The Surge 2 Has An Official Release Date Now In September
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of June 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
The Surge The release date for The Surge 2 is now set and just as it was rumored before, we can look for The Surge 2 to hit us this September It looks like we can put the rumors and leaks to rest as we have the official release date for The Surge 2 directly from the source. It was greatly rumored and speculated on after a little leak happened that this game would be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 23rd of this year. It would make sense given the timeline we have had since Deck 13 showed we were getting this sequel. But that date was wrong. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of June 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
World War Z The first big update for World War Z is here and we have more details on how this will expand and change World War Z for the better The major content update for World War Z that we have heard about is finally here and ready for us to add to our game. While the fact that the update was coming has not been a huge secret, Saber Interactive had not given up much in the way of details for it all. That is until now on launch day when we finally get to find out just what will be coming in this update besides the new story chapter and zombie type. Again, all things we knew were coming to World War Z with little information besides it all being set in Tokyo in the game. Read More...

Jumanji: The Video Game Is Coming To Us Just Before The Next Film
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of June 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Jumanji It has been announced that Jumanji: The Video Game is on the way and coming to us just before the next Jumanji film It really seems like this should have been a while coming now, but Jumanji: The Video Game is officially announced and coming for us on November 15th of this year. Just in time to be out before the next in the film series. My guess is that Funsolve and Outright Games made sure to plan it that way even if it is not being called a film tie-in game at all. Something that has not been stated for Jumanji: The Video Game mind you, but it will be using the likenesses of all of the current cast members of the film. Read More...

New Screenshots Are Here To Tease Us A Bit More For Control
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of June 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Control New screenshots for Control are here just before E3 to give us another look at what we can expect for Control after the event In just over a week, we will all have a media blitz with E3 and it looks like it may be starting earlier, as usual, with Control. That is, we have a load of new screenshots for the game before it is shown off in a final form by Remedy out at the event. It still is releasing on August 27th, so there is still plenty of time to be teased with new gameplay videos and the other bizarreness we have seen in the past. For now, we will focus on some of the new images for Control and see if there is much that we can glean from them all. Read More...

Samurai Shodown Brings Its Own New Sword Rack With Yoshitora
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of May 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Samurai Shodown The next character for Samurai Shodown is here with Yoshitora and we have a lot more weapons mixed into Samurai Shodown now Here we go with the next character reveal for Samurai Shodown and it is another one from the franchise past. Yoshitora is back and swinging all of his blades in the game. At least trying to as having an extra four strapped to your back is not something easy to work with and fight with. It looks like a cool concept, but not too wieldy if SNK were to ask me. Read More...

Brothers Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons is heading to the Switch next week and there is still time and reasons to pre-order Brothers before then If you have been missing out as of late, it looks like Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons is finally making the jump over to the Switch next week. The game has been out there in the wild for quite some time for various other platforms and now it looks like Turn Me Up Games is bringing it over to the mobile platform with a few little extras. Not that Brothers needed them, but I guess you need to throw something out there to entice people to buy a game they have already had many years to experience already. It cannot just be for the new crowd, can it? Read More...

Control A new developer diary for Control is here and takes us behind how the sounds of Control have been put together and will always feel new Slowly, but surely, we are getting new information for Control to give us a better idea of what to expect in the game. We have been getting developer diaries for a while now, but none of them have really done a deep dive into what Remedy will have for us when August 27th rolls around. Not exactly at least. We have had a good insight into how Control is being made, and here we are again with more on that and less on the how it will actually play side of things. Read More...
