Rainbow 6 We have another Rainbow 6 Siege gameplay trailer to look at and this one shows off how Rainbow 6 Siege will make use of NVidia GameWorks We may not have covered much on Rainbow 6 Siege here to date but it looks like we have a new trailer for the game and it shows off more on how awesome the game could look on the PC. I say PC as it is an NVidia GameWorks trailer but Rainbow 6 Siege does hit the PS4 and Xbox One on December 1st. Players will be able to jump back into the world of Ehb with new plot, more quests and lots more loot in Dungeon Siege III: Treasures Of The Sun™. In Dungeon Siege III: Treasures Of The Sun, players will extend their journey and travel beyond the borders of Ehb to an all-new environment: the Aranoi Desert. On their search for a lost Legion hero, players will fight through hordes of new villains only to find a forgotten abbey hiding a long-lost secret: the greatest treasure of the Azunite faith. Dungeon Siege III is a little more than two months away and I can hardly contain my excitement. We recently got a video highlighting the latest ally that will be available in game and this girl is fierce. Katarina Vignette is a ranged death dealing machine and the third ally to be announced. Trained in the ways of nomads, she uses Guns, Magic and a black hound to pretty much eviscerate her enemies. The 10th legion did well when they recruited her. Expect some awesome pistol play, and some very cool shotgun animations, which are really highlighted in the following video. Read More...

Well look what just popped up in my inbox, new Dungeon Siege III screens and some good looking game play video. It was only last week that Square Enix announced an official release date. Let the countdown begin. The coming battle for the Kingdom of Ehb draws near! For those of you that need a little refresher Dungeon Siege III is the continuation of the Dungeon Siege franchise from Gas Powered Games, except this time it's being brought to you by Square Enix and Obsidian Entertainment, two well known names in the RPG gaming world. Players will become one of the remaining members of the 10th legion and try to rebuild your army to save the Kingdom of Ehb from tearing itself apart. What a way to kick off the Labor Day weekend! With PAX currently going on, there's going to be a lot of great stuff coming out of the convention and the first thing we get to kick off this holiday weekend is the new Dungeon Siege III Game play Trailer from Square Enix and Obsidian Entertainment. I have now watched this trailer three times and I still don't know what to say. We see a warrior type character and a caster archetype showing off the hack 'n' slash style game play we've come to expect from this dungeon crawler. It's been a while since I was truly excited about a game announcement, but this one is pretty exciting! Dungeon Siege 3 has been announced for NOT ONLY PC, but XBox 360 and PS3 as well. According to the press release, Dungeon Siege 3 will have Square Enix (Final Fantasy) on board as Editor, and Obsidian Entertainment (Neverwinter Nights 2, Knights Of The Old Republic) as the Developer, with Gas Powered Games (Dungeon Siege 1/2, Supreme Commander 1/2) supervising the whole process. With the new Lord of the Rings Online expansion, Siege of Mirkwood, set to release in less than two months, more information about some of the the enhancements have trickled out in the form of developer diaries. In one of the recent developer diaries, the LOTRO team discussed the revamped mount system set to release in this next expansion. This is especially significant because this feature has always been a bit of a dark smudge on the gameplay. To me, the mount system in LOTRO has always felt a bit tacked on. Read More...

Tuesday Turbine announced the release date and pricing for the second expansion for Lord of the Rings Online: Siege of Mirkwood. If you want to know more about the expansion itself, check out the expansion's announcement here. In that article I speculated about the digital download's price as it does not feel like a true expansion but rather the second half of the Mines of Moria expansion.
