Take A Little Walk In The Park With The Surge's Next Expansion
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 20th of November 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
The Surge Have a look at The Surge's next big DLC to come that shows off just what would happen in an amusement park after events for The Surge occur Attention all of you gluttons for punishment. It looks like the next big DLC for The Surge is almost here and now we have a fun tease to see what it will most likely hold within. A safe guess would be that Deck 13 has added a lot more in the way of deadly robots out there trying to kill us non-stop, but if you are not a guessing human you will be happy to see that there is a bit more than that. Of course, Focus Home Interactive has dropped a new teaser for this DLC for The Surge called A Walk In The Park so there will not be much in the way of speculation as to what we will have to face off with. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 18th of November 2017 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with another great week of video games in the bag and so much more to go on with. Even as we head into the "big lull" where everyone is just playing what they currently have or are waiting for titles that we will not see until next year, we had a good chunk of news and updates to cover. We even had a chance to get our review of Horizon Zero Dawn's latest expansion out there for you. All while enjoying what we have for Injustice 2, Far Cry 5, and Final Fantasy XV in the mix. Batman: The Enemy Within Is Fracturing The Mask Next Week
by Julia Schoebel [ Friday, 17th of November 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Batman The release date for the third episode of Batman: The Enemy Within has been set and we will be back with Batman next week If you have been pining for the next episode of Batman: The Enemy Within to finally drop, then the wait is almost over as it is coming next week on November 21st for all of its platforms new and old. Just about when it should have been expected based on the norms that Telltale Games has for us with these titles and this one looks like it is going to be just as insane as they have been in the past. Of course, that is if you have been playing them from episode to episode and not waiting for the entire season of Batman: The Enemy Within to be playable in one shot. Read More...

Take To The Sky With New Gameplay For The New Title
by Duke Searles [ Friday, 17th of November 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Sky We have some new gameplay for Sky to look at and see how Sky will be the same but different from the dev's other titles out there It has been a bit since we all first heard about ThatGameCompany's upcoming title Sky or at least saw any gameplay for the iOS title. A few months at this point, but now we are back to see some new footage for the game as well as have some of the developer's commentary on just what is going on in the game. We already knew that there would be a social aspect to it all as well as the ability to fly around the world, but here we get to see just how some of that plays into the larger side of Sky at the end of the day. It also looks like Light and Darkness will play into the core of it all as well which is something we have not seen until now. Read More...

Review — Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Wednesday, 15th of November 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Horizon Zero Dawn We sit down and review Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds. Can you make The Cut? Here's our review of Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds I was really equal parts excited and worried about Horizon Zero Dawn’s new DLC. Would it be an overpriced cash grab for Guerrilla Games to scrape a few more pennies from fans, or a story that needed to be told that didn't fit with the flow and progression of the main game? I try not to delve into the main plots of games too much, but if you’re buying the DLC I am going to assume you have played Horizon Zero Dawn. So if you just want to know if I recommend it or not I’ll save you sometimes and say yes. Read More...

Do Not Expect Vampyr To Bleed Your Wallet With DLC
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 15th of November 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Vampyr In a recent interview for Vampyr, it was revealed that the team does not want to do any DLC for Vampyr but plan for a sequel based on sales In a recent interview for DontNod's upcoming Vampyr, a few interesting things for the game were revealed but sadly still no solid release date for the PS4, Xbox One, or PC. It is still set for "early 2018" and I am going to venture a guess around E3 or so. Nonetheless, there were some interesting facts about Vampyr that did come to light outside of when Focus Home Interactive will deem it a full success or not. Read More...
