Thief has gone gold and we are now getting our Master Thief 101 course. Well more like a "here's what to expect in the game" course. It is now official. Thief has gone gold and will be seeing our consoles and PCs soon. Soon as in February 25th for us here in North America and days afterward for everyone else not in Japan. So with that announcement of course we get a new game trailer for Thief but not the typical one. Thief Looks Like It Is Full Of Loot And Moral Victories

We have some new screen shots for Thief as well as a bit about how you are urged to take the moral high road during gameplay. There is even a Trophy/Achievement involved… So when you hear a game title like Thief you don't normally think that there will be any sort of positive moral values or overtones. I mean it should be a game about stealing things from people who have too much or just what you want. So Watch Dogs Has Been Delayed

Well here is some sad news. It looks like Watch Dogs is going to be delayed until spring of 2014 now. This is a title I have been eagerly awaiting and actually got me to upgrade my PS4 pre-order to come bundled with. Looks like I will have to be choosing a new title to start playing during next month's console release. Before you think this is rumor or just random neigh saying, the news comes right from the Ubisoft blog. If you want to save yourself a bit of time, the short version for the delay is that Watch Dogs needs more 'polish' and 'fine tuning'. Read More...

New Mode For Batman: Arkham Origins Gives Batman One Chance To Survive

Good news for all you gamers out there who crave an extra challenge with your games. It has been announced that Batman: Arkham Origins will have a new difficulty mode called "I Am The Night" mode. This mode will only unlock after you have beaten the game not once, but twice. You complete the game once, I am assuming to unlock the second to hardest mode, and then complete the game again on New Game Plus mode. Burning Down Gotham With The New Batman: Arkham Origins Trailer

With the below trailer straight out of Gamescom, we are up to five of the eight assassins hunting Batman in Arkham Origins now. There are still loads of other villains, NPCs and sidekicks announced as well, but now we can add Firefly to the list of killers. Also it looks like there might be some pretty damn cool fight/flight scenes mixed in with this new character as well. Keep an eye out in the trailer and you'll most likely see what I am talking about. What's The Good News From SDCC For Batman: Arkham Origins?

Well, not that much that we have not seen or heard from E3 will answer that question. It makes sense that Batman: Arkham Origins would be on display at the San Diego Comic Con but you would think that there would be some kind of information dump that wasn't handed out a month prior. I guess it is more about getting the information out to the public directly and not through the filtered lenses of the media. Who knows? E3 2013 Hands On: Batman: Arkham Origins

I have been filled with all kinds of mixed emotions since the announcement of Batman: Arkham Origins. I am a huge fan of the franchise and storyline of the game's world. I am not a fan of most prequels and unfortunately Arkham Origins falls into the prequel world. Usually prequels just feel like the developers wanted to do another title in the franchise but have been written into a corner or need to find a reason to explain why the protagonist is weaker compared to where fans left them. Fortunately for myself, I was granted access to the elusive "behind doors playable demo" of E3 and had a chance to play around with the younger version of Batman. Batman: Arkham Origins Gets A New Trailer And Reveals

Last week we got a pretty lackluster "teaser" for the upcoming Batman: Arkham Origins title still in the works at Warner Bros. Games Montreal. Granted it came along with a short time span before we were supposed to get a full trailer for the game. The wait is now over and the trailer has been released in its full five minute version. Unfortunately, it doesn't do much in the way of showing the actual game nor does it do much more than show a beautifully fully rendered fight scene. Don't get me wrong, I think the below "trailer" looks pretty cool but it is like saying the next WoW expansion is a trailer for the game. Read More...

Lo and behold, just announced by Warner Bros., we have Batman: Arkham Origins to look forward to this coming October. Not only that, but there is also a handheld side kick that has just been announced for the Vita and 3DS; Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate. E3 2011 Impressions: Tomb Raider

If there is one franchise that feels like it has been milked to death, it would be Tomb Raider. The true definition that sex sells in gaming. So it would be very little surprise that Eidos would look into remaking such a beloved franchise for more money. Only from what we got to see at E3, I would not put it in the normal "remake for money" category just yet.
