Final Fantasy An MMO for Final Fantasy XV is in development for mobile to have yet another MMORPG set around the events of Final Fantasy XV There has to have been some of you out there that were hoping to get a new MMO set in the Final Fantasy XV universe and for mobile. I would have to believe this as it looks like that is something that is in development right now with images and everything. Not directly from Square Enix this time, but something that will be following the main story from Final Fantasy XV that will try to expand on the Noctis story and add a few new regions we have not played in the original title. The Surge The next DLC for The Surge 2 is about to rise up on us and add a plethora of new things for us to deal with in The Surge 2 It feels like we just got a nice big DLC drop for The Surge 2, yet here we are talking about the next one that is going to be dropping on us all on January 16th here for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. I am not saying it is not a bad thing, but it is a sign that Deck 13 is still churning things out at a rapid rate and keeping the game flowing and growing as we would all want it to. Samurai Shodown The final release date for Samurai Shodown on the Switch is now set and fans of Samurai Shodown will soon be able to take it on the move We can now ignore the vague release window for the Switch version of Samurai Shodown, as we now have a solid date to look at for the game. If you were tired of the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game or were holding out to be able to take it on the go with yourself, SNK has laid down the release date for Samurai Shodown on the Switch for February 25th of this year. Dreams It is official that Dreams has gone gold and ready to head to the PS4 as Dreams still aims for the Valentine’s Day release There we go with the official announcement as Dreams has gone fully gold and will be making that February 14th release date on the PS4. That is also for the PS VR version of it all too as Media Molecule has not claimed it will not be coming to the platform as of yet. It makes sense that Dreams will be able to be used in the VR setting. Star Wars Just in the wake of the latest Star Wars film, we have a new look at LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga to entice us all more It has been on a big year for Star Wars and it does not look like it is going to slow down as we head into a new one. World War Z The next update for World War Z is here adding in a new horde mode for World War Z and a few other fun little tidbits to explore in the game Here we go with the next big update for World War Z with the big Horde Mode Z update that many have been waiting for. This adds into the game just what you would assume it brings, as we have waves of zombies swarming us for us to kill. All with some fun twists added in by Saber Interactive to try to keep it feeling fresh. Batman A new way to play Telltale’s Batman series is here with the Batman Shadows Edition that will add a noir flavor to the overall game look There were a few rumors out there that there was something coming down along the lines of a Batman title just before The Game Awards. That time has come and gone, but there were some fun things that came out about the Telltale and Athlon Games titles out there during the mix of it all. Planet Zoo The new Arctic Pack for Planet Zoo is here and adding in all of the snowy animals one would want in Planet Zoo Things are getting cold out there and that means it is the right time for the next expansion for Planet Zoo to be released. Given that it is the Arctic Pack that will add a bunch of the snow and colder climate animals into the mix, it is fitting for the time of year. Not that Frontier Developments was aiming just for that, but it is fitting and will carry along after as it also adds in some new narratives and areas of the world to build zoos in. Death Stranding If you were curious on where the concept for Death Stranding came from, look no further as we now have an explanation on how Death Stranding came to be Since it was first announced, there has been a lot of questions about what Death Stranding was about and it has even progressed further into the realm after it launched and gamers had a chance to experience it on the PS4. It is a weird game and is definitely not for everyone, but it seems like there was a better thought process behind its creation than Kojima Productions wanting to just make a game. I am sure that was part of it, but it is interesting to know that the idea for Death Stranding had been floating around in the mind of the director for some time and all based on a trip to a museum.
