Of Infamy On The Streets Of Batman: Arkham Knight
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Arkham Knight The last bit of DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight's season pass is out today and we have more information on how it will expand Arkham Knight and the story Here we go with more good and bad news for Batman: Arkham Knight. The bad news would be that there will not be any more DLC for those season pass holders as of today. The good news is that Rocksteady Games is going out with a huge bang with that by bringing us the Season Of Infamy DLC for Arkham Knight that aims to snip off a few loose ends still running around Gotham City after the events of the entire franchise to date. Hopefully you guessed that this means that it is available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC right now for us all to enjoy over the Holiday weekend. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of December 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Evolve The new medic character for Evolve, Emet, has been reveled and we can see what this bipolar robot will bring to Evolve in the way of healing If you've been keeping up with Evolve then you most likely know that there are more hunters coming to the game and the next one looks to drop in on December 16th on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you haven't then it is time that you get to meet Emet who is the new medic that Turtle Rock Studios has crafted for Evolve. He looks like he can dish out the health as well as take it away just like every other medic out there only Emet here has more of an attitude I can personally get behind in Evolve. Read More...

Rock Band 4 Is About To Get More Brütal This Month
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of December 2015 - 08:03 PM ]
Rock Band 4 A new gameplay mode for Rock Band 4 has been shown off, Brutal Mode, and it adds a huge spin on Rock Band 4 that many people may not be able to handle We've already heard of a few great things coming to Rock Band 4 with the next major update for the game. Well it looks like Harmonix had yet another feature mixed in that we are just hearing about called Brutal Mode. As if Expert and Breakneck Speeds were not going to kill us in Rock Band 4 already, now we have a new mode that will not only challenge the hardcore fan but pretty much anyone who is gutsy enough to give Rock Band 4's new Brutal Mode a play. This will not be for the non-nimble fingered for sure. Read More...

Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Thus concludes another week in video games; albeit a shorter one. Fallout 4 Is Taking Over Everything Including Rock Band 4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of November 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 It has been revealed that in Rock Band 4's upcoming major patch not only will there be new features for Rock Band 4 but also some new costumes based on Fallout 4 It looks like even Rock Band 4 cannot get away from the Fallout 4 fever that has been taking over the world as of late. In the next major update for Rock Band 4 it looks like Harmonix is going to mix in some new gear all based on the post-apocalyptic title for all of those fans who can seem to put Fallout 4 down long enough to enjoy a good old night of Rock Band 4. Seems like a daunting task for those gamers but it is something I can see them at least trying. Rock Band 4 deserves it and the wasteland needs some time to fill back in all of the dead enemies right? Read More...

Watch Out As The Gorgon Is Scuttling Into Evolve
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of November 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Evolve Another new monster for Evolve has been shown off and now we have a spider-like creature to add to the roster for Evolve We've seen a few of the new hunters coming to Evolve with the Hunting Season 2 DLC sometime before the end of March of 2016. Now is the time to see one of the new monsters and it looks like Turtle Rock Studios is bringing the Gorgon out to play and stalk the wilderness. This isn't your traditional version of the Gorgon of mythology though and this one will be quite different in Evolve. In fact this isn't the snake-like turn you to stone monster but a spider-like creature? Read More...

With all of those additions to our favorite video games and all the news out of Paris Games Week it has been a bumpy ride here. We had Outlast 2's theme shown off and a release window. Destiny used the same old treats to entice players to stay playing instead of celebrating. We also had two reviews with Rock Band 4 and Tales From The Borderlands' season finale. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 28th of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 We Sit Down And Review Rock Band 4. Is it time to bring the rhythm game to the next gen or should it have been laid to rest? Here's Our Review of Rock Band 4 It has been some time coming and now we have Rock Band 4 released and in the hands of all the rhythm game fans out there who wanted this revival. I know I was among the ranks there and was glad to see that Harmonix had listened to us and brought Rock Band 4 to light. I am also glad that I was able to get my hands on the final version of the game and was able to experience the title that is the start or bringing more music to video games. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Arkham Knight A new update for Batman: Arkham Knight states that PC gamers may see Arkham Knight back for sale by the end of October with little other customer service involved Looks like Batman: Arkham Knight may finally be heading back to general sales for the PC version by the end of the month here. Warner Bros. has made the announcement over on the steam page for Batman: Arkham Knight as the claim that the patches they released to current owners have gone rather well and they think that it is time to allow everyone else, or those who had a first class trip through Steam's refund policy, be able to play Batman: Arkham Knight on the PC. This Week In Video Games 9/21/15 — 9/25/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of September 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games It's always a great week in video games when you get to use a phrase like "butt theatrics" because it is used in a video game. It is also a good week here when you get to see a whole butt-load of Fallout 4 and Rise Of The Tomb Raider news hit the web. To go one step further it is another great week in video games when we were able to get out our review for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and sing all of the praises that we had for the game as it ate away at our time here. Other video games had to suffer for that one but it was completely worth it. Read More...

“Weird Al” & BABYMETAL Heading To Rock Band 4… For Xbox One
by Duke Searles [ Wednesday, 23rd of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 Twelve new songs heading to Rock Band 4 for those who pre-order the Xbox One version of Rock Band 4 and they include BABYMETAL and “Weird Al” I don't think I've been this excited for Rock Band 4 or the franchise since GWAR was announced as DLC back in the Rock Band 2 days. I'm an odd one. Sue me. None the less it looks like another group of artists are making their way onto Rock Band 4 thanks to Harmonix the only catch right now is that they are pre-order bonuses for those who happen to pick the game up on Xbox One and not the PS4.
