Friday The 13th During the PAX South panel Friday The 13th: The Game had some new changes shown off as well as a new Jason coming to Friday The 13th and other customization Just before PAX South we had a nice new trailer for Friday The 13th: The Game pop up and it showed off some new music and a new Jason mixed into the game now in terms of the Misfits and the Part 6 version of the character respectively. Of course if this was all that Gun Media had for us it would have been a bit pointless for them to have a solid panel down at the convention over the last weekend. Final Fantasy XV The first episode of DLC for Final Fantasy XV has been given a date and it looks like Final Fantasy XV is also getting more exclusive and free DLC as well The Final Fantasy 30th anniversary celebration has kicked off and with that it looks like we have some new updates for Final Fantasy XV in terms of all of the DLC that is supposed to be coming here. Not only will we be seeing some new minor bits here soon, but it looks like Square Enix was ready to give us the date for when to expect the first "episode" DLC for Gladio in the game. Resident Evil 7 The first batch of DLC for Resident Evil 7 has launched today on the PS4 and we have our first look at how it expands Resident Evil 7's gameplay and experience Resident Evil 7 has only been out for a week and so far it is proving that the team has what it takes to bring the franchise back to its roots and to carry on well after this installment. Now we get to see just how well as the first batch of DLC for the game has just dropped for the PS4 as Capcom and PlayStation are in bed together for now. Call Of Duty The first DLC pack for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare is just about to launch and now we can see some of the new Call Of Duty multiplayer in action just before Last week we had a nice look at some of what would be coming to Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare in the first DLC pack Sabotage all in the way of some new additions coming to the Zombies Mode. Now just a day before it launches on the PS4 we have a nice little look at some of the multiplayer maps that Infinity Ward will be giving us in the pack as well. Horizon Zero Dawn Some new gameplay for Horizon Zero Dawn has been placed out there that takes us through one of Horizon Zero Dawn's main quests while showing off other new features Today is the day that we start to get inundated with all kinds of Horizon Zero Dawn impressions and first looks. That is because the embargo has lifted for all of those other major outlets out there that had a chance to join Guerrilla Games as they showed off the latest build of the game on the PS4 just to get everyone even more hyped up for February 28th here. Of course that means that some will just be words and others just b-roll footage of Horizon Zero Dawn, but thankfully it looks like we have a new look at a main quest in the game right from the developers and it not only shows off how nice the game looks but also a few new features that have only been glossed over in the past so far. Gwent A new content update for Gwent: The Witcher Card Game's beta is coming next week and will bring the Nilfgaard faction to Gwent in the process Gwent: The Witcher Card Game may still be in a closed beta setting here but it looks like the updates for the game's content will not be missing out on major things while we are getting prepped for the full release. As it looks, we will be seeing yet another faction coming to the game from CD Projekt RED here soon just as was promised and mentioned a few times in the past. Paragon The next hero to enter Paragon has been announced and we will see her and her icy powers in Paragon before the end of January Where does the time go as it looks like it has been yet another three weeks and now we have yet another Paragon hero getting added into the mix here. Well, at least getting added into the mix on January 31st as that will be the date that Aurora hops into the mix here on the PS4 and PC. That would be name of the new character that Epic Games has for us here in Paragon before you ask where I grabbed that name from. The Surge A new trailer for The Surge has popped up and this one aims to show us just what caused The Surge that we will be dealing with; at least the aftermath of Here we go with a better look at The Surge just before the big showcasing that is slated for next week. Well at least a better view at the general story that is being set up here by Deck 13 as this seems to be a bit more of a cinematic trailer than anything that shows off some new gameplay. Seeing as story is an important role in an action-RPG, I guess it is good that The Surge is looking to have a solid one for us to explore and in turn survive. Dystopian futures are some of the worst ones out there and we all may need a bit more training on this as of now so I guess it's good that it will be here in May for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC for us all to ingest. Mass Effect A new cinematic trailer for Mass Effect: Andromeda has been released to tell some more story and we get briefed on more Mass Effect goings on in the universe I hope you are ready for some more excitement here today as it looks like we have more to look at for Mass Effect: Andromeda in both a cinematic way and a briefing way. Both of which not really showing much in terms of the gameplay but a lot more on the way of the world that BioWare is bringing to us. Ghost Recon Wildlands A few more gameplay videos for Ghost Recon Wildlands have dropped just before the beta & we have word of bonuses for Ghost Recon Wildlands pre-orders Next weekend will mark the day that the Ghost Recon Wildlands closed beta kicks off and those lucky enough to get into it will have a chance to put the multiplayer through its paces. Also they'll be able to judge to see if Ubisoft is able to still deliver the experience that we've all been waiting for or if things are getting the media razzle dazzle out there. I guess that is another good aspect of having a beta for Ghost Recon Wildlands almost a month before launch unlike other titles out there that are waiting until the last few weeks to test things out. Avengers A new partnership has been announced and we are getting a new Avengers game from Marvel & Square Enix that will tell an original Avengers story in the vast universe There were some nice teases over the last few days on a new announcement coming from Marvel and Square Enix with a lot of speculation aimed at a "Marvel World" being in Kingdom Hearts III being the big news. It looks like all of that is completely wrong as now we know that it was all to announce the two giant's partnership and that we will be getting a full on video game for The Avengers sometime in the near-ish future. 2018 seems to be the year thrown around here but that doesn't stop it the excitement as there will be a nice big and flashy new Avengers game to be played out there in the mix of all of the other Marvel titles also on the way this year and the next. Conan Exiles A new cinematic trailer for Conan Exiles has just dropped as well as details for a Conan Exiles: Barbarian Edition that can be pre-ordered Only a few more days and PC gamers will be getting that early access to Conan Exiles to see what the hype is all about as well as help shape the game into something that can sustain their interests for a while. January 31st is the day still, unless you live in the NA region as it looks like the 30th is now the day that Funcom will turn on the flood gates at 9pm PST. Prey The release date for Prey has been set and we also have a nice new look at Prey's gameplay as we wait for May to inch ever so closer The date has been set for Prey now and it looks like we can add another video game into the mix of things in May now. Yep, it looks like Arkane Studios will be wrapping up everything to get the game out to us on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 5th here. That seems to be a nice date range for so many other video games out there and now Prey joins the ranks. Then we can see just how the "reboot" of the IP will pan out for Bethesda and this fairly successful developer they have tasked with it all. Read More...

Injustice 2 During the first livestream for Injustice 2 we had a chance to see Robin in action as well as other character's new Injustice 2 super moves Yesterday we had the first livestream event for Injustice 2 with the hopes of many more before launch. For those who missed out on all of it during the MKX craze, this is where part of the NetherRealm Studios team gets together to show us new characters, character breakdowns, and other gameplay features for their games to not only hype but also inform us all. Unlike many of the other streams they have done though, it looks like there wasn't any new character to be shown off for Injustice 2 nor any solid breakdowns but at least we did get to see more than just a glimpse of Robin in action as he now has a solid gameplay trailer to show you some of the new moves and action in store for us. While the video clip here isn't completely telling of how Robin will be in Injustice 2, it is something new and it does sow off that there is still something going on in the universe where swords to the gut don't kill beings without super powers. Call Of Duty A new trailer for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare's next Zombies DLC has shown up so we can see how to rave Call Of Duty style with said zombies Hopefully in the mix of all of the other games launching and getting updates here you haven't forgotten about Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare and the DLC that still needs to get out there for the game. The next big batch of it all is landing, on the PS4 at least, on January 31st here from Infinity Ward and of course that means that the Zombies mode will be getting another huge batch of content too.
