EA Announces Dead Space Extraction Exclusive for the Wii Not to long ago it was brought up that there was going to be a Wii port of Dead Space. Valve announced in a press release today that the DLC to their best-selling game, Left4Dead, will be free for all users on all platforms.  Both 360 and PC users will be able to enjoy 2 new Versus campaigns and a new Survival mode.  I know I speak for everyone when I say "Thank you, Valve!"  Of course, on the plus side for Valve, they've just secured a boat-load of brand-loyal followers for years to come. Many outlets are reporting on the new DLC for Left 4 Dead. Dead Space Wii Announced So completely out of left field, the guys over at Kotaku found some interesting news about Dead Space. It is slated to get a Wii port sometime in the 3rd quarter of this year. So like around Halloween I would guess. So I guess we'll get to actually move things around with the Kinetic gun with the WiiMote not to far off. I'm not sure if I should be excited for this or not. Left 4 Dead has its first update available now, and the list of fixes, tweaks and upgrades is pretty vast. Currently this is only on the PC, and the Xbox 360 gamers can expect their update in a few weeks.  Here is the long list of fixes and changes included in this update:General- Fixed Survivors being able to climb surfaces marked for versus infected only.- Fixed a class of SurvivorBot bugs dealing with rescuing downed players.- Players can no longer grab ladders while flying through the air after a Tank punch.
