Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden Offers Up A Look At The Gameplay We Will Experience
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of August 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
Banishers The Banishers are out there in the world as we have an extended gameplay look at the upcoming Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden Even if we are going to have to wait until after the "spooky time" of year to play it, we should still be getting excited for Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden to drop on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It looks like a new twist to the adventure RPG style of game that DON’T NOD has given us in the past. This one does give us two different characters to play with while heading out there and doing what good Banishers do. Read More...

The True Horrors Will Be Releasing Soon With Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of July 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
Banishers The release date for Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden is now set down so we can figure out when we will be traveling along with these Banishers We can finally mark one of the ghost-related games off the list of making it out for Halloween, with Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden getting a release date outside of that time. Not that the game was delayed or that it would not be fitting for the time, but it looks as if DON’T NOD wanted to give us a little break before getting back in and hunting some ghosts in our video games. That all said, Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden is looking to hit the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on November 7th. Read More...

Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden Gives Us Some New Hand-In-Hand Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of June 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Banishers New gameplay for Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden is out here for us all to see how the Banishers will be saving the world Set out there and put more of the dead to rest with the latest we have for Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden. A new bit of gameplay that DON’T NOD has put out there during the Summer Game Fest here that shows off more than just the dark cinematics we have had before. It is always the way we have it all go here and it would have been nice to have this gameplay for Banishers back when it was announced, but that is how Focus Entertainment will keep us all hooked until it does release on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Hopefully, that will be sometime this year for the release still. Read More...

Eresys Is Fully Releasing To Break Our Minds Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of March 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
Eresys The final release date for Eresys is now set with Eresys eying April to invade our minds with the horrors out there Steal your mind and get your fellow cultists ready out there, as Eresys is finally launching in a final form on the PC this April. April the 20th to be a bit more specific with the release date laid out there by Dragonis Games to get us further ready for the co-op horror title to land out there. Given how many new horrors and sights we will have to experience in Eresys, we are going to need the month to prep the brains to not shatter when the Lovecraftian horrors start coming at us in their AI bot forms. That should make them feel a bit more alien to us all as these kinds of cosmic beings should always be while we have a squad of basic humans to go through it all together with. Read More...

Review — Maize
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of September 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Night Trap We sit down and review Maize. An adventure game all about surviving a bunker full of sentient corn. Here is our review of this Maize Late last year we saw Maize release out there for the PC world and only had glimmers of hope for when it would be making its way over to the PS4 and Xbox One. We all knew it was coming but it wasn't until September 12th that Finish Line Games was able to get the game to make the leap on over. Or the crawl. Read More...

It Is Time To Get Lost In The Absurdity Of Maize
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of December 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Maize A new trailer for Maize has been released just for the game's launch and it looks to show off some of Maize's gameplay and humor in the mix Today marks the day that Maize is released to the joy or dismay of those PC gamers out there. I say dismay not because I think that Finish Line Games isn't going to deliver something fun and entertaining but because there are so many other video games out there right now that we are all sinking our time into. I can easily see Maize getting picked up and forgotten because of this and the lack of gameplay footage and details that we've seen to keep it well in our view. That is all going to change though as he I am talking about this PC game again to get your attention and the fact that there is now a solid trailer for the game that shows off just how it plays. Review — The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 21st of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter. Is It Worth Your Time? Did it upgrade to the new engine and platform well? Here's Our Review of The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter Originally The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter came out on the PC last year using the Unreal 3 Engine to extremely decent reviews. It is an interesting indie story game from The Astronauts that is more of an exploration experience and puzzle solving thing than anything you may think given the trailers but a game none the less. The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter was well received none the less and this drove the team to upgrade the game to Unreal 4 engine as well as bring it to the PS4. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 6th of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Looks like the wait is over as the PS4 version of The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter is slated for a July 15th release date now Hopefully by now all of you reading this know about The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter as it released on PC last year and was well received by many. This would be that amazing looking supernatural adventure title created by The Astronauts that even we spoke highly of back in the day. This was also back when we heard it was being redone in the Unreal 4 engine and also getting a PS4 release scheduled but there was never any word on when after all the great reviews began pouring in for the first release of The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter. All of that changes now. Read More...

It's Time To See What The Vanishing of Ethan Carter Is All About
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of August 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
A new bit of gameplay for The Vanishing of Ethan Carter has been released showing off some of the core mechanics and story of the game When I first heard about The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter I kind of let it fall a bit to the side of the metaphoric video game road. I didn't disregard the game completely but with the little description I was given it just wasn't something that caught my eye and sucked me in. That was at least until we got some new gameplay footage for The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter and got to fully see what we will be doing on our PCs and PS4s in the coming months. Sooner on the PC but that is a whole other discussion. Read More...
