Atomic Heart Is Bringing Us All Some Final Calamity To Experience
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of January 2026 - 08:00 PM ]
Atomic Heart The final DLC for Atomic Heart is on the way, and it looks as if there is a new calamity in the world of Atomic Heart There was a bit of talk that since the sequel to Atomic Heart was announced, there might not be the final DLC planned to drop out there. That was mostly from those who are always trying to grab attention and start drama, but the rest of us knew that Mundfish would not leave us all hanging. Now, we have further proof as the final DLC for Atomic Heart has been announced and is aiming to hit the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this coming Spring. That should put some of those naysayers in their place, as we have a new calamity on the way to the game. Read More...

Poppy Playtime A new ARG for Poppy Playtime has started, with a little look at another experiment to experience in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5 With Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5 hitting the PC very soon, February 18th, it looks as if it is time for the hype to start to fire off out there. That's what Mob Entertainment thinks, at least, as it looks like a new ARG has been kicked off out there. One that will take us deeper into the lore of Poppy Playtime while also getting us ready for this new chapter to show off a bigger experiment. Something that we have to look at in the first video out there for all of this, and for many others to dig through each frame to try to figure out what the story is actually telling. Read More...

by Juliet Meyer [ Wednesday, 14th of January 2026 - 06:00 PM ]
Star Trek Dive deeper into the combat of Star Trek Voyager: Across The Unknown and see just how we will be commanding everything in this Star Trek title The captain is on deck, as we take a look at the combat that we are going to have to master in Star Trek Voyager: Across The Unknown. Okay, that's a little off since we will be playing as the captain in the game, but we have gameXcite behind the controls of this new look, so we're not the captain in this instance. Not to mention, this is just a fun way to give us more on how we will be bringing this version of Star Trek Voyager to life, but also a way for Daedalic Entertainment to keep us reminded that it is coming to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 18th. Oh, and it looks like it has been confirmed for the Switch 2 now. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 12/15/25 — 12/19/25
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 20th of December 2025 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just as we were expecting, this was certainly a full week of video games. Some of it is catching up from all of the big announcements we did have, while also offering up some other games that were left out of The Game Awards, as they would not drive money to the show. Titles like Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival and Painkiller, even if others like Divinity and WARLOCK hit on the harsher themes and mature content in the same ways. It is kind of why you still need some of the mavericks like us out there covering the various video games that are not going to be big news for the "mainstream. Read More...

by Jana Lass [ Thursday, 18th of December 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
GRAFT A new RPG, GRAFT, is on the way to us all with GRAFT asking a deep, philosophical question to us all It's not every day that we get a level of body horror and a philosophical question in our video games, but here we go with GRAFT. A new horror title that also has some RPG elements in it, coming from Harebrained to help ask some questions while also grossing some of you out. The question being, "how much of you could you replace before you are no longer the person you say you are?" A Ship of Theseus question, but in terms of our physical bodies in the world that GRAFT has created. Read More...

Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival Shows Off How The Sights Are Coming Together
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 17th of December 2025 - 06:00 PM ]
Hellraiser A new developer diary for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival is out there to help us show how Hellraiser is finally coming to video games One of the more interesting updates we had that was not part of The Game Awards this year had to be from Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival. Almost as if the award show was even afraid to touch the topic of the game. Yet Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games carry it all onward to make sure we know what is going on. Perhaps it is due to the graphic nature of the Hellraiser IP, and the awards show did not want to risk losing any of that ad revenue, so they played it safe for themselves while keeping gamers in the dark about it. Tomb Raider: Catalyst Continues The Legends Forward Into The Future
by Juliet Meyer [ Tuesday, 16th of December 2025 - 06:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider The next full Tomb Raider is finally announced, with Tomb Raider: Catalyst taking Lara into a bold new direction There was certainly one title that The Game Awards kept teasing us all with, and it turns out it was Tomb Raider: Catalyst. A new addition to the IP with Crystal Dynamics back at it to see if they can bring the goods as we have seen them do in the past. At least in terms of this IP. They have until 2027 to do so, as that is the current window for Tomb Raider: Catalyst to launch on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Read More...

Reality Is Getting Reshaped, Again, With The Announcement For Control Resonant
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 15th of December 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
Control The world of Control is getting even stranger, with the announcement that we have for Control Resonant coming soon The FBC is back, again, with the latest announcement we have from The Game Awards this year, as Control Resonant is on the way to us in 2026. This is the next in the bigger story that Remedy is telling over all of their games on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A direct sequel to Control and the other bits of story that have gone down in this universe of titles, and one that will not be following one of the main characters we have seen so far. Even if it is one that we have seen to some degree, and followed along with someone close to them. Read More...

John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando Will Have Us Going Commando Early In 2026
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of December 2025 - 10:00 PM ]
Toxic Commando Gear up for another zombie game with John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando, as the Toxic Commando will be out there next March Adding to the ever-growing list of video games that were given a release date during The Game Awards this year, we can now add John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando. Yet another fucking zombie shooting game, but from the masters who know how to do it. I mean, we have one of the names right there in the title of the game, and then you can just look up what Saber Interactive has done with the undead for a while now. Read More...
