Buckle Up Speed Racer For The New Gameplay For Need For Speed Unbound
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 23rd of November 2022 - 08:00 PM ]
Need For Speed New gameplay for Need For Speed Unbound is out there to show off how this Need For Speed title has grown over the years Let us kick things into gear for Need For Speed Unbound just before its upcoming December 2nd release date out there. It is coming in fast and it feels like we only heard about the game not too long ago. None of that changes the fact that Criterion Games has not put a whole lot of work into it all and it is fully deserving of our time. At least, for now, since we have some new gameplay for Need For Speed Unbound to help drive us into the final stretch and see if it is going to be the racing game we all need under the trees this year. Review — The Entropy Centre
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of November 2022 - 10:00 PM ]
The Entropy Centre We sit down and review The Entropy Centre. One more FPS physics game with some humor mixed in. Here is our review of The Entropy Centre When you hear a title like The Entropy Centre, most of us will go to something vastly different in our heads. In the case of this new title out there, we are going to be seeing a puzzle adventure game from Stubby Games that has a fun bit of heart behind it. Also, some very dark humor in the mix as we run around with our special gun to solve various physics puzzles. Not only in the mechanics of the game but also in the main story of it all. Read More...

The Daywalker Is Roaming The Streets Again In Marvel’s Midnight Suns
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of November 2022 - 06:00 PM ]
Midnight Suns The next prequel short for Marvel’s Midnight Suns is here to bring Blade into the fold of this Midnight Suns team The next hero is on the prowl here for Marvel’s Midnight Suns with the prequel shorts again. This time we get to see how Blade is brought into the mix and it looks like the easiest one out there for Firaxis Games to have done. Given that he has always been on the Midnight Suns roster already, it would seem that it is an easy sell to explain why he joins in. That does not mean that we do not need a bit more of the fun to introduce him in and keep the animations flowing. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. It happens and we are going to see it happen next week with the American holiday kicking in and slowing things down. That is why we should be thankful that we had what we did for The Callisto Protocol, Marvel’s Midnight Suns, and Crisis Core - Final Fantasy VII - Reunion as we did this week. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of November 2022 - 10:00 PM ]
Do Not Open The digital release date for Do Not Open has pushed the game out a little bit to the physical side of Do Not Open It looks as if there is going to be a little more of a wait now for Do Not Open, at least as it comes to the digital side of the game. Those looking forward to this experience might have noticed that it is not out there on the various platforms that Nox Noctis had it all set for. That is due to the fact that the digital version of Do Not Open has now been delayed to November 25th now. The same day that the physical version of the game will be out there too. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of November 2022 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week For most of you out there this is going to feel like a shorter week here for all the coverage of the various video games. You would be right, as we have to cut it a little short here for various reasons, but that does not mean we did not have some massive titles out there. Some with the likes of The Callisto Protocol, God Of War: Ragnarök, and Marvel’s Midnight Suns charting the top lists. That is not discount video games like Evil West either, but we had a massive blast and now we have to cut the week short on our end. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of November 2022 - 06:00 PM ]
Midnight Suns The next prequel short for Marvel’s Midnight Suns is here to give us a look at how Magik was brought into the Midnight Suns Last week, we had a chance to see how the Hunter and Lilith came into the mix of things for Marvel’s Midnight Suns and we are back once more to see another of the shorts out there. This one seems to be more in line with how one of the bigger, lone-wolf characters out there was brought into the fight here. A little bit of a different thing from Firaxis Games but it does show us why Magik is in the fight. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 10/31/22 — 11/4/22
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of November 2022 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just when you might have thought we were going to take a detour from the horror video games out there with the month ending, it looks like we all go to dig in a little more. Not a terrible way to spend the week in my eyes and it did give us a whole lot more for Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, and Fatal Frame: Mask Of The Lunar Eclipse. Not to mention that we have even more to look at for God Of War: Ragnarök just before its full release next week. Read More...

Monkey Island More consoles will get to see Return To Monkey Island with this new Monkey Island adventure heading to the next-gen systems out there Return To Monkey Island has been out there for the PC and Switch for a little bit now, and there have been some fans that have felt left out for now. It was an interesting option to go with for those platforms out the gate only, but Terrible Toybox and Devolver Digital are ready to get the others hooked up with the game. Specifically, those that have a PS5 or Xbox Series X|S right now. Read More...
