Life Is Strange
Life Is Strange is handling another true crime story out there when Life Is Strange: Double Exposure launches out there
If there is one thing that seems to be all the rage still, for some reason, it is true crime and that seems to have bled over into Life Is Strange: Double Exposure. Not that we were not going to have a story like that already out of Deck Nine Games for this IP, but it seems that they are leaning into all of that just a bit more here with the latest video we have to look at for the game. Some players will get to see it for sure on October 15th and others will have to wait until October 29th to see it on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC, but for now, we have a taste of it. Let us see how much closer Life Is Strange: Double Exposure will lean into all of that or if it is just going to be a clever marketing tactic.
With the crux of the story in this chapter of Life Is Strange revolving around the murder of one of Max's friends, it does kind of fit the motif of a true crime story for sure. Only Max can see into another dimension ow to get more clues to solve the main murder, which I am sure all investigators wish they could do when things get rough to catch the criminals out there. It is interesting to see that Max will fully open up to all of those helping at this point in the Life Is Strange saga, where it was a closeted secret that Max could do all of this before. Some fun character growth as well as world growth that Max can do while still finding the true killer out there. If there even is one killer that did this and not how the loop and timeline needed to split in the first place…

Max realizes the killer will soon strike again — in both versions of reality.
Only Max can Shift between the two parallel timelines to solve and prevent the same murder.
Have you always seen most of the stories in the Life Is Strange saga as a bit of a true crime already or is this where it is going to hit home more? Do you think that is death will always need to happen or will we see a true fracture of a timeline along the way? How will the other characters in the universe come about in this one or will this stay to only being Max's story for the whole game? Head on down to the comments to discuss it all and everything else that we can for the game. We are going to have more for Life Is Strange: Double Exposure, so please keep a close eye on the site for all of those updates and the many, many others we are going to have down the line as well. Do not break that timeline too…
