Mafia 3 A new trailer for Mafia 3 has finally dropped and not only shows some great story but also tells us when Mafia 3 will be releasing this year The teasing and the waiting are now over as we have a nice, new, shiny, Mafia 3 trailer to gaze upon in all of its glory. Hangar 13 has kept a pretty tight lid on anything for the game up until now, even though there have been some minor leaks, and now we get to see just how much further they have progressed in the game. Also, wouldn't you know that 2K Games also took the time to let us all know when Mafia 3 will be releasing on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. There was so much to take in for this week we didn't get a chance to cover most things that cropped up for the industry at all. We tried our damnedest to do so but we are still just a small and fierce team. When the likes of Rock Band 4, Mad Max, and Final Fantasy XV are hammering us with so much it is hard to cover all video games out there or in the works. I truly love that we were able to bookend this week with Until Dawn and had quite a few other zombie type announcements with Zombi and Advanced Warfare DLC. Looks like the cat is out of the bag as Mafia 3 has been confirmed to be in the works and out first look at Mafia 3 will be during Gamescom It's been five years in the making and now we have it confirmed that Mafia 3 is on its way to us. It's hard to believe it has been that long since Mafia II came out and won over so many critics including us but it has. From the moment my character woke up in the world of Mafia II, I was swimming in rich ambiance. 2K Czech did everything to put you directly into the life of Vito Scaletta. Waking up in your boxers and 'wife-beater' shirt, your buddy Joe is calling you with your next 'job'. This gives you an immediate sense of who you are that really draws you into this character. At E3 2009, when 2K Games made their announcement about making a sequel for Mafia, I was excited on the idea. That excitement grew after playing the demo for the first time at PAX East in Boston. Mafia originally came out on PC in 2002, then later on the orginial XBox, and then PlayStation 2 in 2004. Several years later 2K is releasing the second installment of the Mafia series with Mafia 2.
