Death Stranding Another confusing trailer for Death Stranding is here from TGS and it looks like Troy Baker will have his voice in Death Stranding to destroy us In no huge surprise, Death Stranding had a small showing out at TGS and it also brought with us a listen to Troy Baker as he is now part of the project. Not the biggest of shocks that Kojima Productions would add his voice in given how many games he is in for VO and the connection with Sony for their other PS4 titles. It was only a matter of time, but what is interesting here is that it seems to be his voice only for Death Stranding so far and not the full body renders we have seen for the rest of the cast in the game. Shadow Of War A new definitive edition of Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is announced and will bring all of the DLC and updates into one Shadow Of War package If you were holding out on playing Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War it looks like your holdout may be over soon. Unless you were holding out for other reasons, it looks like all of the content that Monolith Productions has put out there for the game so far will be coming in one package now. A new definitive edition of the game has been announced and coming to our PS4, Xbox One, or PC on August 28th now. Shadow Of War The latest update to Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is here and it has removed the market as well as adding many upgrades for Shadow Of War The day has finally come as Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War will now be losing its marketplace and thus its microtransactions that caused players all kinds of complaint in the past. Death Stranding There was more to see for Death Stranding out of E3 and it shows some new gameplay while keeping us all confused about what Death Stranding actually is Another of the titles we knew were going to be a focus for E3 this year was Death Stranding and many out there were hoping to get a better understanding of what the game is actually going to be about. That is besides being another weird adventure Kojima Productions is going to take us on and house a whole lot of famous actors and directors in the game. Star power can only go so far and even with adding the heroines of Death Stranding in the latest trailer, Léa Seydoux and Lindsay Wagner, we still have a lot we are waiting to get fully defined for the game. Shadow Of War A new trailer for the next DLC for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is here and it shows us a bit more on how this will expand the story Shadow Of War has already given us The story for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is getting further expanded here soon and we have our first look at the next DLC that is coming. Well, more of a Story Expansion than a DLC but it is what it is for now and Monolith Productions is wrapping it all up for us and putting a little Orc skull on it. Overload The release date for Overload has been set for PC with a console version of Overload slated for Q3 of this year If six-degree-of-freedom tunnel shooters are your thing then get ready for one more as Overload has been saddled with a release date now and will be leaving Early Access. That may sound like this is only a PC title based on that, but Revival Productions has just wrapped that version up and packing it up for May 31st. Overload is also hitting the PS4 and Xbox One, but that will be sometime in Q3 of this year at this point. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Time to put another week of video games in the bag and look back at what happened this week. It was a pretty big one for a few franchises out there as Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 and The Division 2 where given the announcements and the hype for Far Cry 5 is hitting some heights. We also had a chance to see a few smaller titles get some new updates as we had more to see for A Plague Tale: Innocence and The Beast Inside this week as well. Portal We sit down and review Bridge Constructor Portal. It is all the fun of building bridges and the humor of Portal. Here is our review of Bridge Constructor Portal It can always be fun when we get mash-up video games out there that take two IPs and combine them into one and that is what Bridge Constructor Portal is here to do. Shaq-Fu We can look forward to Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn to hit us this Spring as it takes on the horrible game from 1994 that spawned it, Shaq-Fu It looks like some games franchises just never stay dead as now we can look to see Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn coming to the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC this Spring. We are not talking about a remaster of the old 1994 title that was utter garbage during the time of everyone having a video game out there. Death Stranding Another gameplay trailer for Death Stranding was shown off and it raises many questions with few answers for Death Stranding Just as we have had for the last few outings of The Game Awards, we have another new trailer for Death Stranding to look at here and try to figure out. Things have been very strange and hush since Kojima Productions announced the game so long ago and with each new view, this PS4 title seems to baffle and confuse. At least the trailers do as they make little to no sense, but given who is making Death Stranding I guess it works. Just think back to all of those MGSV trailers and tell me how those made sense when out of context for the core game. Read More...

Portal Get ready to use those Portal guns again as it looks like that franchise has crossed with another to bring us Bridge Constructor Portal It has been a while since we had anything truly new for the Portal franchise in terms of a full game. It is crazy to think that it has been six years since the last full entry into the IP and at most, we have had little links back and forth with characters, items, and Easter Eggs to entice us all a bit more. If you are like me, you are sitting there hoping for a full new title into the franchise, but for now we are going to have to sit and take games like what Headup Games has for us here.
