New psychological survival title, Aftermath, in on its way with Aftermath diving into some fun new territories A new title is announced here with Aftermath taking us along for a psychological survival ride out there in a weird new world. That would be one based on the real one here, so it is definitely a weird one. All with some new elements from One-O-One Games trying to mess with the formula of things and keep us all engrossed in the thriller of it all. With Aftermath seemingly offering us a third-person perspective as we head out and try to find our way to the one thing that still matters to our protagonist. Read More…

Dying Light 2 is in its final release mode and the team is shifting over to make sure they can snag all of those smaller bugs and issues that could still be out there. Okay, so maybe this specific version is not on the mobile devices but that does not change the fact that Halfbrick is giving us all the new VR version of the game for Early Access on December 3rd. Thymesia Has Been Delayed Just A Bit More Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of November 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
A delay has hit Thymesia after getting a solid release date set down for Thymesia back at gamescom this year There is one more title to add to the tally for the delays out there with Thymesia getting pushed out from its original December release date. It looks like OverBoarder and Team17 need more time with the game, but for some solid reasons here. The biggest being that Thymesia is no longer going to be just a PC title, but it will also be heading to the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S when it launches in 2022. My guess is that this delay is to make sure that all players out there have the same opportunity at the same time to be able to experience what this action RPG will be placing out there. Read More…

Dragon Ball: The Breakers Is Aiming To Give Us A Different Experience Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of November 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
A new Dragon Ball title is announced with Dragon Ball: The Breakers offering us a vastly different game than we could have expected When we hear something about Dragon Ball when it comes to gaming, we generally go to the arena of a fighting game out there. It is a safe bet as that is what we generally get from Bandai Namco and the IP does lend itself to it fairly well. Now we have another title in the mix of the IP from DIMPS and it sounds like things are going to be a bit different here. Welcome to Dragon Ball: The Breakers which will be an asymmetrical multiplayer experience for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC set in the universe. Read More…

Dying Light 2 Shows Us How Humans Will Always Flow Back
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of November 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
A new developer interview for Dying Light 2 offers us a look at some of the ways humans will get back to a normal in Dying Light 2 One more little developer diary for Dying Light 2 is here to shed some light on more of the survivors out there and how they end up going back to what they know. It is an interesting take on humans here from Techland here, as the game is taking place fifteen years in the future since Dying Light. The odd thing is that while the humans do seem to try to be getting back to their normal out there, they have not tried to rally behind getting the world back up and running as it was. Read More…

New updates for Luto are here with a bit of a release window and new gameplay to take in for Luto When it rains it pours for us when it comes to games like Luto and the horror genre it seems. After having a cryptic announcement a while back, we have a new update and gameplay from Broken Bird Games to take in. New Gameplay Is Here Again For Do Not Open
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of November 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
Do Not Open has a new update and a little more of the horrific gameplay that we might be expecting when Do Not Open launches out there The horror titles keep on coming here with Do Not Open getting a new teaser and look at how the game has progressed since we last saw it. This would be the horror title that Quasar Dynamics showed the world last year for the PS4 and PS5 whit PSVR compatibility. See how the game looks and feels like one giant escape room, it feels like that will be fitting for the hardware and all. Even with a title like Do Not Open suggesting that we should not open the doors and try to escape the area with our family in the end. Read More…

I say here as if we have a solid release date or window set down from Fire Raven Studios for the game, which we do not as of yet. What we do have is a nice little teaser to let us know that the smaller team is working on the game and that we will have Evil Below at some point. That and offer up a little look at the gameplay that we will get to experience when the day does finally come and we have it loaded on our systems. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 20th of November 2021 - 12:00 AM ]
A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with another week is done and more to take in for all of our video games out there. But, thankfully, we also had a chance to see that Sifu was moved forward a little bit for us to experience. That and some DLC for other video games like Far Cry 6 and Maneater to enjoy too.
