MultiVersus The next fighter for MultiVersus is getting uploaded with Agent Smith on the way to make MultiVersus unstable again The character was teased before and on July 8th, we will finally get Agent Smith in the mix of MultiVersus out there. Another in the vast Warner Bros. list of IP characters making their way into the game and Player First Games has offered up a bit of a look at the character a week before they join in. Black Myth New gameplay for Black Myth: Wukong is out to give us a look at a few of the bosses we will see in Black Myth: Wukong when it launches Not too long ago, we had a bunch of gameplay for Black Myth: Wukong drop out there for the Summer Game Fest. As it would seem, Game Science held off on a little bit more to offer up at a later date. that date is now and we not only get to see how two of the boss fights will flow in the game, but also how some of the ray tracing technology will further amplify how Black Myth: Wukong looks. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just when we thought things might have slowed down after all of the video games announced and updated recently, we had another full week. A little on the slower side, but still a full one. I have a feeling that is to further build up to SDCC in the coming month along with making sure Terminator: Survivors and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 are getting the correct highlight as they deserve. Damned A sequel to Damned is on the way with Damned 2 offering up a bit more gameplay out of the gamescom latam event Another asymmetrical multiplayer title is on the way with Damned 2 getting a new showcasing during the gamescom latam event going down. A new way for us to experience some horror in the world on the PC from 9heads Games Studios, so hopefully you have not been burnt out on that genre as of yet. If you have, maybe Damned 2 will offer up something new for you as it is not based on any specific IP and could be able to branch out further than the others. Pneumata New gameplay for Pneumata is out here with a look at more of the terror Pneumata will give us to beat the heat Things keep on creeping out there for Pneumata and here we go with a little more to get us ready for its release. A release that is still coming at some point during the Summer for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC from Deadbolt Interactive and Perp Games. While we are still waiting to get that release date set down, and after another of the many "live streams" that have gone down, we have some new footage for Pneumata to give us more of the intensity. Otherskin A new title, Otherskin, is on the way to us with Otherskin giving us many new ways to play an action combat video game out there Get ready to set out on a whole new and deadly mission with the reveal of Otherskin. This is a new action-adventure title coming from Game Atelier and FDG Entertainment that is looking to scratch any of those itches you might have for the genre. Also a genre that will have us heading to an alien world and using some alien tech out there in the mix. In fact, the title Otherskin seems to stem from the fact our protagonist will have just that in a new alien suit that gives the ability to morph into other things and gain a few extra abilities with it. Funko A lot of new gameplay for Funko Fusion is out there to let us see how many of our favorite Funko characters will function In the mix of all of the craziness we have had for our video games, we might have missed out on some solid gameplay for Funko Fusion that was dropped out there. Thankfully, during the Nintendo Direct and a few other things, 10:10 Games has made sure we all get to see this new gameplay well before the September 13th release date for the game. All so we can get better used to seeing more of the Funko figures running around on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC while not just cluttering up our walls and shelves out there. A Quiet Place A new game based on A Quiet Place is on the way with the full announcement we have for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead It felt like it was only a matter of time until we had a video game set in the universe of A Quiet Place and that time is now. Well, it will be at some point during 2024 with the announcement that Stormind Games and Saber Interactive are working on a title for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A title that will be missing the release of the new film, but thankfully only shares the universe and does not seem to be one of those dreaded adaptation games. Fable New bits for the upcoming Fable have been showcased with a bit of gameplay in the mix for this Fable coming next year Another year has flown on by and that means it is time to get a little more out there for the upcoming Fable title. A title that is still a little clouded in mystery, but Playground Games is aiming to offer up just a little more to the world out of the Xbox Games Showcase that went down again. The same showcase that gave us all a little more last year for Fable. Life Is Strange A new chapter for Life Is Strange is on the way with the announcement of Life Is Strange: Double Exposure to bring Max back Our resident photographer with superpowers is getting back into the action with the announcement for Life Is Strange: Double Exposure. The next chapter in the ongoing story that Deck Nine Games has been telling out there with a bit of a coming of age bit mixed in. Even if at this point in Life Is Strange our protagonist has come to that age and is needed to solve yet another mystery in the world. Lollipop Chainsaw A new remake is finally shown for Lollipop Chainsaw with the first look at Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP coming in a few months There was the slight announcement that we were going to be seeing another release of Lollipop Chainsaw not too long ago. It was a little update over X(Twitter) and that Dragami Games was looking to bring it to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch. Black Myth The pre-orders are now open for Black Myth: Wukong for those who want to secure more of the physical items that Black Myth will offer With the recent Summer Game Fest, we had a chance to get a little more for Black Myth: Wukong, but the gameplay was not the big showing we had for the game. An odd choice to go with but with the game landing on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on August 20th, I guess it makes more sense that Game Science would want to hype-up the pre-orders for the game.
