Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week It was certainly a short week around here for the number of video games we were able to get to, but it was still a fun one. Mouse The release date for Mouse: P.I. For Hire is now set, and we can expect to take up the case with Mouse in 2026 The wait is getting close to over for Mouse: P.I. For Hire, as we now have a release date for the game. Not just one for the PC, but it looks like Fumi Games is ready to share the game with the whole gaming community with a big release. Paranormal Activity The Paranormal Activity IP is coming back, with a first look at the gameplay for Paranormal Activity: Threshold after the long wait We have been coming up on two years since we first heard that Paranormal Activity was going to have a video game made about the IP. A title that was coming from DarkStone Digital and DreadXP in the universe, but that was about it. We did not even have confirmation on the platforms it was coming to, or even a specific name for the game, as of yet. Assassin’s Creed The fun of Assassin’s Creed is on the way to the Switch 2, with the announcement for Assassin’s Creed Shadows taking the leap of faith there It looks like we are going to be able to take some of our assassin skills on the move here soon, with the announcement that Assassin’s Creed Shadows is on the way to the Switch 2. Not all that shocking, as Ubisoft does like to make sure their titles are on all of the platforms as possible, but we finally have the official announcement that it is on the way. Cosmic Invasion The release date for MARVEL Cosmic Invasion is set now, with the Cosmic Invasion starting this coming December The fires are starting up out there for Marvel Cosmic Invasion, as we not only have a new character to look at in the game, but we also have a release date for when Dotemu will make sure we all have access to it. So, to kick things off here, Tribute Games would like us all to know that MARVEL Cosmic Invasion will be hitting the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PC on December 1st of this year. Just in time for Halloween, which does seem to be the MO for MANGLEDmaw Games and DreadXP when it comes to this IP. REANIMAL A new demo for REANIMAL is out there to give us a taste of what REANIMAL will offer out of the Steam Next Fest No longer will you only get to see REANIMAL through the lens of the basic announcement videos. As of right now, for the PC gamers looking for a couch co-op game, Tarsier Studios and THQ Nordic have put together a fun new demo for us all to play well before the game launches on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC. Little Nightmares The launch for Little Nightmares III is finally here, and we have one more look at the friendships built with Little Nightmares All the fun is finally ready for us all, with the launch of Little Nightmares III on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Little Nightmares A launch video for Little Nightmares III is out there, with a different take on how Little Nightmares is played out here This is the week that we are finally going to be seeing Little Nightmares III open up on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. That means that it is also high time that we get a fun new video from Supermassive Games to help promote the launch of the game on October 10th here. This would be the starship management title that gameXcite and Daedalic Entertainment have been working on, and announced not too long ago. It started out sounding like it would be a flight simulation or another of the action-oriented titles in the Star Trek universe, but now we get to see just how it will flow. It does seem that there will be a lot less of the combat when it launches on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, but a whole lot of things that can alter the universe and stories that we have grown to love. Cosmic Invasion Take part in the new Cosmic Invasion, as we have a new demo out there for the PC version of MARVEL Cosmic Invasion It is time to get a taste of the Negative Zone out there, with a new demo out for Marvel Cosmic Invasion. A new demo that will only be for the PC gamers, as it usually is, but something that will help spread the word of the invasion that is coming from Tribute Games and Dotemu.
