Tenet Of The Spark Punches Us In The Face With New Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of October 2024 - 09:00 PM ]
Tenet Of The Spark New gameplay for Tenet Of The Spark is out there to tease us how the narrative of Tenet Of The Spark will flux & flow Get your fists up and get ready for some new gameplay to take in for Tenet Of The Spark. This would be the upcoming title from ROAR Games slated for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC that should be coming to us in 2026. That is a long way off, sure, but we have some amazing new gameplay that shows that Tenet Of The Spark is so much closer to a full game than one would think with that release timeline that is set up. That could all be getting ahead of ourselves, though, as many might not even know what the game is at this point. Read More...

South Park: Snow Day Shows Off How We Are Heading Into A Whole New Dimension
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of March 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
South Park A new behind-the-scenes for South Park: Snow Day is out there to show off how South Park is coming further to 3D Get bundled up and ready to head out with South Park: Snow Day, as it hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC today. After a good chunk of waiting, Question Games is ready to show off how they are bringing the 2D world into a 3D space and let us have all of that fun the IP is known for. At least in terms of the story and maybe in terms of the gameplay. THQ Nordic has been a little stingy on all of that leading up to the full release of South Park: Snow Day. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 2/20/24 — 2/23/24
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 24th of February 2024 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Another short week of news coverage given that there was a North American holiday, but there was still a whole lot of fun stuff out there for our video games. Not only our games but we did get a look at the Borderlands movie to try to build up some extra hype. Along with the other updates we had for South Park: Snow Day, Mortal Kombat 1, and Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game. Read More...

South Park: Snow Day Shows Off How We Will Shine Out With Customization
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 21st of February 2024 - 06:00 PM ]
South Park One more look at South Park: Snow Day is here to show off the Switch version and how our South Park character will come to life With March 26th quickly coming up here, we all need more reasons to look at South Park: Snow Day and get ready to give it all a try. It is still a little weird to me that we are going 3D with this game but I am sure that Question Games has a good reason for that or THQ Nordic would not have been onboard. All of that aside, there is a nice little look at South Park: Snow Day as it gears up for its launch on the Switch, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A look that shows us more of the character customization we will have in the game when March 26th does roll on up. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 12/18/23 — 12/22/23
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 23rd of December 2023 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week More and more of the video games news has been flowing out there during a time that is normally fairly dry when it comes to all of that. Not a bad thing for us, but a little unusual as we head into the bulk of the holiday season. Especially with the big drops for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League and South Park: Snow Day in the mix that we had. Then there were the new tools for Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew and then updates for other video games like Supernormal. Read More...

South Park: Snow Day Has A Release Date With The Same Potty Humor
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of December 2023 - 06:00 PM ]
South Park The release date for South Park: Snow Day is set with a fun collector's edition to give us more South Park goodies Just in time to make sure we can all have our own snow day in reality, maybe, we have the release date for South Park: Snow Day set down. Question Games and THQ Nordic are looking to give the game a solid drop on March 26th, 2024, which feels a lot sooner than many would have thought. I am not complaining about this at the very least, but I was suspecting we might have to wait a bit longer to get South Park in 3D out there. There is a lot more work that has to go into something like that instead of the 2D versions we have seen in the past for the IP. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 11/20/23 — 11/24/23
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 25th of November 2023 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just about as expected, this week of video games and gaming went out with a bit of a whimper and less of a bang. An odd thing given that the holiday season is currently focused around certain countries and not the whole world, but that does not mean we did not get some great updates for Five Nights At Freddy’s: Help Wanted 2, South Park: Snow Day, and Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. All video games that are still on the way to us all and needed some kind of update but also not the ones I was expecting to hit before the award season in the coming weeks. That is when the next big boom should be on the way to us all. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 23rd of November 2023 - 08:00 PM ]
South Park New gameplay for South Park: Snow Day is here to take us all out of the normal look and feel of the South Park setting The snow is starting to pile up and we are getting closer to what South Park: Snow Day has to offer us all in terms of gameplay. Sadly, no, we do not have a release date for this as of yet as Question Games is still working on it all. We do, however, have a look at some of the new gameplay that THQ Nordic has put together to show off just about what we could expect when playing South Park: Snow Day on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, or PC. Either by ourselves or with a bunch of randos out there on the internet. Read More...

Transformers: Earthspark Expedition Drops Us All Some Gameplay For Its Release
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 11th of September 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
Transformers The Transformers are coming out here again soon with new gameplay we have for Transformers: Earthspark Expedition Just in time to make that October release date period, Transformers: Earthspark Expedition is on the way to us all on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Not that it felt like the game needed to launch around this time, but it is what Tessera Studios and Outright Games are going to do. Maybe this is to give us some small Transformers reprieve in the middle of all of the other horror going on in the month or maybe this is for some other reason we have yet to see. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of August 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
South Park The next South Park video game has been revealed with South Park: Snow Day taking it all into 3D The most glorious and magical day of a child's life is about to be given to us all with the reveal of South Park: Snow Day. Okay, maybe not every child's life, as I grew up where snow rarely ever fell, but that is the tag that Question Games and THQ Nordic are going with as it is part of the IPs story. This is South Park after all and they do have a different thing going on out there in things. Something that we will all get to see in 3D when the game lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC next year. Read More...
