Be Bionic
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of April 2009 - 10:47 PM ]
New Bionic Commando Video After playing this game almost a year ago at the '08 Comic Con, I wasn't all that impressed. I new it was in it's early stages of development at the time, as there was a large notice on screen and plastered all around that it was in early stages of development. So I passed it off and decided to wait for the whole process to be near it's end before giving any kind of thought on weither or not this game will be worth picking up. And well, it looks like they have solidified my opinion a little more with this new video for the game. Well it looks like they didn't do much to what I had originally played and seen almost a year ago. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of April 2009 - 04:30 PM ]
World of Warcraft On The iPhone Well it looks like the world is going to end soon as enough people to constitute an entire large US state will bring down the internet as well as the mobile communications around the world. At least if this is proved to be something real as well as something to come out. But as the tag line states, World of Warcraft has been seen on the iPhone via a new app. The video below shows off how an app that was being used to run Second Life on the iPhone has been tweaked and worked to let WoW users log in anywhere they have phone reception and play. Ever thought about changing your name? I have. Ever thought about changing your name to your favorite video game character? No I haven’t? Well a 6 year old Norwegian boy did, and here is what happened. This is according to a Norwegian newspaper and dagbladet.no. Last year Christer wrote a letter to the King asking for his name to be changed to Sonic X. That’s right he wanted his name to be Sonic X, do not know why but he did. His parents did not want to send out the letter but once Christer asked why the King hasn’t replied to his request to change his name. Read More…

Preordering Sucker Punch's inFamous will get you more than just one good game, it'll get you into a multiplayer beta of another blockbuster game, Naughty Dog's Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Completely unknown is what the multiplayer entails. Co-op would be nice, though it wouldn't be suitable for a beta. Deathmatch would be cool too, as would capture the flag and a headquarters style game. More details should emerge on Monday when SCE makes their "electrifying announcement". Read More…

Best Buy Hooking Up Gamers
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of April 2009 - 04:11 PM ]
$10 Games From Best Buy It's been said a billion times over that we gamers all like to have our habits be cheap. I mean who wouldn't right? What better than getting a load of titles on sale for dirt cheap, comparative to the normal costs? Like 1/5 to 1/6 the normal cost of a normal launch price for a game. If you wouldn't, then throw down that disposable income to people like myself who could always use a little extra scratch. Or maybe help out some charitable organization like the GHMF (Give Hade Money Fund). Read More…

More Screens For Bioshock 2 To be honest, I wish there was more to talk about when it comes to this upcoming sequel for Bioshock. I really do, but they are keeping things a little close to the chest. Including showing a fake level that won't make it into the game just to show off the visuals of the game. But you know what, does it matter? We have new views of this game. Read More…
