Welcome To Kairos As We Dig Deeper Into The Planet For Borderlands 4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 7th of July 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Borderlands Let us take a walk on the new planet for Borderlands that we will be getting when Borderlands 4 launches out there We go beyond the usual lands out there with a new look at Borderlands 4. This time we are digging into the planet and world that Gearbox is making to keep the IP going. While I am sure it would have been cheaper for 2K if they just went back to the same locations, players would not really enjoy that. I know I would not have enjoyed that on September 12th when Borderlands 4 is slated to hit the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. I am getting off topic, though, so let us take a stroll around Kairos and see who is running and the various factions we are going to need to fight or align ourselves with when the game hits. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of July 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Death Relives The release date for Death Relives is officially set, and we can be playing Death Relives before the end of the month The gods are finally rising up, and we have a final release date set down for Death Relives. It was teased, teased again, and now we are finally here with Nyctophile Studios gearing up to release the game. Releasing it insanely soon, with July 25th being the date we can all mark down that the Aztec gods will be swarming our PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Much sooner than I would have thought, with how things have been flowing out for Death Relives, but still some good news to have. Read More...

Damned 2 Takes Us All In For One Final Test Before Launching The Horrors
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of July 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Damned One last playtest for Damned 2 is on the way and ready to give us a taste of what Damned 2 will hold before it launches It has been a longtime coming, and now we see some light at the end of the tunnel for Damned 2. After seeing many other asymmetric horror games come and go, it is finally time for 9heads Games Studios to see if it is going to hold up. At least, on August 7th when the full game hits the PC and then down the line when it opens up to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Sadly, a break in releases hits us all again, but for Damned 2, this news does come with an update and chance to play the game one more time before waiting again. Read More...

Death Relives Teases Us All Once More Before Another Godly Reveal
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of June 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Death Relives One more tease for Death Relives is out there to get us all ready for the last big reveal on the way for Death Relives I do hope you are ready for yet another tease for Death Relives, as that is all we have here for the game. After the last one that claimed we might get to see a release date, Nyctophile Studios sounds like they truly mean this is the last tease before we get a release date. To prove it, we have the tease as well as it looks like the PS4 will be added to the list of platforms that Death Relives will be hitting. Not too surprising, but good news for those who have not jumped up to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or a solid gaming PC by now. Read More...

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Is Giving Us The Return Of Officer Dick
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of June 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Tony Hawk Officer Dick is coming back to Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and he is bringing a friend for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 It looks like more fun is on the way for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 with Officer Rick taking up a board and shredding with the greats out there. A character that would have been odd to not see Iron Galaxy Studios and Activision not bring in, as he has been a staple in so many of the titles over the years. All the way back to the origins of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater when it first last, if my memory serves. The only difference is that this one has a new and maybe better design for the character. Break Free From The Tyranny On The Way To Us With Borderlands 4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 23rd of June 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Borderlands The story of Borderlands 4 is here to pull us all in and give us a different feeling for how Borderlands will flow It looks like the powers that be for Borderlands 4 want to make sure we are all under thumb and willing to comply with everything that is being dictated to us. No, we are not talking about how Gearbox and 2K are going about making sure you buy the game on or before September 12th for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. In this instance, we are talking about the new villain that is popping up in the universe of Borderlands and trying to make us rise up against all the bullshit they are pumping out there. Okay, maybe art is imitating life a bit here… Nonetheless, we have more to the story for the game to dig into and see how close to home it is all going to hit for us who are struggling out there. This Week In Video Games 6/16/25 — 6/20/25
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of June 2025 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week What a week we just had, and there were still so many video games we have yet to get to after all of the reveals and updates. It is starting to remind me of the good old days when E3 was a thing and the major outlets did not go out of their way to help that crumble. Then more of us would have a chance to see Cronos: The New Dawn and Gears Of War: Reloaded live and in person more. Even more for Ninja Gaiden 4 and Hades II as well, but that is how the world works when it comes to our video games. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of June 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Dead By Daylight A new Killer for Dead By Daylight is stalking us all with Dead By Daylight also crossing over with Five Nights At Freddy’s It feels like this crossover should have happened a long time ago, but here with are with Dead By Daylight finally dipping its toes into the Five Nights At Freddy’s universe. Almost like the perfect time for Behaviour to do all of this with the recent release of the next big title in the FNaf universe dropping just last week. I know it was planned well in advance, but it still feels like this should have been a new thing for Dead By Daylight last year when the film dropped. Read More...

Mouse: P.I. For Hire Has Called up Jack Pepper To Solve The Cases
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of June 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Mouse There is an announcement for Mouse: P.I. For Hire that offers up the voice talent bringing our Mouse to life Here we go with another fun update for the rubber-hose animated title of Mouse: P.I. For Hire. One that feels like it would be right in the same space as all of the other titles out there using public domain IP, but Fumi Games looks to be just using the style of the art to help drive the fun of the game forward. Something that is still on the way for 2025 out there on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PC. All great news to still have for Mouse: P. Read More...

Shape The Chaos Of The Future In Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of June 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty The next Call Of Duty title is on the way with the recent announcement out there for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7 The cat is out of the bag and the next in the line of the Black Ops titles is on the way with the announcement for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7. The firefights and violence just do not stop with the line that Treyarch is working toward for our futures out there, but if it did, we would not have a video game to play. That or the chance to see how the stories of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 6 have been building and leading to this dark future that the IP is offering up. Sadly, one that does not look too far off from the current world we live in. Read More...
